• Zak (10/5): - Excellent location and amenities, felt very homely, good communication from the host Patchy WiFi throughout our stay, which was a minor nuisance as our mobile data signal was poor too. There was also a lot of noise from apartment above (loud music until 9:30pm on Friday and footsteps when returning home at 2am on Saturday) but nothing to do with this property itself

Just two minutes' walk from the seafront, and local bars and cafes in Hove, and 20-30 minutes walk to Brighton town centre or a short bus ride - with lots of buses passing close to the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable, stylish and quiet.

We enjoyed the spacious flat and the location is excellent to Hove beach, promenade and pubs and restaurants and the main Hove shops. Being off the main road it is very quiet. Quick access to local buses too. Would happily stay here again.

• Quintan (10/5): Perfect spot close enough to just about everything you need - Perfect location - close to Hove Station and close enough to walk to Brighton along the sea front. Nice kitchen with an induction stove and matching pans. Comfy bed.
• Jennifer (10/5): A lovely property in a beautiful location near the sea - n/a I found it hard to unlock the door because I thought the chubb lock was for the front door but it was for the inside door; however I got help from upstairs and all was resolved quickly
• Jinnie (9/5): Very comfortable and inviting appartment, would stay there again. - Warm and inviting appartment, with character, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, quiet and very comfortable bed. Very close to Church Road restaurants, cafes and shops. A parking space at the property would have been the icing on the cake, as parking is difficult in Hove as a non-resident.

• Em (10/5): Lovely place to explore Brighton - Lovely flat, well maintained, clean and tidy. In a fantastic location, so near the seafront. We only had 1 night, and not enough time to explore Brighton, but will be back and would definitely stay here again. Easy communication with the owner, and all questions answered quickly, very helpful and friendly. Loved our stay! Only a minor thing, but the bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains, and I do prefer a dark room, especially in Summer mornings. But that's my personal preference. So, next time I'll bring an eye mask.

• Bex (10/5): Perfect - It was a fantastic apartment, a real home from home. It was comfortable and spacious, plenty of room to store luggage and belongings. Very clean and welcoming. Well equipped kitchen. Property is close to the beach and public transport, plenty of local shops and a supermarket too. I did originally choose the property as it was close to family and my only regret is that I wasn't staying longer than one night in such a homely apartment. I definitely want to stay there again.

• Samantha (9/5): Really enjoyable - This was a great apartment. The bed was really confortable. We also managed to check in just after midday, a lot earlier than was stated on the booking. The host was great, easy to communicte with, and quick responses. Location is good too. It is a walk in to Brighton centre but its right by the seafront so a lovely walk, also means it is quiet. I will def book again. We were reallyt happily surprised as well to find milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea on the morning. There wasn't a long mirror but that would be my only suggestion to the host.

Very clean bathroom and kitchen. The only improvement would be a light outside the front door so that you can see the numbers on the keysafe more easily in the dark. Also there are 3 keysafes, and I had to guess which one.

Compared to other AirBnB accommodation we have used, it would have been nice to have welcome pack with enough for tea and coffee, anyway. I kind of expect that for this price. But flat roomy and comfy. Also, in Brighton and Hove, some guest info re parking is always helpful.

Very comfortable and clean wish had planned to stay longe - Cleanliness, spaciousness, well equipped, nice get away by the sea, beautiful shower, comfy bed and settee good nights sleep In the kitchen suggest blinds at the back door as there is properties outside above looking down into the kitchen no privacy . Would have been nice with a touch of owners greeting upon arrival. Unable to give scoring as did not meet staff.

• Jo (10/5): Perfect apartment for a Brighton and Hove stay - Great location a few minutes walk from Hove beach. Lovely basement 1 bed apartment all newly decorated, clean and comfortable. Comfy large bed, great high ceilings, really comfy sofa, large bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Nick was brilliant with communications and details required. Left a pint of milk for us with tea and coffee etc which was much appreciated. Nothing - all good.
