• Munim (6/5): Overall a good stay. Commuting to and from The Grand Mosque is an issue. - A workable kitchen will all the essential cookware was provided. Refrigerator and stove were also provided. Hot water was available when needed. Electrical kettle was broken and was a safety hazard with exposed plug top. Had to use it with extreme caution. Location is a bit far from Haram which added to the commuting inconvenience. A shuttle service needs to be made available.

Kitchen contain every thing Bathroom shower should replaced by new one because it isn't work probably. Also we couldn't open room window as it is very near to neighbors, we hoped that view would be better.

• Shuja (8/5): It was surprisingly good as most properties in Madina are over expensive and very bad. I would have given it a 5 star ha - The place is near all attractions in the city. It was clean and the owner and his manager were very cooperative. Apartment is clean and can accommodate 7 to 8 people. Most amenities are available inside the apartment. The washing machine and electric stove were available but not plugged in as there was no socket

• Gokmen (5/5): Good value for money but I would not recommend - There is natural light since all of the windows are covered by dark foil which is very depressing The flat smells awful because of the cleaning material(naphthalene) The traffic noise was literally inside of the flat since there was gap on the external wall and windows. It made it very very difficult to sleep

When I was shown the room, the bedsheets on the bed appeared to have been used. As a result, I canceled the booking and made a reservation for another apartment, which cost me an additional SAR 150. So, I will never book again.

• Moshira (7/5): good stay..I would come back - the room was big and comfy. the bathroom was clean. it is a little bit far from Haram Al nabwai only if someone doesn't have a problem with walking the distance
• Ahmed (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean. There was a two burner electric stove and some utensils which were extremely useful. There was a fridge and a washing machine. We could open the windows to let fresh air in. The rooms were big and spacious. There were some good restaurants nearby and the area was clean. Although it was a bit far from the Masjid-e-Nabawi, we had our own transport and could easily go to different places nearby, including parks and date farms. Although the rooms were spacious, they lacked some essential furniture like a reading desk and chair. We sat on the floor and ate, but a dining table would have been better, especially for elderly people or those who find it a bit difficult to sit on the floor. The bathroom was big but it did not have any hanger or shelf to put a towel or clothes on; we used the washing machine for that!
• Belim (8/5): Satisfied because of location. - Room were bigger and the bed where clean and tidy. Staff was friendly Staff were not present all the time you have to call them to let them know you are checking out and checking out time was 12 PM
