The staff at the reception was so not professional. I was waiting in the line for a long time when checking out early in the morning. There was another customer who came later than us but directly dropped her keycard on the reception desk. The staff just ignored me and helped her without saying anything to me. Does it mean that if I don’t follow the rules, then I’ll get quicker and better service?

Even though it was quite pricy and a four stat hotel they still charged a lot for the mini bar stuff. Also the hotel felt impersonal very anonymous and a bit too generic. Even if its an Echo hotel, we wouldn’t stay there again because we prefer more unique styles and more warmth from the staff. The lobby aria and restaurant feel far to empty and almost clinical…again empty and generic.

• Madina (10/5): Overall, we have very warm memories of our trip, and the hotel definitely contributed to that. - The hotel was great! We were lucky to get a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely large and comfortable. We especially loved the pillow menu — such a nice touch! The amenities were excellent: slippers, bathrobes, and a very convenient hairdryer. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is convenient for traveling around, although the area itself is a bit away from the city center — about a 30-minute walk. • Yung Sun Karina (7/5): Good Location but Poor Shower Design - It is just a few minutes' walk away from the Central Station, which was extremely convenient for us, as we could simply walk with our luggage after arriving from the airport. We arrived in the morning, and the check-in staff was really nice and made early check-in possible so we could catch a quick nap before starting our day in the city. The toilet is extremely small compared to the room size, but the worst thing was the shower. My husband could hardly turn around in the shower cubicle. To make matters worse, the cubicle is so shallow that the water overflows, and the entire toilet ended up half-drowned.

• YUKINO (9/5): いい滞在ができました - スタッフが皆感じがいい。いつも挨拶してくれます。特に朝食会場のスタッフは卵料理のリクエストやお代わりの必要がないか等、いつも気配りしてくれました。 朝食はレベルが落ちたとの口コミがあり心配していましたが、（これまでの内容を知らないので）美味しくいただきました。May Mayさんが運んでくれたカプチーノは蝶々だったり象さんだったり、とても可愛いアートがほどこされていて、会話も楽しく、３日間、朝食会場に足を運ぶのが楽しみなくらいでした。 部屋はバスルームも含め、清潔感があり、まずまず快適に過ごせました。 ミラノ中央駅付近があまり治安が良くない雰囲気でしたので、駅からすぐにホテルに戻れるのは助かりました。 もう少し料金がお安いといいのですが・・。
