Urša (7/5): Good - Clean appartment, clean bathroom, parking in front of the building, also suitable for a higher and longer vehicle if not fully occupied. Two sofa beds is acutually one corner sofa bed, suitable for two children, but not two adults. The appartment is supposed to have a balcony, but in my opinion, a french balcony is not really a balcony.
Courtney (8/5): Great stay, a great start to Skopje - The property was in a great location and only 10 mins walk away from the centre. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding smelled fantastic. Everyone in our group said how comfortable and clean everything was. And our host Tamara was so helpful in getting us used to Skopje and recommending restaurants etc. a great stay overall! The only minor issue was that there was construction work nearby that started very early every morning, obviously this is not the host’s fault but it did lead to some very early mornings for us around 4am. And a small problem was that the shower head often fell down the shower. It can easily be held to avoid this issue but can cause a bit of a bump if you aren’t expecting it!

Ziga (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is 10-15minutes far from the city centre by foot. Also the free parking area is close to the apartment. When we came, the apartment wasn’t ready, but it was ok, we wait half an hour and then came to the apartment. We got the keys and wifi password, the owner was kind, she was cleaning the floors and made a bed for us. After we put our luggage in the room we went to the city center and didn’t pay attention. When we came back we were shocked. Everything was dirty! Just take a look at the pictures. Bed sheets were stained, the kitchen was dirty, in the fridge was hair and food leftovers. Dust was everywhere. Also the bathroom was very unpleasant. The smell in the apartment was not good, it smelt of cigarettes. Also the towels had bad smell. It was so uncomfortable to sleep in apartment like that but we have no chance in the middle of the night when we came back to have a sleep.

Natalia (8/5): Very good - The apartment was big, spacious which was really convenient, close to the center. It was ok to come with a dog. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. The sofa in the leaving room was not comfortable, the mattress was broken, we had to wait for someone to show up and let us in although I texted twice before the arrival. The bathroom needs some proper renovation as the shower was leaking a lot.

The host was resourceful and helpful but his father was the first person we encountered when we first arrived, although he was unprofessional and did not know the job.When we arrived, although we sent an e-mail via bookingcom and called on the phone, there was no response from anyone.We met his father while waiting at the door.He told us almost 3 times the price on bookingcom.We left the apartment to find another hotel. Then we contacted his daughter (the host) and came again at night.Since we were already very tired and we were going to stay for 1 night, we tried not to get hung up on the details, but the sheets were dirty and the pillows were smoking.In addition, while taking a shower in the bathroom, the whole bathroom got wet because of the water leakage.If these problems are solved, I think I will be a great place.I hope you will evaluate these shortcomings.

Someone came to clean the apartment while we were in the centre of the city, having a coffee. So, we had to run and make the checkout because they were having other guests. A call before sending the cleaning lady would be nice. We didn’t get stuff stolen.

Beds are comfortable. Location is very convenient, near city center. It is quiet, though. There is a private parking just behind the building. We traveled as a group of friends and our experience with this apartment was really good. In the bathroom, there is water after shower. Nothing special really, you just need slipers

Jan (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very high quality accommodation. Everything is above the usuall standards. I can only recommend it. a bit farther from the city center; A gate for the parking place would be nice. The second bedroom is a little one.

That depends from apartment to apartment, and it doesn't affect my rating, but it wouldn't be bad to have a kitchen cloth and paper towels, and maybe some complementary coffee, sugar, and stuff like that as well. Just a friendly suggestion :).
Shahram (7/5): we drove by car so arrived in skopje around 8pm and that's when we found and booked this property. We requested for - It is located in a very central location and only a 10 minute walk to the center of skopje. It was clean and fairly well furnished. Absolutely no amenities and by amenities i mean something as simple but yet essential as toilet paper! all the shampoo and soap etc of previous guests were just left there for some reason! The host was quite unprofessional.

Heidegger (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. The welcome was very sober. When we arrived it was not clear how we can enter the apartment. We then reached the host over phone and were let in. The apartment could benefit from a little touch up. We booked an apartment with a terrace but there was none. Also other facilities were not available (the description mentions a front desk which does not exists, books or DVDs for children we did not find etc.). I contacted the host to ask if we can check out 30 min later than the check out time and did not receive a response within 24h. When I called to inquire where to leave the keys after 9am on a week day, the host seemed to be sleeping and was grumpy. Good location to explore Skopje but unfortunately did not match tje description and minimalistic communication with the host. There are many similar apartments in Skopje and I'd recommend choosing another one.

The location is excellent since it is 5-7 minutes walk from the city's square center and quiet at night. Everything met our expectations ( even the parking is super secure). Excellent value for money and definitely recommended!

Wifi was good, Air-conditioner good, beds comfortable and clean. Spacious kitchen and living area. Location was great and handy having parking available too. I would recommend this apartment. It would be nice to see matching white towels and covers on the quilt.
