• Dimitar Dimitrov 78 (10/5): - The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a supermarket in the building and another one in the neighboring building. On the next street there is a backery which is one of the top rated. Very close to top rated kafana (called "Kalabalak") as well. Very close to the city center. 20 minutes walking. The property has a covered parking space. The hostess and especially her daughter were very polite.

• Daniel (9/5): Modern and spacious apartment in Skopje - The apartment is spacious, there is enough room for 5 people (maybe 6 too). The design is very nice, the kitchen has a bar and it's equipped with almost everything. The location is quiet but it's not in walking distance from the city center. The neighborhood is safe, but there is also private parking undergound for free (included in price). The communication with the host was very easy. The apartment is not sparkling clean, there are mouthmarks on the glasses and cups, there are some hair left. But nothing to be discusted too much. Also, there is no mosquito net on the windows so be ready to get some bites in the night.

• Llausha (8/5): Recommended - We liked it, it had anything you needed and very spacious. The hosts were quickly responsive too. The cleanliness can be improved. There was dust everywhere, the fridge had fingerprints on it, the toilet sink was dirty. The shower would quickly fill with water and it wasn't comfy showering like that.

• MUSTAFA (9/5): Wonderful stay - The location of the house was perfect, and it looked even better than in the photos. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and very practical. The host was very kind and helpful, with quick and smooth communication. We felt completely at home during our stay. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to everyone. The only downside was a slight cigarette smell lingering in the furniture, and the house felt a bit stuffy.

• ÖZTÜRK (10/5): Harika ev harika ev sahibi - Hersey misafirler için çok detaylı düşünülmüş. Mükemmel şekilde temizdi. Ev sahibimiz çok yardımsever ve anlayışıydı. Buraya denk geldiğimiz için çok mutlu olduk. Herseyi çok sevdik.

• Marian (10/5): - It was a very pleasant stay. Although it was a short night, the apartament was equipped with everything and it has underground parking spot. Nothing worth mentioning, it was trully nice.

Нов апартамент, на тихо и спокойно място, с много любезни домакини! Препоръчвам го! Няма такова. Всичко беше чудесно!

• dany121 (9/5): - Stan je odličan i prostran, ima sve što vam treba za ugodan boravak. Relativno je blizu centra. Ima garažno parkirno mjesto. Domaćini veoma susretljivi, i sve smo se lako dogovorili. Nije mi se svidjelo to što pokrivač nema navlaku i osjetio se čudan miris iz jastuka u sobi sa krevetom za dvoje. Jastuci su previsoki bili za spavanje. (no to je zanemarivo)

• Emre (9/5): Kendi eviniz kadar rahat hissedeceksiniz, otoparkı kocaman ev tüm beklentilerin üzerinde fevkalade. - Bizimle hemen iletişime geçtiler, aracımızı park edebileceğimiz kapalı otoparkın anahtarını verdiler. Ev konumu itibariyle biraz şehir merkezine uzak fakat bunun dışında her şeyi harika. Eğer şehir merkezine araçla gidecekseniz ya da 20 -30 dk yürüyebilirseniz kesinlikle burada kalmalısınız. Yatak çok rahattı biz iki çift aile olarak kaldık şehir yürüyüşü sonrası deliksiz uyku çektik ve mükemmel şekilde dinlendik. Sıcak su, kettle, klima, çay ve kahve olarak tüm imkanlar vardı. Havlu şampuan her şey düşünülmüştü. Kocaman buzdolabı mevcuttu. Buzdolabında buz bile düşünülmüştü. 3-4 Terlik verilse harika olur. Şart değil fakat özellikle soğuk günlerde mermer zemin sizi üşütüyor. Bunun dışında herşey harikaydı bu evde kesinlikle yeniden kalacağım.

• Veronika (9/5): Teljesen új, modern apartman. - Jól felszerelt, tágas, jó elrendezésű apartman. Nagy előny a mélygarázs és a lift. A szállásadó kedves, segítőkész. A lakás modern, új társasházban helyezkedik el. Nem volt ilyen.

Навіть більше: власниця запропонувала 2 мисочки для корму і води, це дуже мило з її боку. Щодо квартири: є постіль, рушники і все необхідне. Також було 3 види кави, цукор і пара сухих сніданків. Із дуже зручного: підземний паркінг прямо в будинку. Все чудово!

• Muttalip (4/5): 👎🏼 - - Good and swift communication. - Comfortable beds. - Close to the markets. - Inside parking - Poor utilities in general. - No dishwasher, no washer for clothes, even there is no table for eating except a high bar which is not suitable for kids and not comfortable for adults as well for eating something. - Shower drain was almost fully choked. So we couldn’t use it in a proper way. - Last but not least, the kettle/boiler in the kitchen was rusty, it is not limy but rusty! This is totally unacceptable. So I attached the photo of it. - Bed sheets are either non-cotton or low quality.

• Dimitris (10/5): - The apartment is larger that it looks in the pictures, well equipped and really clean. The owners were very friendly with us and our dogs and easy to communicate with. The private underground parking was really convenient as you could reach your car without exiting the building. There are also stores nearby to get food.

• Petru (10/5): Am petecut doar o zi insa abia astept sa ma intorc macar o saptamana. - Locatie foarte buna. Gasiti in fata blocului un market, o pizzerie, parcarea, parc de joaca si la 2 minute pe jos o terasa unde se manaca un mic dejun pe cinste, pentru toate gusturile. Totul a fost placut.

• Mehmet (10/5): - Gelecek olanlar hiçbir şey düşünmeden kiralasınlar.Ev şehrin merkezinde çok temiz çok güzel yeni kapalı garajlı ve harika bir ev sahibi var.. 2 gün kaldık ev sahibesi sabah kahvaltılık Mısır gevrekleri ne kadar yenileyip koymus. Evde tost makinesi fırın kapsül kahve makinesine kadar var ve kapsül kahvelerde hazır bulundurulmuş.

• Petra (10/5): Apsolutno savršen smještaj!!! - Prekrasan apartman koji je extra opremljen. Savršeno je bio uredan a kod uređenja se uistinu pazilo na svaki detalj. Kuhinja ima baš sve što vam je potrebno uključujući i kavu, klima super radi, a parking je besplatan u garaži iz koje je lift do apartmana.. Možda sam subjektivna jer je moj nadimak Green, ali u ljepšem apartmanu još nisam bila. Ovo je svakako mjesto gdje ću biti baš svaki put kad dođem u Skopje.
