• Michał (8/5): Fajne mieszkanie na krótki pobyt - Bardzo miły gospodarz. Wszystko zgodne z opisem w ofercie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Sam budynek w którym znajduje się mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia.
• Marcin (9/5): Fajne miejsce na spędzenie czasu we dwoje. - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko dworca, sklepów, plaży i centrum. Mieszkanie po remoncie i mimo starego budownictwa w bardzo dobrym stanie. Na wyposażeniu klimatyzacja, pralka, piekarnik, zmywarka i wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Czystość klatki schodowej, ale ogólnie było w porządku.

• jean-pierre (8/5): - L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout est prévu pour votre confort. Emplacement très bien : 8 mn a pied de la gare centrale d'autobus. Entre 15 et 20mn a pied de la plage de kolovare. Également entre 15 et 20 mn a pied de la vieille ville. Possibilité de laisser les bagages a la gare d'autobus (consignes 5€) en partant. L'appartement est situé sur un grand boulevard, même s'il y a du double vitrage, il est préférable de prévoir des protections auditives pour ceux qui ont le sommeil sensible, mais à part cela tout est parfait.
• daniela (10/5): Superb! - O locatie perfecta care te face sa te simți ca acasă. Un apartament curat si cochet, utilat cu tot ce iti poti dori( inclusiv papuci de casa si jocuri de societate pentru o seara relaxanta). Este situat aproape de plaja Kolovare( cotata cu blue flag) si de orasul vechi ( cca 20 de min) care este superb. Gazda a fost comunicativa, foarte amabila si atenta la detalii( apa la rece in frigider si chiar bere pentru domni). Clădirea unde este situat apartamentul dispune de locuri de parcare gratuiite, care sunt chiar in fata acesteia( noi am avut norocul de a parca intre doua magnolii superbe, la umbra 😁). Recomand!

• Gabrijel (9/5): - Domaćin je jako drag, ostavio je klimu upaljenu prije nego smo došli da se lijepo rashladi apartman. Lokacija je odlična. Plaže i centar grada su blizu. Izolacija zidova nije baš najbolja pa smo često čuli susjede.

• Nika (9/5): - Apartmán krasny čistý moderný plne vybavený, na požiadanie bola detská postieľka. Lokalita super, blízko k moru a aj do mesta. Hneď pri ubytovaní bol Lidl, Spar a rôzne potraviny. Veľmi malý priestor, kúpeľňa aj sprchovací kút.

Excellent contact with the owners, they took care of every detail (coffee maker, iron, dryer, board games!) :) Location close to the old town, beach and main bus station from which you can easily get to the airport. There isn't much that can be improved. :)

• Brent (10/5): super modern room, very luxurieus feeling - The location was not that for from anything we needed, city center, shops, … The host was unbelievably friendly and joyful. the rooms were super modern and clean. It was like a luxe apartment! After the visit, the host even gave us a self-made gift! Fantastic!!!!! 10/10 I would recommend When entering the building, we were a little worried because the building is a little old and outdated. But when entering the room we were surprised how modern, clean and superb the room was. I sure recommend a stay at this place!!
• Kinchul (10/5): Modern and well located - The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment is fully renovated and had everything we needed. It was very clean too. By foot, it takes only 10 min to the beach or the bus station and 15 min to the old town. The building itself doesn't look great.

The apartment is newly renovated and convenient for a couple of guests. Parking was easy in the yard. Everything in Zadar is in walking distance. Several large supermarkets are nearby. Highly recommended! Kitchen is small but usable.
• Anet (10/5): It is a place that I will stay over and over and over again. - My host was extremely kind person and super accommodating. She went out of her way when I told her that I hurt my back and she came to the best station to greet me The flat was large With a living room and TV. there is a full kitchen, and washer (detergent it is provided). It is just a few minutes from Old town and bus station. The place is super updated and modern. It is very clean and safe. They also provide tea, espresso, machine, with coffee, and two bottle water. You must stay here and search no further.

• Dalibor (8/5): Very good - The owners are very kind, the appartement newly renowated, and clean. Location is good, 10 min walk from the beach and the old town. The only thing that wasn't good, is the smell. As the building is old, sewage isn't working properly, so there's a bad smell throughout the whole building.
• Xiaoran (10/5): Amazing!!!!!!! - The apartment is the best place we had stayed in Croatia. We had travelled from Split to Zadar , stayed five different places. Ana and her husband really did a great job. The furniture, design, kitchen, small shampoo, air fresher, washing machine , everything cannot be better. We really appreciate the efforts from them. The communication is very in time and friendly, and Ana was waiting for us in front of the door . She is amazing!

• Katka (10/5): Exceptional - Was great location, close to city center and to the beach. Supermarket as well nearby. The owner was waiting us and was very kind, helpful! The appartman was very well equipped and clean. Is a pity that is without balcony so is a bit problematic to dry the towels and clothes after the beach.
