- J (7/5): Good for a short stay, but not yet good enough... - This place has potential. It is a nice private villa atmosphere close to the main street. The Wifi is fast, the pool is okay. Close to several nice cafes and restos. It has potential but it's not there yet. I think the owner has put it for rent too early. We were the first guests ever and we found many problems that need to be solved if you want to receive good feedback from your next guests. - Cleanliness: there were many parts that were not clean. From the first sight everything looks clean but if you look closer lots of dust and spiderwebs. Especially in the closets, kitchen and under the bed/cupboards. - Facilities: we had 2 rooms in a 3 bedroom villa. In one room the water smelled like sulfur and in the other room there was only very hot water (was not able to shower the first day so we had to shower with the toilet jetwasher). After complaining the next day someone came to check and after that there was only cold water :( The airco is not strong enough for the size of the room. They installed a 0.5pk airco but this room needs at least 1pk if you want to cool it properly. The swimming pool is okay but not very inviting. It was not cleaned when we arrived so I had to take the leaves out myself. Regardless we had a bit of fun in it. - Price: I think it's too expensive for the value we got this time and quite far from center Canggu. So hopefully the owner takes my review as constructive feedback and if things can be fixed this place could be very nice!
