• Mhairi (10/5): Very much enjoyed our stay! - Very luxurious! Staff can’t do enough. Very clean. Plenty of sunbeds, pools, activities. Loved my room and the food choice was great for each meal, even offering a midnight buffet. Special shout out to the excellent service by Mehmet (spoke perfect English and translated for his colleagues), Ibriham in the restaurant very attentive, Mufasta at the bar was lovely and such a good laugh. Also activities team of Sousou, Momo, Eamon and Zimbaba had so much energy and very fun to be around. Credit to the hotel! Nothing really. Except I had an incident where a security guard spoke nastily about me, whilst I was walking past to a colleague. He spoke in Turkish due to him thinking I could only speak English so could be nasty without me knowing. Unfortunately my boyfriend is Turkish so heard him comment on my appearance (fat and ugly was mentioned), was mortified when told so put in a complaint immediately and I hope it was dealt with but did lower my overall opinion of the hotel and made me wonder what else is being said about guests in front of their faces.

• Fanni (10/5): Egy szó mint száz: tökéletes ! Mindenkinek ajánlom ! - Nagyon szép az egész hotel modern és nagyon tiszta !! Az ételek egyszerűen nagyszerűek voltak és nagy választékból tudtunk választani! A szobák nagyon tiszták ,az ágyak kényelmesek ! A személyzet folyamatosan figyelt ránk és a rendelkezésünkre álltak, érdeklődtek hogy érezzük magunkat ,nagyon kedvesek voltak !!! Minden este volt program : előadás, karaoke stb ami különleges befejezése volt az eltöltött szuper napunk végén ! Egyszer beragadtunk a liftbe de még ez sem rontott a szállás hellyel való érzéseimen!

• Maria (9/5): We love the trip. It is a it far from Antalya airport but it is certainly friendly place and nice facilities - It is clean, plenty of food. Facilities are good, it is close to the beach, we enjoyed it very much. Staff is very friendly Please start labelling all food with allergens. We should be able to choose to eat something without asking staff all the time. Also staff tried to help but the language barrier prevented it sometime. Also smoking, in most European countries smoking n public places are not permitted. It was hard to enjoy weather and sit anywhere without someone smoking next to you. Can you please split sites for designated smoking and non smoking areas.

• Gints Grinvalds (9/5): - Great renewed modern hotel. Large and clean rooms, quiet, well equipped. Sea very close. Kitchen was amaizing - so wide range of food, every day could find smth new and most important - tasty! Realy we enjoyed it and recomend to everyone. Special thanks to Muratersin, he made our holidays more happier. Realy disturbed smoking persons - they were lot and most sad point, that there were not divided smoking areas from none smokers, even during the meals. About this point hotel realy need to think. Some of staff members could be more polite and friendly.
• Zhuldyzk (10/5): Excellent place to stay for the relaxation and the beach vacation. - We liked everything - spacious clean rooms, new facilities, delicious food at the restaurant (special thanks to the restaurant staff members Buvajan, Enajan, Suhrab, Diana, Jebbar, Sultan, Dastan, Kadir, Mehmet and Karagos), ice cream at the cafe, big swimming pool, evening concerts programs, morning yoga, aqua yoga, the gym facility. The beach is not on the "front line", you have to walk about 100 meters, but they keep the hotel beach area very clean, offering also a food and beverages there which is very convenient. The freshly made traditional turkish snack "gözleme" (freshly baked bread with filled cheese and spinach) was so delicious! The hotel also threw an Oktoberfest party with the live performance of the musical band and barbeque food. We enjoyed a lot our stay! Thank you! There is nothing which we didn't like. Our stay was very pleasant.

• Holger (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen - Sehr gepflegte Anlage, mit freundlichem Personal. International belegt. Mit ein paar Englisch Kenntnissen geht’s. Aber viele vom Personal sprechen auch gut deutsch. Die mediterrane Küche ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Und wir hatten genug Ablagen für unsere Sachen! (Weil das von einigen kritisiert wurde.) Der ZimmerService ist hervorragend. Der Strand ist etwas steinig und bei Wellengang muss man auf die Felsen im Wasser achten. Da prellt man sich schnell mal einen Zeh 😝 Mit dem Bus ist man für 1,50€ p. P. schnell in Alanya oder das Hotel vermittelt für kleines Geld gute Leihwagen. Hat in unserem Fall sehr gut geklappt. Und wer mit den AI. Getränken nicht zu frieden ist hat gegen kleines Geld auch eine große Auswahl sehr guter Cocktails. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Vor allem, wenn die Russische Mama mit ihren liebsten um Mitternacht telefoniert. 🤣 oder irgendein Rauchmelder mitten in der Nacht Alarm schreit…… Am Büffet stehen eine Vielzahl von sehr leckeren Gewürzen. Leider aber ohne Beschriftung. Hätte mich sehr interessiert mit was ich das Essen würzen kann 😋

Nähe zu Alanya war für uns noch ein Pluspunkt für Shopping und Ausgang. Herzlichen Dank für alles! Alles war gut. Preisleistungsverhältnis top!

