• Saranga (9/5): It was lovely house - The property was clean and well maintained, with plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable Around 3am, an unknown alarm briefly went off inside the house. Although it only lasted a few seconds, it caused some concern as we couldn’t identify where it came from. The bathroom didn’t have a place to hang hand towels. The sink tap was a bit wobbly and may need fixing. The outdoor patio could also use a clean, as some chairs had large spider webs
• Sarah (6/5): - Accommodation The cleaner who came at 10 and was aggressive because I told him our checkout was at 11 and argued with me. Until then we had a great time, he ruined the end of our holiday with his aggressive frustration.

• Gabby (8/5): Peace and quiet on Red Rocks - We stayed 3 nights family of 5, it was very comfortable and clean, everything you need was available. Towels and bed linen provided lovely set up. Had a little bit of an ocean view from the distance from the back verandah. Game console available for kids although controllers needed charging and we couldn't find the cord. DVD player and DVD movies if wanting to watch. BBQ outside needed gas tank change so we didn't use it. 15 minute walk to Red Rock beach lovely beautiful sandy beach. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the hosts were absolutely amazing loved the homely touch and great to communication. 100% recommended next time we hope to come back but it will be after the Christmas break so we can enjoy more of the Island and go to the chocolate factory and the Penguin parade, we missed out on both as the factory was closed on Christmas day and the penguins was sold out. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home, we hope we can come back again. BBQ Tank empty, game controllers not charged my teens didn't mind it however for the little younger ones will be great to have a charging cord available.

• Nicholls (9/5): Perfect place for a getaway. - Property was perfect for our family. Ample space with a good layout. We got rained in for a couple of days but it did not matter as we played ping pong and there were board games supplied plus the fire place warned the house beautifully. No negative comments

• Karen (8/5): Ideal overnight accomodation for extended family. - Location was brilliant to visit Phillip Island and the penguins. The views lovely and nice to watch the kangaroos grazing early morning. 4 bedrooms ideal for extended family. Games room great to keep the children entertained on a wet morning. Host Katrina provided excellent information before arrival and kindly allowed us to use tea, coffee, milk etc. if we needed. This accomodation is excellent for large groups. One of the rooms had dormitory style accomodation which while comfortable enough looked a bit spartan. Some of the crockery needed to be rewashed as there was dried on food.
