• kulbir (5/5): Average to good but needs a lot of attention by the owner - Location. Rajesh, the caretaker, was excellent. Without him, I don’t think we would have stayed for 10 nights. He was more than helpful and always ready to solve any problem. Basically the owner must already be aware of many factors that need urgent attention. He needs to spend money to refurbish and update the property including complete new bathrooms, new furniture, new beds, new blankets and linen, new cutlery, new main door handles and locks, etc, etc. Toasters in rooms are needed. Owner must not rely on its location with a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude. Car park approach must be clear at all times with no retail ppl selling their wares on railings. I must reiterate that the above has no bearing on Rajesh the caretaker. As mentioned above, he went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and is a credit to the property and its owner.
• gauri (9/5): It was excellent staying there. The staff was very cooperative and was very helpful nature. Whenever we asked for tea o - The vicinity is too good. Everything you name is at the downstairs. The parking space was very conjested as the persons with goods were sitting on the main entrance only and it was difficult for the car to get on and out easily. Every time the shop sellers have to remove their goods to get the car out. Overall it was a very good stay. This can be ignored once.

• Sally (7/5): - The location was great There is one caretaker who is also the night security so when you need him during the day he is asleep as he wakes at nights. Also I had to ask him to empty the garbage in the apartment which was really piling up as I stayed a couple of days.
• christophe (9/5): I have nothing but praise for the apartment; it's very well located, everything is nearby, and it's well-furnish - The apartment is very well located in the heart of a lively and commercial street in Bandra, clean, well equipped and with a very attentive caretaker. Perhaps it could use some basic kitchen supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge and dishcloth)

• Britto (2/5): Pathetic - Not much to say here. No sound proof. Next to a signal of busy road. no sound proofing. All the nights honking sound, noice affected sleep. Could smell the dust in bedroom.
• Tony (7/5): Convenient self-contained apartment, perfectly located to explore Mumbai - The apartment was clean, there was always hot water, the washing machine worked great, 2 TVs and very quick response from owner/staff anytime we needed it. Not the fault of the apartment, but the location is in a part of town where the state of the roads and pathways are terrible. We didn't feel insecure but you could feel the poverty of the local population. Saying this, from the point of view of getting around, we couldn't have found a better place.

• MALINI (8/5): - Rajesh the Care Takee was very polite & helpful...its centrally located if you are into shopping, all eateries are near by and easy access to the coastal road to the city. Though the facilities mentioned washing machine, they did not have washing detergent/ liquid... could have provided with a charge since we reached late at the venue we did not disturb the care taker for it ...

• Linda (6/5): Für das erstemal Mumbai wunderbar. - Die benötigte Moskitobekämpfung im Treppenhaus zieht „leider“ auch in die Wohnung. TIPP: Keine Kleidung offen liegen lassen. UND unsere Etage ist eher nicht für alleinreisende Frauen geeignet. Fenster schließen nicht.

Very chaotic check in process and the apartment was not clean - Only the location was good It was dirty, didn’t feel welcome at all. The check in process was chaotic. We have booked the place for 3 people and nothing was ready for the third person. They didn’t even have a 3rd pillow provided. This was my worst experience of my whole India trip. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

• Abdulla (6/5): its not a 5 star property but some how ok for bydget travellers - breakfast was not part of my package, instead of closing compound gate by 11 pm and opening at 8 am they can put some key lock which ease guest to go and come without calling care taker bedding linen, instead of blankets they can use comforters as they can change comforters' cover it will be more hygiene

The amenities provided were great and made the stay convenient. The only downside was the noise from the location, which made it a bit hard to fully relax.

Fridge had items in it from the previous stay. Water bottles are there but were not cleaned,
• rajnish (9/5): - The staff is helpful and the rooms are super clean. The location is in the middle of Bandra and just 30 min to the airport, so its excellent. Lots of restaurrants and pubs around if you want to eat or hang out There were no utensils etc in the pantry. Some cookware and serveware will help in case the guests want to cook.

