Guest Reviews
- Alexandra (9/5): Superb -
- Stevie (9/5): Superb - no signs on the building or even on the road outside, made it difficult to find, but other than that it was a good place to stay
- Zamora (8/5): Very good -
- Guido (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andreas (7/5): Good -
- Glennwood (5/5): If I was alone, I would stay here again. If I had a family, I would choose a different location you get what you pay for - The property is in an excellent location. The restaurant associated with the property is above par and probably has the best coffee in town, but don’t stick there. There’s plenty of other good places too. Because of the nature of the hotel and it being very old, the walls are quite thin, and you can hear everything, including the sexual escapades of all of your neighbors.
- Idris (7/5): Good -
- Yarin (1/5): Bad - We had a rat in the room
- Dora (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roxana (8/5): Very good -
- Eliran (7/5): Good value for money - It is a colonial house on the beack, very well designed, with a very nice coffee shop and bakery in it.
the location is perfect, the breakfast was included and was good.
They are dog friendly.
The price was cheap comper to other hotels around, I think it was good value for money. The room I stayed in had no windows and the A/C was noisy.
The shared bathroom wasn't comfortable to use and no hot water.
- Petra (5/5): Passable - the guy who attended me when i arrived was from the bar/restaurant and has extraordinary skills and a great attitude and communication was top nodge as in terms of attention, clarity, confidence and dealing with this situation as he is not a hotel concierge or any. the fans are doing a great job in the room and are truly necessary. the bed was comfortable and the linens clean. the room was spacious and the hotel ( not the restaurant) staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. the breakfast was the worst nica breakfast in 2 years in nicaragua. the maduros were re-warmed and more like tostones ( unripe and dry and not at all tasting fresh) the service was always stressed and in a bad mood - the music is so loud that I couldn´t hear through my headphones my audiomessages on my phone neither could properly understand (phonetically) the waiters. the restaurant offers only instant prep pancakes ( with all chemical ingredients instead of just plain natural ingredients ) or nica breakfast with the booking included.
constantly during breakfast while eating there are street vendors or beggars coming in and disturbing you right at the table which is not at all a charming atmosphere to start your day with while having breakfast with a beautiful view.
the shared bathrooms are a mess not only for hygienic levels but their overall conditions are really bad and need serious maintenance and more frequent cleaning. also having constructions on safety structures ( building new supporting ceiling high pillars) in the dining area while storing the building material in the night entrance that i get to stumble ( not to mention the missing light or advice from the night guard to be extra careful balancing my way over these materials towards my room after 9pm is not at all customer friendly) the girl behind the counter in the restaurant semms to not like her job at all as she was extremely unfriendly to a kind and simple request about the menu. which in my opinion is not the standard this venue would want to represent.
- Caballeero (1/5): Bad - anything everything
