The staff is not clear about the policies and expect flexibility from the guests aaaand they are ready to be flexible. They are cheating booking.Com and even the guests in the name of online booking. Staff told they have cancelled the room, but its not reflecting in the app.

There mattress are in worst condition and they tried had given a different room but all the rooms mattress are same condition due to which entire night i couldnt sleep . Also i requested them to allocate the room in the upper floors but they said its full and they gave the room opposite to an Dinning room . Very disappointed with this hotel and will never go there or recommend.

In house restaurant also serves tasty food. location is quite good near to metro station, Hussain Sagar, Birla Mandir, NTR garden is few mins drive. There is good travel desk; Shahbaz is polite and soft-spoken person to provide cab services. There is bit of noise in room because of centralize AC; it must be fixed.
- Bombaybyrd (8/5): Location is Bad. Noisy property - Location. It's at main road junction, with heavy traffic from all sides, 24 Hrs. Plus there is metro rail just studying past. The rooms on the toad side are horribly noisy, you can't rest in the mornings or at night.

The room first provided was having mould damp smell and the room AC did not work . The reception staff is having zero knowledge about the rooms condition . Become sick immediateltly due to mould smell inhalation. Othe rroom provided having damp smell an dwater leak under the wash basin. Look like the Hotel proprieter / owner in not bothering about the condition of the Hotel or there is no feedback to him . I am sure the ratings will go down if they continue like what the present condition is .

We arrived at 4am so we expected to be able to sleep quickly. Checkin was quite slow and their payment machine didnt work. Most of our credit cards didnt not work despite them working fine elsewhere. Trafic is very lourd through the Windows.