• Stanley (6/5): Love the location with walking distance to bars restos and seaside walk. - 1st is location though it ilooks out to busy street so noise was a problem. Entry to hotel also filled with street hawkers. Attendant was polite. My comments are based on my other Air BNB experiences in other countries so my expectations may be a bit high. 1st the sofa has stains, and the bed sheets and blankets can stand more improvement in cleanliness and smell, tissue paper dispenser box was empty. Body wash n shampoo would have been good inclusions. The property is actually too near the road and most foreigners will agree that traffic condition in India is always noisy with usual honking of cars.

• Nikita (7/5): Good - Rajesh the caretaker was extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to ensure we were as comfortable as possible throughout our stay and also organised a space for us to store luggage. The location was also ideal (super close to most places we needed!) and the amenities were adequate. It was also quite spacious and had 2 bathrooms which was useful. The flat had a really strong paint smell which made it a bit difficult to sleep in, and the sheets could have been cleaner (had some marks on it). The sofas were looked quite worn with marks on them and we didn’t use them at all. The bathrooms had open exhaust fans which made it an easy site for mosquitos to come into the flat which was probably the biggest con (but then again, it may just be the time of year).

Much recommended for family with business and leisure trips. Nothing much. The entrance gets too crowded with road side shops during peak hours but they give royal treatment by making way everytime you get in or out of the property.

All the street noise comes into the bedroom unfiltered. That was bad. In this price range, well-insulated windows are a minimum requirement. The apartment would be great, but if you can hardly sleep at night, it's no use.

Nothing was too much trouble and he had a real pride in his work - Massive new smart TV Everything you could need for short and long stay. Unfortunately the Marks and Spencer store opposite has closed - shame Internet was a bit slow but as good as some of the big hotels
• Keith (10/5): Short 1 night stay - Rajesh welcomed us at the property and assisted with making our short stay comfortable with a smooth check in and check out as we had an early morning flight. The property is right on Hill Road and one can easily enjoy the restaurants and shopping . N/A
• Charles (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, well appointed and decorated flat with washing machine and good air conditioning. The caretaker is always available so it’s very convenient and only 15 minutes from the airport. The sheets weren’t clean and the mattress was hard and cheap.
• Alexander (7/5): Not bad one-night stay location near the airport - The rooms were spacious enough and the air conditioning worked well, there was a good pressure of hot water. The caretaker met us at 4 am, for which we are very grateful to him. The room was not prepared, although I warned about our arrival time several times. The bed for the third guest was not made, the air conditioning was not turned on, so it was terribly hot inside, We were only given 2 towels for the three of us. . The room was very dusty. The next morning we lost half an hour on the registration process, because the reception could not scan our documents. And they took a picture of us, I'm not sure if this is legal, because we have never gone through a similar procedure in any other hotel. At night, homeless people sleep at the entrance to the building.
• Marie (9/5): Would not mind staying here again. Location was very convenient. - Rajesh was available whenever we called and was very obliging. The entrance to the location driveway was dirty and often busy with vendors.

Hi is not concierge or hotel manager hi is just there to help with all things. location is just close to bridge so you have less time in trafic going to colaba. room is spacious. beds were clean. 2 AC and they work fantastic. they are responsive on WA traffic noise is big problem unfortunately. It has some soundproofing but its not for easy sleepers curtains need washing. also need a bit supply of toiletries. . it needs a touch up of cleaning and its easy to do it. I expect in the future that they will fix this issues because they are responsive and responsible.

All shopping / Hotel / Mahim beach close by and lot of transport options. close from Mumbai airport as well. Toiletries weren't given and not mentioned in booking as well. Thankfully i called up prior check in and took take care of toiletries available for whole family requirement.

• Varuni (10/5): Exceptional - Rajesh the caretaker took care of us superbly! He gave us a clean apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always cheerful and very helpful. The building is right on the main road directly in front of M&S. There is an excellent pizzaria and tea/coffee place next door. The location of the apartment was excellent - right in the midst of a shopping district. Communication with the owner was good - quick responses. It would have been great if Rajesh had a vacuum cleaner to clean up the carpets, although he did a pretty good job with the broom.
• Lucas (10/5): The place was very nice, clean, and manager Rajesh Singh was the best host you can get! - Manager Rajesh Singh was a extremely warm host, I felt right at home. He made sure everything was present, always friendly and ready to help. Rajesh made sure the rooms were perfectly clean, always. No dust in room.
