This house offers four bedrooms, the master with walk through wardrobe to ensuite. - Phillipa (7/5): - Overall it is a great sized house with beautiful gardens and views On arriving at Paul's Farmhouse on the very wet rainy day we came across 4 large bags of dirty linen still sitting near the front door on the outside verandah. (They were still there upon are leaving)
The house itself is very comfortable - but not sure why there is NO coffee table in the living area?
The fireplace needs to have a little overhaul as the air flow does not exist unless the door is left open.
The ensuite light fitting has been removed, leaving a bare bulb and spider webs could be seen above the wardrobe.
Both of the large rubbish bins were still down at the main entrance to the house, which meant upon leaving we had to carry the bags of rubbish down to remove them from the house.
The kitchen is well set up but one of the two coffee machines (which does not work) needs to be removed.
We did have trouble finding a salad bowl or platter for salad as well.
The front verandah needs a good guerney as it was very mouldy and slippery.
I think the property needs a little love and attention, but overall it is a great sized house with great views.
