• avril (10/5): Excellent place with everything you need - Host was brilliant very helpfull Even had water and a beer in fridge for my arrival. Had a super shower and managed some laundry before an amazing sleep . Theres was also coffee and any drink I'd need for in the morning Would definitely recommend . Air con, wifi, fridge,washing machine and a supermarket over the road . Fabulous little place Nothing was all good

• Maja (9/5): Nice cozy place to stay for single traveller - A/C, shops nearby, lovely owner, good wifi It can be a bit dark in the studio flat, but it’s lovely
• Medalis (10/5): Must Visit! - What is there to not like is the better question. The owner of the place is super friendly, level headed, down to earth genuine legend. The bed was comfortable, it is located in a quiet neighborhood, free wifi, ac, sink, coffee, tea, the shower was actually really comfortable and even had towels in case you forgot yours. The fridge is small and compact, it is located near a lot of other shops and buildings that I visited. Honestly speaking when booking told me this place is below average I didn't expect much. But for its price it is better than most of the fancy 400-500€ hotels. Whenever I go to Zadar or near in the future I'll make sure to check into Studio Verunica. Absolutely amazing, 10/10 experience.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Spotless and a quiet spot. I felt very safe and the owners were exceptionally helpful and responded promptly. Nothing! If they introduced a small outside area to sit that would be a bonus.

• Mgutowska90 (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very nice and helpful, the room has a comfy bed and AC that proved useful at this time of year. Lidl is within a 3-minute walking distance, so it's easy to get fresh ingredients for breakfast or lunch. Old Town is only 30 minutes away. I don't have any complaints.

I felt so comfortable in this apartment that I did not want to leave. However, I had problems with flights and host let me stay extra night without problems. I am very satisfied ☺️

• Marko (10/5): T his place is special because of the host family . I’ve never felt so welcome in any other stay. The hosts were kind , - The place was nice and cosy , suits perfectly one person . The only thing I didn’t like is that I could stay only 2 days

• Morgan (10/5): I would never stay anywhere else in Zadar - The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. Bed, climate control cooking facilities and fridge. The hosts are what made the place truly exceptional. The Verunica family were so incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the entire trip. On one night my credit card was blocked- they fed me with the same food as their family. They lent me a bike so I didn't have to overpay for a rental. Sandra, the lady of the house even helped me wash and hang my laundry. The son, Josip, was kind and helped translate. The father of the house cut their own grapes off the vine to five to me. I have travelled many, many places and never experienced such a kind and generous host. Bonus points for their big, beautiful dog and resident stray cats. Not staying longer.

• Zibi (9/5): Superb - Nice and cosy studio apartment, quiet local neighbourhood. Kitchen part of apartment well equipped in basics utensils, bit small but still ok for 1 person. Walking distance to local beach (20min), bus station(35) and old town (20min), Lidl just a minute away …. Very friendly and helpful Host.
• Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, quiet and confortable small appartment. Very complete kitchen with condiments to cook (olive oil, salt, garlic pouder, etc). Free parking. Near Lidl for shopping groceries.
