Guest Reviews
- Michael (9/5): Central location, enjoyable stay. - Central, clean, comfortable Parking an issue, but understandable
- Michael (9/5): Clean, comfortable and very central. - Centrally located to shops and coast, a clean and comfortable house that has all that is required to make a great stay. Mumbles is the gateway to the Gower and this house is set well for this. Parking is by chance but that is something that can’t be changed; Mumbles is very popular and notoriously difficult to park in. It simply means your car may end up 2 streets away.
- Sylvia (8/5): A comfortable and practical house giving a good base to explore the area. - Location convenient, cottage well equipped and comfortable. Garden could be nicer, there are hardly any plants. A few climbing plants would brighten up the fencing, for example.
- Debbie (7/5): Perfect location for visiting the mumbles, comfortable but requires cleaning and decorating - Location of the property as it’s close to all amenities. Beds are comfortable and everything you require for a comfortable stay is within the cottage. Parking without a permit is challenging! The property needs decorating inside and out and the carpets need cleaning. The stairs a quite steep and the property floors lean to the left which takes some time to get use to. There is a bit of damp in corners and the ceilings which need addressing. This property is not suitable for wheelchair or mobility impaired.
- Loredana (6/5): Great location . Property needs some maintenance work . - Location , very well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Trouble with parking , should have said it was mostly permit parking in the road.
Black mould grout in bathroom.
Uninviting garden with slippy deck due to not being cleaned . Tall weeds in the garden that I pulled out to try and make it more inviting , which didn’t work !
Walls in the house with areas of damp.
Holes in the net curtains in the lounge.
