Было тихо и спокойно, при этом местоположение очень удачное: до всех нужных мест в Чангу удобно добираться на байке, но ближайшая улица не стоит в пробках. Бассейн хороший, уборка тоже. В общем все понравилось!)

• Nikita (1/5): - Мы платили за улучшенный номер на две недели. Я видела отзывы о запахе канализации, и думала что как всегда преувеличивают. Частая история на Бали, но никогда не было чем то критичным для меня. Итак, день заезда, вечер, приезжаем с аэропорта и нас ведут в самый конец. Номер находился в очень узком проходе между бетонной стеной 2ух этажной и зданием. Солнце туда не попадает от слова совсем, прикреплю фото номера сделанное днем в солнечную погоду. В номере стоял запах подвала и краски. Уже слегка расстроенная, захожу в ванную и тут меня чуть не выворачивает от запаха. Отвратно. Мы спрашиваем есть ли другие номера, на что сотрудник ответил что в других номерах запах не лучше и якобы это из-за камней в душевой. Пишем в поддержку букинг, с просьбой отмены бронирования. Жить так не возможно. Походу дела видим откуда запах краски - плесень над кроватью просто красят белым по верх. Я не смогла находиться в номере, до 2 ночи мы просидели в кафе, приехали поспали до 4 утра и я проснулась от сильного кашля их запаха плесени. Просидела остальное время на улице. Не став ждать ответа от отеля, мы забронировали другой отель. Чему в дальнейшем безгранично стали рады. Оставалось пережить 3 ночи до первого свободного дня в другом отеле. Днем нам все же показали другой номер, а я тем временем обошла и посмотрела все номера. Итак, нормальные только на втором этаже (не хорошие, а просто норм) их около 6 шт. Остальные 8-12 все в потемках. Расселение рандом. Тот хороший с фото что пихают везде с двумя окнами - только один. Все остальные номера будут на первом этаже и ощущать вы будете себя как в погребе. Запах в номере был лучше, воняло только слегка в ванной. Позже оказалось что так воняет вся вода в душе. Мерзко было мыться. Нас попросили так же быстрее переехать, так как в номер с плесенью и вонью должны были заехать другие люди :) Менеджер написал что приносит извинения и вернет нам кэшэм деньги за первую ночь. По поводу денег нам приходилось подходить в течение трех дней.

The property seems a bit old or the maintenance level is not great. However, when I asked about deep cleaning, I’ve seen a better outcome.

• Jack (10/5): Very affordable and high quality service. Highly recommend this accomodation for any travellers. - Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Staff were super friendly and very accomodating. Provided some extra assistance for me and made an extra meal on Nyepi for me which I’m extremely grateful for. Highly recommend this. Shower area seemed a bit dirty with the pebbles/rocks around the drain.

• Neve (9/5): Super fijn verblijf zou er zo terug naartoe gaan!! - Fijne ruime kamer, en werd om de dag schoongemaakt met schone handdoeken. Super fijne sfeer en je bent heel makkelijk in de hoofdstraat of met een scooter in changgu, dus locatie is ook echt top!! Je kon alleen de temperatuur van de douche niet helemaal goed regelen en ik had 1x dat iemand van het personeel een beetje onaardig deed omdat ik om 10:35 ontbijt wou bestellen (ontbijt tot 11u) toen zei hij ineens dat je voor 10:30 moet bestellen (is nooit tegen mij gezegd), en toen ik weg liep had ik het idee alsof hij mij aan het uitlachen was met 2 andere mensen.

Nooju Homestay was perfect with a great working desk and super reliable WIFI across the entire property. The entire property is really well kept and the staff was always super helpful and friendly. I have nothing bad to say. Would gladly come back at any time.

Besides the room, there is a very noisy construction. They drill all day long. As it was a rainy day, I wanted to stay in the room focusing on work but it was impossible. It was so loud that I had a headache. I think other rooms are probably fine as they aren’t so close, but this room is hopeless. - there was no water in toilet twice in a day, so I had to text the reception to fix.

• Evgeniya (6/5): Overall I guess it’s a good value for money because the facilities were new , the rook - The staff were amazing , very kind. Very good breakfast and a great coffee ! We stayed 2 weeks. The water In the sink didn’t flow at all so we had to brush the teeth or wash hands in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flash well , every time we had to touch intensely the upper lid of the toilet to make it work. There’s an open space in the window that you can’t close and through that open window geckos come inside and cockroaches. Also somehow there often were centipedes in the bathroom. All that combined - the bathroom experience was a huge minus to our comfort. The was just 3 cleaning max in our room during a two weeks stay. Sometimes we had to ask for fresh towels otherwise it doesn’t get changed.
• helene (1/5): - Unfortunately, my stay was a very disappointing experience. The hotel’s location is extremely noisy, making it very difficult to rest. In addition, I was originally told that I would be staying on an upper floor, which was not respected upon arrival. The room I was assigned was dark, dirty, and humid. Housekeeping was clearly not carried out properly, and there was constant foot traffic outside the room. The soundproofing was very poor, which added to the overall discomfort. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations at all and was far from what had been promised. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Overall homestay grounds were maintained very well and the staff were very nice and helpful throughout. The bathroom could be improved. The shower had pebbles which were aesthetic, however may not be the best option hygiene wise. The water also didn't drain properly and tended to flood the bathroom. There was also a smell in the bathroom.

• Vittoria (9/5): Stunning rooms but didn’t love the showers - Gorgeous rooms & pool area! Loved that it was in a quieter area, no construction noise or anything like that. The only thing I will say is that even though the shower looks really nice with all the cobblestones, it did feel a little bit unhygienic. The water didn’t drain properly and flooded the bathroom a bit, leaving a bad smell at all times in there. Other than that, perfect!

• Lindsey (10/5): - We stayed at Nooju Homestay for about four weeks, and honestly, it has been the best accommodation we’ve experienced in Bali so far hands down. We originally booked for a shorter time, but we kept extending because it was just that good. Bima, the owner, and his staff went above and beyond to look after us. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome and at home. We especially loved the American breakfast every morning, which was always fresh and delicious, and the swimming pool quickly became a favorite spot for my kids, they absolutely loved it. The location was also perfect: tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It really was the best of both worlds. Our family had an incredible time here, and I can’t recommend Nooju Homestay enough. If you’re looking for a place in Bali that feels like home with amazing service, this is the place to stay.

I pancake disponibili solo nel menu, le altre opzioni non sempre erano complete, mancava sempre qualcosa. In 4 giorni di soggiorno, siamo stati 2 giorni senza acqua calda e nonostante il reclamo, il problema non è stato risolto. Lo staff perp è gentile.

Free breakfast, limited, but free, so can’t complain. Bathroom doesn’t have much natural ventilation but I went and bought some scented things from the supermarket and it was all good. Has an extractor fan.

The ottoman at the end of the bed was comfortable too. Good air conditioning No window in room so condensation built up. Our drain in bathroom blocked and the bathroom had a weird smell - they kindly cleaned it when requested but smell remained. There was mould in the bathroom and stains on sheets and curtains. Walls had stains from previous leaks. Room lacked atmosphere. No daily housekeeping however towels changed when asked.

The room was fully equipped and had a very stylish design. The pillows were too high, and the towels weren't changed unless asked.

No hot water in the shower! A small open window in the bathroom with no possibility to close, allowing insects and geckos to enter. No iron, not even on request. Road reach the hotel needs som maintenance.
