- Irina (10/5): Рекомендую - Классное расположение: 5 мин до автобусов/ трамвая / метро. Много кафешек рядом, и до многих достопримечательностей можно пешком дойти (мы доходили до Фатих мечеть, например). Для семьи или компании отличный вариант. Хост был на связи, все мелкие вопросы решались быстро. Квартира немного уже "подуставшая", её сложно назвать прям уютной (но для нас и для многих путешественников это ок), не было ни соли, ни зажигалки для плиты (мелочи лучше сразу докупать). И ещё момент: квартира на третьем этаже с винтовой лестницей, моя мама 65 лет справилась, но все равно лучше учитывать, что лифта нет.

- Itzzo (6/5): Cumple para unos días - Ubicación en barrio auténtico. Los colchones eran cómodos y el agua caliente funcionaba bien. La cocina tiene lavavajillas. Habitación al comedor sin puertas. Muchas cosas del apartamento estaban rotas. Echamos de menos un microondas en la cocina.

- Victoria (10/5): - Vendndodhje e shkëlqyer, 7 minuta nga tramvaji T1, 5 minuta nga stacioni më i afërt i metrosë, 15 minuta nga Xhamia Blu. Ka supermarketet dhe restorantet afer. Pajisje të mira kuzhine, apartament i ngrohtë. Ne qëndruam në një apartament me tre dhoma gjumi; nëse udhëtoni me të moshuar, përgatituni për një shkallë spirale. Stafi është shumë i gatshëm për të ndihmuar, gjithmonë në kontakt. Na lejuan të largoheshim dy orë më vonë.

- Omar (8/5): Nice Stay with Very Good Service From Mr Said - Location is close to Fatih Mosque and reasonably close to Hagia Sophia and the Bazaars. Apartment was clean. Overall very good value for the money, especially the service we had from Mr Said- he was available round the clock to help with any problem we had, and catered to any request from our side. Thank you! Could use one more couch or a better seating arrangement, a 3-bedroom apartment with only one couch had us sit on small kitchen chairs while we got together in the evenings. Could be but better maintained, e.g. could use some new paint job. Weak sound insulation.

El precio está bien La reserva era para 6 personas y allí solo había, 4 sillas, 5 cucharas, 4 cucharillas, 5 platos...el menaje de la cocina escaso no, lo siguiente, no había de nada. Al llegar la casa estaba muy fría, y no muy limpia . La puerta del baño, que está junto a la cocina, no cierra...necesita un buen mantenimiento todo el apartamento

Muchas gracias a él. Para tanta capacidad, la cocina es muy pequeña. Un solo baño tampoco es muy cómodo. El wifi es muy débil y se cae de vez en cuando. Haría falta cambiar un par de bombillas. La propreté et les équipements répondaient aux besoins essentiels. L’absence de chauffage centralisé n’a pas constitué un inconvénient. Les lits étaient propres et confortables. Pour la vaisselle, seul le strict nécessaire a été demandé et a été fourni de manière satisfaisante Ce que j’ai moins apprécié concerne principalement l’accessibilité. Étant accompagné d’une personne en fauteuil roulant, la situation géographique de l’appartement a été un peu contraignante. De plus, l’absence d’ascenseur et de chauffage centralisé a représenté des points moins favorables. Mis à part ces éléments, l’ensemble du séjour s’est déroulé correctement.

