• Milana (10/5): - L’appartamento è stato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno: molto pulito, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’attenzione ai dettagli e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Anche la presenza di generi alimentari di base è stata una sorpresa gradita. Consigliatissimo! 🌟

• Presta (5/5): Catania e’piacevole - Struttura nuovo a ristrutturazione, buona posizione Nonostante l’arredo moderno e nuovo, mancavano alcuni strumenti essenziali come strofinacci, carta cucina, spugne e detersivo per piatti e nonostante avessimo segnalato alla proprietaria la necessità di fornire questi strumenti, non ci sono stati portati durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci è mancato il confronto diretto con la proprietaria che non si è mai vista ma solo sentita per telefono soprattutto via sms. La colazione basica a base di prodotti confezionati. La struttura non ha finestre se non due feritoie da cui si può far arieggiare la casa ma è climatizzata.
• Karen (8/5): - Comfy bed, pretty central, clean, good air con. No instructions about how to get in beforehand and no answer when ringing the bell so I had to call. Was asked for ID and tax just before leaving - that could be organised before checking in. A lot of noise from the street but not the fault of the place. Could not turn off the very bright outside light and no curtains on the front door.
• Alexandra (10/5): An amazing place to stay in Catania - close enough to the centre and far enough from the noise! - It had all the facilities you need. Everything was very clean, new and worked very well from the AC to the boiler to the coffee machine. It's a good place for both a short and a long stay. It's spacious and close to little shops if you need to buy water, snacks and close to some excellent restaurants. It's also close to the airport. The owner was always quick to contact and nice. It was just a bit noisy from the people outside, but that's not the fault of the house. It's on one of the most important streets in Catania so you should expect some nightlife.

• Malgorzata (4/5): Cheat on breakfast - Clean, quite close to city center. Awful street noise, lack of any windows, very noisy ventilators in room. But the worst cheat is saying it serves breakfast. If you check definition of breakfast service it means it is something more than giving you first day a pack of 8 snacks for 2 persons for 4 nights. It means one 40g cheap packed croissant. Plus jam. Capsules for coffe to small home coffe maker. When we realized that even this is outdated, the lady brought new ones with validity date. Even if price is not high, it should be clearly stated there is no breakfast inc luded.

• Magdalena (5/5): Badly air-conditioned, breakfast was a dissapointment - Kind and helpful owner, quick arrangement with the keys, coffe machine The place was really struggling with air conditioning. There wasn't possible to have much of a fresh air, as there were no windows and only door right to the street. It was ground level apartement, so we felt really close to everything that is happening on the street. It was visible that the owner tries his best in terms of decoration, utensils etc., but the air condition thing was really spoiling all the experience, as the air in the apartment was feeling musty and stale, not possible to ventilate the rooms properly. Also we had breakfast included - but we wouldn't even call it a breakfast. It was more of a dissapointment - we got only pre-made croissants from the store. It was a bit foul play, as we were choosing the place also with consideration of breakfast included. There was coffe machine though, but still it's far from regular breakfast.
• Amanda (9/5): Superb - The place look amazing, short walk to the main center . It was really pleasant stay 👌😍 Fresh bakery open early in the morning , with wonderfull sweets and bread ❤️
• Cristina (8/5): Very good - - host very nice - location good. Piazza Borselinni for the BusD reacheabel in 20 minutes - house clean and modern - very loud noisy during the night and day because of the door, needs to be issolated - Restaurants market morning Croissants missing in the area
• Andrea (8/5): Good for the price . - The location is really good, everything is nearby. The flat is nice and clean. You’ll hear every , literally every noise from the streets even If the bedroom door is closed. The breakfast is only premade croissants , jam and nutella.

• Annemarie86 (10/5): Lovely stay - The place is very cute and clean, location is perfect, right in the center, hosts are lovely. It can be a bit noisy at night as the property is next to the main road.
• Robert (10/5): It was an impeccable clean house which we enjoyed stocked at - Breakfast was very nice, with well dtocked croissants beautiful jams and fresh coffee which which were very welcome We had no complaints unless putting away the cups up in the shelf and the plates higher
