• Giuseppe (6/5): Good location, price and comfort, but there is still some effort to put - Great location. Clean apartment. Fair price for the area. 3 people can be easily accommodated in the apartment, this makes it perfect for a family trip. Communication with the host was quite complicated, as messages were unread for days. This might cause a bit of frustration for some people. There is a coffee machine but not working. Recommendation to fix these and other issues to make the stay even better.

• Chao (1/5): Unpleasant - Entire flat was good, large space and well equipped Service team is horrible, check-in instruction msg was sent about one hour before check-in. U leave a msg ask about something and they reply one single msg per day, you will be lucky if u get reply within 24hours, totally not helpful. They mentioned free parking but actually the road in front of this flat is pay-parking area, just because police don’t come to check very often and they simply tell u it’s free. WiFi Internet was awful, supper slow not even able to open google map or YouTube on webpage, suffered a lot. In conclusion, very very very unpleasant experience

The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a decent base for a short stay. The bed was not comfortable at all—the mattress was overly soft and sponge-like, which made it difficult to rest properly. This significantly impacted sleep quality and left me feeling less refreshed each morning.

I was shocked when we checked into this apartment. I have never seen such dirty apartments in my life. The toilet is dirty, the toilet sink is dirty. There is a terrible stench in the toilet. As you walk up the stairs, you immediately smell sewage and urine. There was a dirty glass in the kitchen sink. The sink itself was dirty with the remains of someone's food. I even found food leftovers in the dishwasher. Kitchen utensils were not put away nearby. The refrigerator is dirty, with a dead mosquito inside, the top shelf is broken. There was some strange package lying in the freezer. All the window sills were terribly dirty. No one wiped them at all. I had the feeling that the apartment had not been cleaned at all before our arrival. The towels were laid out as if they had already been used. I had the same feeling from the bed sheets that were lying on the sofa. The shower has no door and no curtain, the drain does not work at all. The water stands and does not go away when taking a shower. The drain in the sink doesn't work either. There was some kind of dirty napkin and dirty rag lying in the bathroom cabinet. Plus, the address on the website is incorrect. The house number is actually 41, not 42. And the cherry on the cake, when I wrote about how dirty the apartment was to the owner, he replied that he did not think we had booked a 5 star hotel. For 130 euros I expect to sleep in a CLEAN apartment. It was my birthday, but my evening was ruined. If you want to enjoy your trip to Brussels, DON’T stay in this apartment!!!

The place was in a very good location and adequately clean. The shower could be a bit cleaner, but nothing serious. It was impossible to setup the tv. The apartment was a bit worn down by usage but everything was functional and in working order.

• Натали (10/5): I really liked the apartment! - I really liked the apartment, everything was clean, there were dishes to make breakfast in the morning or make pizza in the evening. Nice bed, clean bed. Everything was great. Nice quiet place. there is free parking. The center is 10 stops away by bus.

Family friendly and - Very good location with free parking right in front of the house. All amenities are available including a good kitchen and very spacious. Very narrow stairs going up and hence carrying big bag or a suitcase is a challenge. Moreover, the main bathroom doesn’t have a door and right in the bedroom.
• Allison (6/5): A quiet apartment in a beautiful part of Brussels. - The apartment is on a very quiet street and has a sizable kitchen. The bed is comfortable and it was very easy to get the keys on arrival. There's not a microwave or an iron. There are only two towels. The location is pretty far down a dead-end street so there's a bit more walking required than I expected, though it is a very safe area.

• Etleva (10/5): I loved that place. I would loved to stay longer but it was booked. - The apartment was in very safe and good area. The instructions to get inside the property were really clear. Everything inside was just perfect and clean. Inside the apartment you have everything you need like shampoo, soap dish lotion, coffe machine salt oil, sugar ect. The kitchen furniture were amazing, only an wine opener missed. I would loved to cook there, but unfortunately we arrived late and couldn’t find any grocery shop open, so we went at the restaurant only 20 min walking away. The apartment has 2 floors. The first one was just like an welcome area, then the stairs brings in the second floor which was like an open space. Only the bedroom has half wall just to divide the sleeping space. I recommend this place. Small stair not for everyone, for us they weren’t a problem. The TV: we didn’t figure it out how to make it work

The place was not ckean, there was garbage from before jn the bin, kitchen was not clean and there was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals which was not going away with the open windows. The bedding was old and tv was not working / connecting to wifi.

• Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice experience. I was looking for aj accomodation close to Vrije Universiteit - while it is only relatively close (2 km),the location is fine. Moreover, it is situated in dead-end street next to the monastery,meaning that it quiet.I was surprised by its disposition - it is spacious and very well equipped. It was nice and clean and it would be easy to spend there more days and I think it was reasonably priced. Definitely recommended.

• Pablo (9/5): Great for a comfortable and quiet stay - Very spacious in all rooms with a lot of natural light. it is located in a quiet residential area. The faucets should be repaired, as there were deposits (lime maybe) partially blocking the water flow both in the kitchen and main bathroom.
