We spent our two day trip in resort itself and enjoyed pool a lot along with table tennis , chess and trampoline. Awesome food and helpful staff . Everything just perfect .

The manager, Vikas Sirohi is clever bussinessman and massive Tiger enthusiast did everything he could to make sure I and my wife saw tiger in the wild. He personally came with us (at 5.15am) to a different gate to the national park where and made sure we had the best tracker and driver to give us the very best chance of seeing a tiger. Sure enough it worked, because we have seen 4 tiger after hunting, during a meal. Wonderful experience and highly recommended. The property is family run, Vikas' father, who also lives there, is very nice and the entire staff, including Sagar Dharate, are extremely helpful. The garden is extraordinary, there is a sanctuary, lots of birds and sometimes a group of monkeys visit.

• David (10/5): Best chance to see a tiger - This place is truly superb. The manager who is a massive Tiger enthusiast did everything he could to make sure I saw a tiger in the wild. I did four safaris with no luck on the tiger front on the first three. He then personally drove me (at 5.15am) to a different gate to the national park where there had been more recent tiger sightings and made sure we had the best tracker and driver to give us the very best chance of seeing a tiger. Sure enough it worked and we got to see at least three tiger sightings and you are about 30 or 40 yards away from this magnificent beast. Wonderful experience and highly recommended.
• Srinayana (8/5): Great spot to visit pench - with really tasty homely food. - The service was excellent. The food was very good too. The location is also well situated. Rooms were clean and comfortable . They helped with our safari booking too. There was no water for some time in the room, but they made it work after a couple of hours.
• Ketan (10/5): Great stay ! - Food was exceptional ! So were the owners and staff. No liquor, smoking. Pure veg. No parties. A temple on the grounds. All these give this property a serene and peaceful atmosphere. No cons.
