Craighill (8/5): Lynwood Cottage review - Loved the cozy cottage and the cream tea on arrival 😋 The cottage needed a deep clean it was very dusty upstairs particularly and some of the oven trays and pans were still dirty the iron had alot of scale in it and the blanket on the sofa and cushions smelt of dogs, we washed the throw which turned out to be a duvet cover. Parking was difficult and the neighbour to the right told us to move our car otherwise we would get a ticket and then parked there herself for a few days!
Rose (9/5): Luxury bedding and towels for the win! - Bedsheets, bed and towels were all extremely comfortable and good quality. The location was beautiful. The welcome scones and milk were a lovely touch The cleaner obviously just cleans around but could have done with a deep clean in corners and under things etc.
Denzil (7/5): Good - Comfy bed, plenty of hot water Advertised as with parking which is extremely misleading. Baking trays etc needed thorough cleaning before able to use
Matt (10/5): Such a great stay! - The location was perfect! Really close to the beach and great food/drink nearby. Hosts were incredible, couldn’t do enough for you. We highly recommend and would love to come back! Nothing! The only thing I would mention is that it was quite warm so could do with a fan at night. But that is totally personal preference!
Richard (7/5): Ok. - Location Previous guests mentioned a welcome pack. We had tea bags, coffee but nothing else. Not even milk!
Steve (7/5): Very enjoyable stay & would come back again. - Location was a minute walk to all Marazion has to offer. Very clean & quaint cottage. Peaceful stay. Shower screen was in the way of turning the bath taps on as it doesn’t open outwards to access the taps.
