- Chantal de Vrieze (5/5): het heeft potentie om een hoge score te krijgen - Het heeft veel potentie. mooi, groot, fantastische tuin. Het was niet hygiënisch. Alles was een beetje smoezelig. Vlekken in de badmat, viezigheid in de koelkast, voorwerpen waren plakkerig, je zag de strepen op de ramen, deuren en vloer. Het lijkt ook wel of er iemand woont op het moment dat er geen gasten zijn. Veel spullen en gebruiksvoorwerpen die niet thuis horen in een kamer/appartement wat verhuurd wordt.

- Vito (1/5): Il soggiorno è stato pessimo - Il soggiorno non è andato come desideravamo la proprietaria è andata su tutte le furie su cose inesistenti ha minacciato perchè il pavimento è stato danneggiato da noi quando questo non era vero, i segni sul pavimento stavano già danneggiate e lo abbiamo evidenziato nel momento che ci sono state date le chiavi, non c'era l'aria condizionata e abbiamo usufruito di ventilatori che tra l'altro erano già rotte le finestre mancava la doppia camera, mentre la prima era stata danneggiata dai precedenti affittuari, inoltre vi erano vetri sparsi sul pavimento, abbiamo avuto un corto circuito sull'impianto elettrico a rischio di essere fulminati, ecc. L'atteggiamento della proprietaria, in quanto nonostante l'alloggio era in stato precario, ha messo in discussione la non veridicità dei nostri atteggiamenti.