• Dilara (10/5): - Wir waren von der außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundlichkeit und der herzlichen Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals zutiefst begeistert. Die stilvolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Inneneinrichtung des Hotels – insbesondere die elegante Lobby, das gemütliche Restaurant und das charmante Café – sowie die modernen, großzügigen, komfortablen und sehr sauberen Hotelzimmer waren schlichtweg atemberaubend! Es gab rund um die Uhr kulinarische Angebote (wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, sogar bis etwa 1 oder 2 Uhr nachts), was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das Konzept mit dem hoteleigenen Café ist nicht nur originell, sondern auch wortwörtlich süß – ein liebevoll gestalteter Ort, den wir sehr häufig und mit großer Freude besucht haben. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die wundervolle, entspannte und unvergessliche Zeit. Wir hoffen sehr auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!

• Sarüne Ezzeddine (7/5): Flot Hotel med god service - Personale var søde dog snakker meget lidt engelsk. Service niveau ok ret ok. Hotel er rent og ny renoveret. Vi kunne virkelig lide at man kunne få night snacks fra kl.00 til kl. 2 a.m. Der er masser shoppings muligheder 10 min fra hotellet. Vi kunne aldrig få plads ved poolen fordi der er tilladt at lægge pool håndklæder selv om der ingen ligger på dem. Til aftens mad skulle man stå med mad på tallriken og vente på plads fordi ses ud at der ikke nok pladser till alle hvis man kommer omkring kl 20. Det er ikke så rart.

• Tayfun (9/5): Pour la mer c est mieux sur Antalya . - Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté, l'accueil et le beau cadre de l'hôtel. Petit familial mais avec un effet, un ressenti d'hôtel à 5 étoiles! Établissement rénové qui sent bon ! Niveau restaurant rien à dire chacun trouve son bonheur. Service de chambre irréprochable ! Et rapide ! La mer n'est pas la meilleure beaucoup de vague ! Mais c est pas la faute de l'établissement.

Персонал очень отзывчивый, работают быстро, как пчёлки. Всегда везде чистота. Не понравился только один момент: в высокий сезон не хватает лежаков у бассейнов. Считаю, что нужно как-то решить вопрос с занятыми полотенцами лежаками. Многие про это пишут: безответственные гости кидают полотенца на лежак и уходят на весь день.

Everyone is always smiling, helpful, and truly makes you feel at home. We would especially like to thank Ismail at the reception, who welcomed us with a smile and explained everything we needed to know for a comfortable stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — every detail is designed with care and style. The gardens, pools, restaurants, and rooms are spotless, perfectly clean, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition. Every day, we found a lovely surprise waiting for us in the room — small details that made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail! The food is simply outstanding! Huge compliments to the talented chefs who made sure every meal was varied, fresh, and incredibly delicious. There was truly something for everyone's taste. We also want to highlight the bartenders, who are always cheerful and friendly, no matter how busy they are — real professionals! Special thanks to the animation team, who work hard every day to make sure guests are entertained and having fun from morning until evening. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect vacation with top service, comfort, and an amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!
• Axultan (3/5): Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience - Some members of the staff were kind and friendly I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately very upsetting. Upon entering the hotel with my child, I showed my room card and asked to put on the wristband myself, as my child urgently needed to use the restroom. Instead of helping or understanding the situation, the receptionist (Celil) and bellboy (Volkan) became confrontational. Shockingly, they even tried to escalate the situation into a physical altercation — something I’ve never experienced at any hotel in my life. When I spoke in English, the receptionist asked where I was from. Upon hearing I was from Kazakhstan, he switched to Russian. I politely explained I don’t speak Russian, to which he arrogantly replied, “Yes, you do.” I asked why English couldn’t be used, and he simply said he doesn’t know it. I requested to speak with someone who could help in English, and instead of assisting, he stalled by repeatedly asking for my room number — which he already had open on the system. The bellboy’s behavior was equally shocking — attempting to square up with me like he wanted to fight. When I said I’d wear the bracelet myself after taking my child to the restroom, he insisted on doing it himself “because the manager said so,” showing no empathy or professionalism. I told him to solve the issue outside, if he has any problem with me. This was not an isolated incident. During check-in, the process was much longer than necessary. Another receptionist (Mert) kept insisting on a voucher, even though I had a confirmed reservation and the hotel Wi-Fi was too slow to access anything. Instead of offering alternatives, he stuck to the script, likely due to poor training or lack of English skills. Housekeeping also ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign and barged into our room while we were sleeping — waking up our young child, which any parent knows is a big deal. Restaurant service was poor, too.
