- Procházková (3/5): - Byt byl prostorný. Dobrá komunikace. Vždy bylo kde zaparkovat. Klidná lokalita. Free Wi-Fi každou chvilku vypadávala, byla tam špinavá koupelna, špinavé zaschlé talíře, sanytrem potažená konvice, nedostatečné vybavení kuchyně - polévku jsme si nandavali hrníčkem, jediná lžička k dispozici. SPAS Apartmens byly apartmány v budově vedle. My ale pod tímto názvem bydleli v bytě v bytovce. A bylo to jako bydlení ve stanu. Není na vás vidět, ale bylo vše slyšet, každé vrznutí židle, každé spláchnutí... Z kohoutku neteče pitná voda. TV se nám ani nepodařilo zapnout. Výhled z terasy je na protější bytovku. Chyběla lopatka a smetáček - z pláže se z nás sypal písek a bylo k dispozici jen velké koště a mop bez kyblíku.

- Ольга Шараєнко (8/5): - Апартаменти розташовані на горі, поруч є зручна парковка для власного авто. Дуже сподобалася тераса з чудовим видом на море, а також можливість прогулятися до пляжу через старе місто — дорога займає приблизно 15–20 хвилин залежно від темпу. Атмосфера довкола спокійна, а для тих, хто планує вечірки, варто врахувати, що клуби у місті починають працювати з опівночі чи навіть ближче до першої години ночі. З менш приємного — у дощ не всі таксі хотіли підніматися безпосередньо до апартаментів, тому іноді доводилось виходити назустріч. Душова кабіна трохи протікала, а Wi-Fi стабільно ловив лише у коридорі біля роутера, тому в кімнатах сигнал був нестабільний. Це не зіпсувало відпочинок, але все ж стало певним незручним моментом.

- Marta (6/5): Lokalizacja super, miasto piękne imprezowe z pięknymi widokami, apartament nie wart tej ceny. - Super widok z tarasu, mieszkanie bardzo duże, parking dosłownie przed drzwiami. Praktycznie brak kontaktu z właścicielem, po przyjeździe czekaliśmy na schodach z innymi lokatorami którzy też nie mogli skontaktować się z właścicielką, na szczęście przyjechała osoba która znała właściciela i dzięki jej pomocy udało się zdobyć klucze, w toalecie śmierdzi kanalizacją, w kuchni mrówki, telewizor archaiczny bez opcji smart, gdyby nie laptop to zostalibyśmy bez jakiejkolwiek muzyki, w czajniku warstwa kamienia, wystrój mieszkania straszny, byle co byle gdzie, 2 dni przed wyjazdem brak wody w całym mieszkaniu, na drugi dzień woda wróciła ale już nie w toalecie… ogólnie miejsce z potencjałem ale doszczętnie nie wykorzystanym. Gdyby nie lokalizacja ocena za tą cenę powinna być nie większa jak 4.

- Semyon (8/5): - Amazing view. We booked this apartment only because of the view. We read people's comments. And I can say that the road is safe. Going down or up and also crossing the highway is no problem. Yes, going up can be difficult especially for elderly people. Yes, if you are by car or motorcycle it is better) But people must looks at the map before renting an apartment. Yes, there are ants in the kitchen. For us it's not critical and they are not in the bedroom :)

- Zelimir (5/5): Nemt, standard og fint - Udsigten og parkingspladser Man kunne godt have informeret om at lejligheden ligger oppe af et bjerg! Derfor måtte vi købe taxa flere gange om dagen for at komme “hjem” fra byen. Rengøring inden overtagelsen var ikke god!

- Jadea (8/5): Fun night in Budva! - Amazing view! Great location just a little bit uphill but was not bad at all. Good space as well for just a night or two. Air conditioning wasn’t working :( WiFi was spotty

- Daniel-ilie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartament is awesome, the rooms are huge and it is very well equipped. The fact that it also has a normal bed in the living room is a great advantage. The view from the balcony is breath-taking, the whole Budva area can be admired from there. The wifi signal can be improved inside the apartment, it was only available on the living room.

And having to walk there was bit of a hassle, glad we didn’t wear heels. But it’s all worth it for the views. Waking up with that view was amazing

- Renata (3/5): Poor - Apartments spacious and large We arrived at the apartment late in the evening, it was very difficult to find it, we were walking 45 minutes until passing-by other tourists helped us and showed the apartment we booked. The owner did not answer the phone call. The apartment was dirty because there was a construction site nearby, where work has been going on since early morning. The photos and the description do not match. There is no microwave or electric kettle. You have to go up and down a steep hill for 1.5 km to the beach (not 100 m as stated in the description). The same distance to the city center. NOT RECOMMENDED for children or the elderly. There are no air conditioning in the bedroom, just a standing fan, the furniture in the living room has been replaced, it is not the same as in the photos. Among the hygiene products, you will find only a bar of soap. Cutlery is dirty. There was no hot water on arrival in the evening. After writing to the host, we received an answer that we have to turn on the boiler ourselves, which heated the water after 2.5 hours. It was the most expensive and worst apartment of the entire Montenegro trip.

We are travelling with a car, a bigger one than a regular car, so at first, I was a little scared of the other reviews saying how hard it is to walk up the street and nearly impossible to drive up. Really, it was nothing, more like a regular road in any southern, mountainous region in Europe. Walking up is also not that bad, you might get a little tired, but the walk up is considerably short.

- Celmare (6/5): Pleasant - the apartment looks great, it is very neat and has all the necessary utilities. the view is incredibly beautiful the water in the kitchen and bathroom was turned off on two consecutive nights from 12 until morning which was very uncomfortable. To get to the location you need a car otherwise it's very hard to make that trip from the beaches to the location several times
