• Puteri (3/5): Poor - 1. The house is dirty. The floor seems like it hasn't been cleaned or swept. There is a lot of dust and small rubbish everywhere. 2. The bathroom floor is also dirty. 3. The bedsheet and pillows have a bad smell. 4. The wall shelf is dangerous as it is coming off. 5. The table in front of the TV is unstable and partially detached. 6. The ironing table is unsafe and it collapsed while being used, causing an injury to the leg. I hope you can take this matter seriously and improve the cleanliness and safety for future guests. Thank you.

• Jodi (1/5): Don't bother - awful. - The wifi was ok... The Emerald Avenue apartments is located in an ugly area of Brinchang behind a shopping centre. The whole experience of getting to the apartment was unpleasant. We had to contact the host on arrival at the apartment block to send us the entry details then find our way to the correct car parking spot. This unit was located on the 9th floor so we had to use the smelly lift to go up to the apartment. Upon entry, there was an extremely unpleasant sewer smell in the apartment especially in one of the guest bedrooms. The unit was small, ugly, totally unappealing and had no character at all. The showers were the wall unit type but we didnt even test them, the beds were rock hard, the pillows were flat and useless and the couch, which would be lucky to seat two people was like sitting on a slab of concrete. We walked in, basically turned around and walked straight back out again. We decided to stay somewhere else. Unfortunately the host did not respond to my request for a refund which I thought was rather rude. I would NOT recommend this accommodation.

• Sairam (8/5): Very good - I love the place,felt convenience go other places too, bathroom is super clean & some of the facilities are available there. Floor felt like sticky & hairs are here& there.....& Kitchen sink is not clean as well,it looks dirty...so far is good 😊
