Even though we had a few more specific requests, they always did their best to assist us and handled everything with a positive attitude. The apartment is in a great location, and the city center, including Long Street, is only about ten minutes away by Uber. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and exceptionally well maintained.

The parking was a teeny bit awkward and due to being uphill the wind was alittle hectic, unfortunately out of the apartments control.

Only 10 min do the city centre and botanical gardens and not to far from the cable car and airport. It’s close to the main road N2 so you can hop in every direction. - Dane (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this lovely accommodation in Cape Town. We travelled with our 1-year-old baby, and the host was incredibly thoughtful and provided a cot, which made things so much easier for us. The place was spotless and had everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable — from washing powder to dishwashing tablets. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to offer optional daily cleaning at an additional charge, especially for guests staying with small children. It would also be great to have a couple of small extras like conditioner to go with the shampoo, and some body lotion. Cleanliness: 9.5/10 Location: 8.5/10 Staff friendliness: 10/10 Overall, we had a pleasant, comfortable stay and I’d definitely consider booking here again for our next trip.

- saleh (10/5): - This property is an excellent choice for anyone travelling to Cape Town. It is central and 10 min drive to most attractions. The manager fatima was very helpful and always ready to help and guide. The quality of the apartment is above 5* spacious, clean and home away from home. They also include amenities for your comfort which includes towels, shampoo, showered, washing powder, dish washer tablets, water, tea and biscuits. I would recommend this apartment to families and friends and if in Cape Town will 100% stay here. Just to add it is muslim friendly and close to halaal option restaurants and cafes. Everything was perfect.

- Shapaka (7/5): Good - Safe and quiet residence, Showers and rooms were clean. Lady was wonderful when we arrived. No running water on day of arrival, and facility manager could've placed 5L water in room. Although I extended my stay and asked for a reduction on price as Shower was not used, this was denied (definitely over priced for this location. Secondly the geyser was rightly switched off but we were not notified and my kids had to shower with cold water and only after I complaint about the water not warming up the next day after water returned were we informed that the switch was turned off.

The host kept in touch with us, made arrangements for our late arrival and all went smoothly. The location is excellent and while the main purpose of our stay was for business, the central location made it easy to use any spare time to visit some of the wonderful sites and scenery that Cape Town has to offer. The V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain cable car station, Kirstenbosch, scenic drives - all within easy reach as the venue is within easy reach from all main highways. Clean, comfortable, breath-taking views, friendly hosts and suppor staff, well equipped - we could not have asked for anything more. The host have thought about it all when it comes to the needs of travellers - simply the best.

However, on Sunday's morning before we check out the owner offered us very nice cake for our breakfast as a bonus. She was very accommodative and warmed welcoming. We had everything we needed even more and we loved everything at Star apartments and we would highly recommend to any readers to enjoy the staying at this beautiful and very neat place. Our next holiday with kids we are going to enjoy staying at either Erica or Arum lily.