- Міненко (8/5): В целом, всё было хорошо! - Квартира была хорошая. Чистые, очень удобные кровати, 3 отдельных комнаты + большая общая комната. Хозяин очень добрый, отзывчивый и проблем с заселением не было. У нас были проблемы с Wi-Fi, его починили за 1 день. Так же было и с душем. Район очень удобный, рядом метро, и ехать к главным достопримечательностям были близко. Так же рядом много магазинчиков и ресторанов, где можно поужинать. В целом, нам очень понравилось! Wi-Fi был слегка слабым для онлайн работы. Было проще раздавать wi-fi с телефона на ноутбук. Это могло быть связано с тем, что нас было 5 человек в квартире и всем нужно было работать. Поэтому если планируется работа в поездке, стоит быть к этому готовым. Ступеньки в квартиру очень крутые. Если вам такое не ок, лучше поискать вариант на этаж ниже. Мы были на третем, и родителям (им по 50-60 лет) было тяжело. Мы читали об этом перед бронированием, но не предали значения.
- Jinga (9/5): Super🤗 - Locația excelenta, zona buna, apartament dotat cu cele necesare, am avut la dispoziție tot ce ne, a trebuit, mai puțin căci au fost probleme cu wifi. Am fost primite mai devreme de chekin, la ora 9 cu acordul domnului manager, dar am și putut lăsa bagajele pina in apropierea plecării noastre la autogara peste ora de chek aut. Mulțumesc și domnului Said care s, a ocupat de noi , au fost urcate la etaj bagajele de către dânsul, acesta a fost atent cu noi tot timpul întrebând daca mai avem nevoie de orice altceva. Locația este aproape de market, stații autobuz, tramvai.. Vom reveni cu siguranță din nou, totul a fost perfect... Fără comentarii despre așa ceva..

He never refused any request, and we are truly grateful for his hospitality. The apartment itself was spotless, air-conditioned, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We would also like to sincerely thank the building manager for allowing us to stay until our flight time. The only problem with this apartment was the Wi-Fi, and when we inquired, we found out that the whole area did not have Wi-Fi because the cables in the area were being renovated.

- Ghufran (6/5): Great hostess and location, but the house had several issues. - The hostess was kind and very helpful, which we really appreciated. The location was also great and convenient for our trip. There were several challenges during our stay. The ceiling was quite low (around 2 meters), making the space feel cramped, and the stairs were steep and difficult to use. There is no elevator, which made things especially hard considering the tap water is not drinkable, we had to carry bottled water up ourselves. The front door does not close properly unless it's locked, which felt a bit unsafe. The internet connection was poor. The TV was only in French. It didn’t work at first, but the hostess kindly helped us get it running. We also had no hot water for the shower for the first three days, which the hostess eventually resolved. Another issue was that the electricity would cut out whenever we used the washing machine at the same time as the two air conditioners, which are essential due to the heat, especially since the roof is directly above and the insulation is minimal.

Walkable to Blue Mosque, Balat & Galata. If you are here walk North towards Aqueduct of Valens & eat at “Çiğ Köfteci Seyfettin Usta” - the restaurants & markets in this area are delish & so cheap! There is also a BIM supermarket 100m from the property, so it was awesome having a large kitchen to cook. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The listing said free parking, but when we arrived, we were directed to a separate parking lot where our car sat unused for 5 days – and we were charged 2,500 lira for it. Completely deceptive. The hot water only worked occasionally, which made showers unpredictable and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place was constantly noisy due to other guests, making it hard to get any proper rest. Overall, this was a disappointing stay. Between the hidden fees, unreliable amenities, and lack of peace, we would not return and do not recommend it.

The sealing was too low I could only stand in the middle of the flat, not good for tall people more than 1.85

- Ankur (1/5): Worst mistake I made, Never book this apartment - There is nothing to like about the property, I would be thinking I am staying in a hostel, the bathroom is having mould and water all around and so much smoking smell across the house, I was abusing myself only that why I have chosen this place and made my vacations bad due to this type of stay. All the things were bad- 1. Bathroom is worst, water everywhere 2. Smoke odour in the whole building 3. The house size is about 30-35 m*2 and not like 70 as mentioned during booking. 4. No utensils, glasses and cups. Very minimal glass and plates which are of no use for tourists.

- Iboleet (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best hosts on Booking I've ever met. The apartment is great for 5 people provided if you have a child which can sleep on the sofa in the living room. The location is great - You can arrive from IST on the Havaist bus and get to the place in less than 10 mins. As for the getting around the city it's also convenient, as you can take metro to the Esenler Otogar or use the tramway to the most historic places. I've specifically picked that location. However there were some minor issues which I'd list in dislikes) Btw, there's a very nice mall nearby (5 min walk) where you also have a big Migros. I wish I figured that out earlier as I was buying groceries in more expensive small shops. One leg of the bed was absent therefore the bed was inclined. I used the steel pot from the kitchen to replace the leg. The wi-fi was extremely slow. There's free Netflix and Youtube on the TV but the speed was too slow to use. The kitchenware needs replacement (plates have dents) and there were no cups apart from the small ones for turkish coffee. Anyway, the overall feeling about the place is great. I guess I could demand smth about the bed repair, but I used my "engineer skills". I suggest the owner to review the set of kitchenware though.

