• Misty (8/5): Great value - The hotel was beautiful, pool was nice, the breakfast was good, the one guy working the desk of a huge hotel was very nice. I didn't like having to wait 10-15 minutes to get checked in because the one guy had too much to do for one guy. The room had some things from the previous guest under the bed.

• Brittni (4/5): Disappointed with how cold it was. And no staff help. - Location was good for the venue we were at. Our heater blew only lukewarm air the room was freezing when we got there (January in Casper Wy.) breakfast the first day was not stocked with plates or cups and out of all food. Also traveled with 3 kids who wanted to swim no where on the website said it was under construction.
• Cynthia (8/5): This is my go-to place to stay in Casper! - The breakfast was really comprehensive... omelettes, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc... The rooms are always very clean and I'm so glad that you are pet friendly even though I didn't have my dog with me on this trip. I don't like the heavy air freshener that's in the lobby. It's really overwhelming and it makes me sick to my stomach. I didn't know the restaurant / bar was open based on the website.

• Robert (6/5): The room wasa pretty good, but we ate at the resteraunt and it took over 3 hrs it was horrible. - Awful pillows and after spending 3 hrs waiting for food. Not even a drink in the 1st hour. Then I got horribly sick and I believe it was from the salmon I ate. We won't be back.

The front desk person wasn't aware that I had cleared it to check in early since I was coming in from another state. Then later the person helping at the front desk wasn't aware the restaurant was still open and told us it was closed.

Our time in the room was very chaotic due to excessive furnitur - There were parts of the hotel that were renovated and nice. The breakfast was fantastic! There was so much furniture in the room itself It was hard to move around the room. The furniture was excessive in my opinion. It included the two beds, an oversized chair, a night stand, a small table, a tall armoire, a long table with the TV, a desk, and a desk chair. The bathroom was mediocre, however it was clear that we were just staying in a part of the hotel that had not been renovated yet.

Dirty face flannel from previous occupant in the shower curtain. Plug hole partly blocked and disgusting. Left to clean ourselves.

• Christopher (10/5): - Hotel is being renovated. Rooms being rented are freshly remodeled. No construction noise during my overnight stay. Laundry, arcade, breakfast bar and workout room are all functional. Bring a roll of quarters and some small bills if you want to play in the arcade.

The stains i know they cant do much without changing the carpet, but the hairs in the tub and sink were awful. You could clearly see them and made us questions if the rest of the room was clean.
