Christine (10/5): - Tres bien situé, calme, propre, confortable. Petite boulangerie/pâtisserie juste au pied de l’appartement, excellente. Les hôtes sont charmants, accueillants et toujours à l’écoute. Je reviendrai sûrement !

Μπίτσας (10/5): Υπέροχη αίσθηση! - Ένα άνετο, περιποιημένο δωμάτιο στην καρδιά του Νέου Μαρμαρά, με όλες τις ανέσεις. Ήμασταν 3 βραδιά τον Αύγουστο του 25 και πραγματικά τα απολαύσαμε. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά θέλω να κανω στον κύριο Παράσχο, ιδιοκτήτη του καταλύματος, που με βοήθησε από την πρώτη στιγμή να λύσω ένα πρόβλημα που είχα με το αυτοκίνητο μου. Διακριτικός, διαθέσιμος και επαγγελματίας. Τον ευχαριστούμε για ακόμα μια φορά.

ANASTASIA (9/5): - Καλή η τοποθεσία ,σε κεντρικό σημείο της περιοχής . Διαφωτιστικός ο οικοδεσπότης με μηνύματα για την είσοδο/check in/ διαμονή. Η έλλειψη χώρου στάθμευσης και η φασαρία τις πρωινές ώρες , καθώς βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο.

Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The place had everything we need, perfect location, just a minute or two away from the city centre, yet located in a nice vibrant street. Even though we went with a small baby, the room is quiet enough. Balcony is superb. Perfect stay in Neos, highly recommended!

Kalcheva (10/5): Very nice place to stay 😊 - The room is perfect for a couple. There are everything which someone will need - small kitchen box, but with all nessesary things, big balcony, safebox, wardrobe and a lot of tiny things which were really useful for our stay. The room was very clean and pleasant. The location is very good, near to the main street, restorants and shops. In the same time it wasn’t loudly. I recommend to put a sign with the name of Villa Paraschou in visible place from the street - it will be easier to find the place.
