• Anne (9/5): Gorgeously quaint and quiet - Gorgeously quaint self contained unit. Located in suburbia and was quiet, no traffic noise, a little of the train line behind, but nothing that was disturbing. Everything looked fresh and clean and a lot of thought put into the comfort of guests eg pack of cards, books and extra blankets. Very homey and would stay again. Only on street parking, but was plenty of space available.

Easy no-fuss access - It was very compact, cute, near and tidy and had pretty much everything you would need for a weekend getaway. Host was great. The bed was not comfortable. Bothy husband and I did not like the bed. It wasn't flat so you felt like you were going to roll off the side of you slept too close to the edge.
• Alex (10/5): Accessible and close to public transport options, and easy walk to cbd and beach - All amenities you need and a helpful host if you require anything Proximity to train line, however less trains at night so it’s not much of a problem at bed time

• Annette (8/5): A comfortable well appointed unit in a great location. - The accommodation was close to public transport and it was easy access. Great communication from the host. The kitchen was well appointed with a range of appliances, utensils and some spreads and condiments. A good stock of towels was available. Sox was very friendly. One of us found the bed a little uncomfortable. One found the towels too small. We would have liked more bench space in the kitchen to prepare food.

• Anne (8/5): Very good - It would have been nice to have a little table to eat at, although I understand there's a premium on space. Perhaps a couple of knee trays would be useful. 😊

• Niamh (9/5): Beautiful little home, provided all that we could’ve needed for our stay! - Location was absolutely perfect !! couldn’t ask for a better spot, right next to a bus stop and a super short walk to the train station :) Minor issue with the some lights not working however was not a major issue as other lights provided sufficient light :)
• Colleen (10/5): It was the perfect stay, thank you. - It was very quiet,clean and tidy, had everything you need ( great supply of cooking appliances and utensils, good variety of foods and toiletries etc). Very close to train station and parks. The dog was very quiet and clean, did not disturb me at all. I felt very safe there. Welcomed with a smile. Overall a great place to stay. I can not think of anything I didn't like.

Although a great location in regards to prodigy to the university and town, the train line is right behind the property so therefore results in some noise.

• Luz (9/5): very good - Very clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful decor, spacious and comfortable large kitchen sink, lg.fridge and plenty cutlery. Good heater. Plenty blankets, cupboard space. Would be nice if there could be a little foldable table to eat. Arrived at night, the gate to backyard was difficult to open. Availability of street parking was limited.

• Nathalie (10/5): Gwennie, cosy and peaceful. - Great little Granny Flat style living. Fully equipped with mod cons, stove top, fridge. Huge ensuited, bedroom and enough space in lounge/dinner for family of 3, 4 if little kiddies. Great shower space and hot water. Quiet day and night. Close to transport, major motorways, uni, tafe, shops. Quiet local streets surround it. Great for short or extended long term stays. Outdoor space covered and extends to outdoor grassed garden yard. Well fenced yard. Friendly, approachable owner. We will be returning. I didn't have any issues. Yes, some nighttime trains, but honestly, noise is over before it starts.
