Miriam (5/5): - Die Unterkunft in Essen ist ganz okay, ich habe gut geparkt und gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist super. Das mit dem Frühstück ist Fake. Da gibt es weit und breit keinen Speiseraum oder Küche. Auch der Hausverwalter mit dem Parkplatzschlüssel hat mir bestätigt, dass die noch nie Frühstück angeboten haben.
Dirk (4/5): Kann man notfalls für eine Nacht machen. Wenn der Chef da sein sollte, gibts vielleicht Frühstück... - Lage war gut. Frühstück gab es nicht, trotzdem es gebucht und bezahlt wurde!!! Kommentar des (nur englischsprachigen-) Ansprechpartners vor Ort: Frühstück gibt es nicht. Chef ist nicht da. Auch das ausschließlich englisch gesprochen wurde, finde ich nicht gut. Wenn man Fragen beim Einchecken per Code und Schlüsselbox hat, muss man in eine Sprechanlage außen am Haus sprechen. Englisch natürlich. Da es sich um eine stark befahrene Straße handelt, versteht man sehr wenig aufgrund des Verkehrslärms.

Dörte (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! - Lage war gut. Freundliches Personal. Keine Rezeption, niemand fühlt sich verantwortlich, bisher keine Rechnung erhalten, trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme. Schmutzig, Bett sah nicht frisch bezogen aus, Zahnpastaflecken im Bad. Tisch klebte.
Bernd (1/5): Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft - Trotz gebuchtem Frühstück ist kein Mensch hier. WLAN ohne Funktion auch TV geht nicht. Kein separates Schlafzimmer wie gebucht. Es stehen hier vier Einzelbetten rum. Fühle mich betrogen.

Frühstück in einer Shisha Bar außerhalb der Gebäudes. Zum Buchungszeitpunkt war das Hotel noch unter einem anderen Management. Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Peter (1/5): Es ist eine Schande für booking.com, dass eine Unterkunft die Übernachtung nur in Bar zahlen lässt und dann keine Rechnu - Die Lage; Der Service war schlimm. Ich werde seit dem Aufenthalt vom Service dauerhaft hingehalten, dass ich die Rechnung bekomme. Ich benötige die Rechnung zur Abrechnung der DIenstreise, da ich beruflich vor Ort war. Die 2. Nacht wollte ich im Vorfeld buchen, aber das Personal vor Ort hat mir geantwortet, dass wir diese Buchung vor Ort machen. Dann musste ich die 2. Nacht mit Bargeld zahlen. Bisher habe ich weder eine Quittung, noch eine Rechnung auf meine Dienstadresse erhalten.
İbrahim (5/5): Isınma problemi haricinde konumu fiyatı makul temiz bir yerdi. - Temizdi, konumu güzeldi, fiyat dengesi açısından bence iyiydi. Kış mevsiminde gittik Isınma problemi var, klima yok yazında sıcak problemi olabilir. Elektrikli ısıtıcı ile odayı ısıttık, iki kadeli ısıtıcıyı hiç kapatmadık ikinci gün daha iyiydi.

Maryna (10/5): pleasant and comfortable stay - A very pleasant place with an excellent location and good service. The staff is polite and the atmosphere is comfortable. I can recommend this apart complex for both short stays and longer visits.

In general the property had cutlery etc The property had toilet smell throughout the stay. No soap was provided in the bath room Towels were too old and did not use it due to its condition Diver was the worst. Pillow was messed up.

Marion (4/5): - Good location, close to metro station. Quite quiet. No WiFi, no toilet paper, no hairdryer. Stayed for 4 days, nobody came to fix it as they promised. Smells terrible in the shower. Smells of cigarette in the building. Asked for things to get fixed, nobody turned up to do it. Expected an apartment building when it is actually a student accommodation building. Extremely expensive for what it is.