The apartment owner was friendly and prompt to reply via whatsapp for anything we needed. The apartment was a good size and it felt like a stay at a vacant long term rental where a local would live not a polished luxury apartment. We were fine with this because it was priced appropriately. There are some minor maintenance issues that should be attended to by the owner as noted by others. one of the toilets leaks clean water near the wall onto the floor at the rear of the toilet, not a major problem but annoying to see, the wifi was fine for use with phones but the tv wasnt able to be used due to no connections, no bulbs in beside lamps etc, these were not really issues for us and the owner could do with having a walk through and seeing what he can do to fix these things to stop the bad comments being made by many. Even with the issues we saw we would not hesitate to stay here again though given the very reasonable pricing.

- Bolanle (4/5): The Landlord needs to act on reviews not just the money. - I recently stayed at this self-catering apartment for 10 nights with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. While the landlord is polite and pleasant to interact with, they appear unresponsive to customer feedback and critical maintenance issues. The Good: The sitting room and dining area are nice and relatively well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax. The Bad: Bathroom Issues: The toilet was leaking, and the shower handle was broken—issues I had read about in previous reviews. Despite contacting the landlord beforehand, who assured me these problems had been fixed, they were still unresolved. Bedroom Concerns: There were no extra sheets provided, which was inconvenient for a 10-night stay. We had to purchase our own. The bedsheets provided had an unpleasant odor, and the bedside lamps in the bedrooms had no working bulbs. Kitchen Problems: The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no microwave, the oven didn’t work, and there was only one usable pot for cooking. The washing machine was dirty and emitted a foul smell, making it unusable. I also encountered several cockroaches in both the kitchen and bathroom. Other Issues: The water kettle stopped working during our stay, and the landlord failed to replace or repair it. On our last day, the water supply stopped altogether, leaving us unable to shower or use the facilities properly. Conclusion: While the apartment has potential and a pleasant landlord, the lack of attention to critical issues—particularly in the bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen—overshadowed our stay. The absence of basic amenities and the unclean conditions make it hard to recommend this place. For these reasons, I would not stay here again

No lift in the property has caused me bit of challenge to bring up and down heavy suitcases to and from 2nd floor but I had managed and wouldn’t mind to stay there again.

It is spraying so much all over the place that I, as a tall man, could not wash my hair without getting water all outside the shower cabin. - The bed and pillows are on the harder side, but we did not find it as big an issue as other guests did.

He did not reponnd to our request immediately. Our stay was till 20.11.2024 but he take our appartment keys on 19.11.2024, so we cannot go outside apparment, and thats why when we were leaving appartment on 20.11.2024 we forget our lauggage and we called owner appartment to open the appartment, But he say "sorry i cannot help to open appartment because no one is available to give key" . So our first very bad experience ever that the apparment cannot give us our lagguage. And in appartment shower was broken. Appartment was cold, because mainbheater in dinninghall was not working. Matraz was as hard as possible, i and my wige both get backpain because of hardness. Alot of people mention in review also some of these points.

- Muzaffar (8/5): Very good place to stay for 3-4 people. - Location is really good, 3-5 mins to metro station, 25-30 mins distance to the grand bazar. Several grocery shops in 2 mins distance. Nice shoppping (Historia) mall and many restourant/cafe in 7-10 mins distance. You will find mostly local or middle east cusine close to the apartment. Apartment is located within streets therefore it was quite during our stay. The apartment in the 3rd floor from the ground. Stairs to the apartment narrow, a bit unusual, especially if you used to use european wide stairs. Rooms in the apartment as in photo, but smaller then in photo. Dedicated kitchen with necessary equipment for daily cooking. Host was very kind and supportive. I recommend this apartment for couples with 1-2 kids and who wants to see local avarage people's life, which is not fancy we can see in the Internet. Nothing critical, just bathroom needs to be refreshed and I don't like smell of cigarette.
