• Tihomir (3/5): Quite surprised (spoiler alert - unpleasantly) - Out in the open with a view. Good-sized condo. We have supposedly been assigned a different apartment. Unit hasn't been cleaned at all from what it seems. Bed linen have been obviously used full with pubic hairs and pillows smelling heavily of cigarettes and perfume. Luckily there was a spare set in the wardrobe in a dry cleaning bag and we changed the entire bed while turning over the mattress as it's been stained and yellow all over. Bathroom and toilet weren't clean and shower cabin smelled like cigarettes like crazy - you had to shower with semi-open doors so you don't suffocate, but also to not flood the bathroom. Also shower cabin is leaking making the entire bathroom floor a giant puddle. Toilet has been clogged; barely making it. We didn't want to leave any toiletries anywhere or touch anything as we have been grossed out. Kitchen cabinets haven't been cleaned in ages full of dust, bugs, etc. with a lot of grease around the burners left from someone frying something sometime in the past. Had to rewash needed dishes, saucing pans, cutlery, glasses/cups so we are certain we are not getting any disease in the meantime while having dinner. Arguably the floor on the outside has been cleaner than the one on the inside. Less of a problem, compared to the rest - WiFi router didn't accept new clients, so had to use Roaming data instead.

• Thibault (7/5): - Room was well placed and the residence is new and beautiful. I think owner is not the problem and is not happy about that but appartment was smelling the cigarettes a lot, despite the parfums.
