• Guest (9/5): - This was a great first place for our stay in Abruzzo. It is a well done apartment and it has great access to everything we wanted to do in Pescara. It was great to have the beach and restaurants just across the street.
• Guest (10/5): Worth to come back again. - The place is ideal for people who, like us, are not very fond of sightseeing but love to spend time swimming in the sea, sunbathing on the ample beaches or walking along the promenade that stretches for miles with numerous bars and restaurants on one side. The place is located just a few steps from them.

• Olga (9/5): - All was exactly as described and according to the pictures. Location is literally the first line - you just need to cross the road and you are in the beach, which is a great advantage when you are traveling with the kid. Andrea, the host, was very friendly and helpful.

• Victor (10/5): Great flat in excellent condition and unbeatable location - Modern, well-kept flat. The location is unbeatable — just across from the beach on a quiet street, with cafes and shops only a 5-minute walk away. The small garden/terrace was just as enjoyable as the beach—perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully functional and well-equipped with everything you might need, including a great coffee machine we used daily. Clean bathroom with fresh towels, shower gel, soap, and hot water with good pressure. Fast, stable Wi-Fi. The host was incredibly welcoming—he stopped by to say hello and personally checked that we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated.
