• Luca (10/5): - Beautiful, cozy and quiet location to explore the city by foot or bike. Nice surrounding area with everything one could desire. Very friendly host Valeria, who offers a great breakfast and helpful tips for experiencing Rimini and its surroundings. Nothing to complain about. If I had to mention one tiny thing: A small fridge in the room for cold drinks would have been the cherry on top, especially to enjoy them on the amazing balcony. But since there are many bars within walking distance, it was not really a problem.
• Fabiola (8/5): Carino - Camera pulitissima, arredata con gusto, letto comodo, staff cordiale. La porta di ingresso angusta specialmente con i bagagli, inferriate per uscire sul terrazzino, (che sotto un certo punto di vista da sicuramente più sicurezza), ma poco pratiche. Pressione dell’acqua bassissima per una doccia. Riscaldamento non gestibile in autonomia, ma da remoto, abbiamo dovuto chiamare 2 volte per far accendere i radiatori, in quanto non partivano. Fortunatamente l'host ha gentilmente provveduto! Armadio decisamente inadeguato per un soggiorno anche di due notti.

Kambaryje, vonios kambaryje vakare gana tamsoka. Plaukų feno (nuosavo) kištukas netilpo į elektros lizdus. Tiko tik vienas elektros lizdas - už televizoriaus.

• CLAUDE (10/5): À 2 pas du pont de Tibère un endroit idéal pour visiter Rimini. - Accueil agréable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville de Rimini. Endroit calme. Chambre spacieuse. Très bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement de parking gratuit. Ascenseur disponible pour gagner l’étage. Belle salle de bains. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas eu dans la chambre une petite bouteille d’eau ! Un simple conseil : ne pas garer sa voiture sous l’arbre à l’entrée ! Les oiseaux vont la couvrir de fientes noirâtres et collantes, fort dures à nettoyer ensuite !

• Michael (10/5): Sehr schöne Villa mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. - Valeria ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Villa in ruhiger Lage und das sauber übergebene Zimmer sind sehr schön. Den PKW kann man auf dem Grundstück der Villa parken. Morgens bekamen wir ein leckeres Frühstück. Wie auch bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Valeria herzlich verabschiedet. Die guten Bewertungen und Fotos können wir nur bestätigen.
• Sandy (9/5): Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Rimini wieder hier einkehren. - Die Lage und allgemeine Ausstattung war hervorragend. Der Empfang war sehr nett und problemlos. Das Frühstück war eines der besten, die wir in Italien bekommen haben. Die Sonnenterrasse war ein Traum um dort zu frühstücken. Der Ablageplatz (Schrank für Kleidung) war für fast eine Woche und zwei Personen zu klein. Die Duschkabine im Schlafzimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

• Klavdija (10/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Rimini - The room was very nice and clean, location perfect to get around the old town. Breakfast was delicious, with great cappuccino! Valeria was very friendly and she gave us a great tip for a local restaurant. If we come back to Rimini, we would definitely call Valeria.

• Natalja (10/5): Прекрасная вилла с безопастной парковкой. - Очень приятное место, со своей спокойной аурой. Отзывчивая хозяйка, необычное решение с душем в номере. ( он прямо в спальне) . Спали как младенцы. Ночью -тихо. Кондиционера - не слышно. Кровать - удобная. Магазин за углом, старый город - в пешей доступности, хозяйка рекомендовала замечательные рестораны. До пляжа 25 минут пешком. Парковка для мотоцикла была любезно предоставлена за воротами в тени. За что хозяйке отдельное спасибо. Настоятельно рекомендую этот вариант проживания. Львы на входе! ! :)

Valeria to przesympatyczna gospodyni, która dba o każdy szczegół i sprawia, że goście czują się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Dom jest piękny, niezwykle czysty i zadbany, urządzony z dbałością o detale. Lokalizacja jest idealna – blisko potrzebnych miejsc, a jednocześnie zapewniająca spokój i komfort wypoczynku. Czuliśmy się tu jak u siebie. Gorąco polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka klimatycznego i przyjaznego zakątka na urlop! Chętnie wrócimy tu.

• Chong-gu (10/5): Perfect private / quiet stay in Rimini‘s best area St. Guiliano / Oldtown - The property which is managed privately by Valeria was so good that we extended our stay (see precious review). The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is very good with freshmade pancakes and the perfect scrambled egg, beside the typical continantal / Italian breakfast. We will come back :) We liked everything!
• Chong-gu (10/5): Perfect stay in a quiet, safe, residential neighbourhood only 300m away from the vibrant and charming cafes and restaura - Wonderful property on a quiet resedential area. Spacious and very clean rooms with high ceilings, marble bathroom, little terrace and private secure parking. The host Valeria is super helpful and responsive from the very first moment. The breakfast rooftop terrace is beautiful! We liked everything :-)

• Cristina (10/5): 100% recommend it, worth the money! - I liked everything - the location is closed to center and a half an hour to the beach (leisure walk), the house is beautiful, a mix with well preserved antiques and all the modern amenities, the breakfast was rich and diverse (sandwiches, omelette, pancakes, croissants and there were also fruits, yoghurts, fresh juice etc), the terrace was lovely (eating outside in the mornings and relaxing at night was great) and Valeria was really lovely and helpful with everything (even helping us with a restaurant reservation). Will definitely come back another time (and spend more days in Rimini). Loved everything

My room was spacious with its high ceiling, sitting area and comfortable bed. Breakfast choices were fresh, included bakery items and more, sufficient to start the day. • Katharine (10/5): Perfection. Do not hesitate to book! - Villa Maldestra is a gorgeous property. No detail is left unnoticed from the beautiful flooring to the decor details in the room. It felt so luxurious! Valeria is a wonderful host and you can tell she loves the villa with all the care she takes to make sure a guest’s stay is comfortable. She has great recommendations for whatever activity you’d like to do in Rimini and you are just a short walk from Ponti de Tiberio (2000+ year old bridge) and some standout restaurants: La Marianna for seafood and La Esse Romagnola. Their tortellini in broth made me almost cry it was so good. BUT - back to Villa Maldestra. I’ve never felt so at home so far away from home. I can’t wait to return!
• Daniela (10/5): Peaceful and beautiful. - The villa itself was really nice, with comfy furniture and pretty decorations. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The owner was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my every need was met. And the homemade breakfast she was serving was delicious, made with good quality products. Plus, the villa is in a great location, right next to the bus station and not far from the historic city center. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The fan in the bathroom starts to make strange noise (machine noise). The sink is a bit high for me (160 cm). But it was very clean, so those defects were just small things.

Quiet surrounding, just a 5-minute walk to restaurants and cafes. Parking on the site with payment. The host is very kind and at your service. We enjoyed our stay very much, for every recommendation. Everything was great.
• Sylvia (10/5): A new renovated villa close to the old town. Wonderful stay! - It is a wonderful newly renovated Villa in an ideal location. Either for sightseeing or for anyone (like me) attending a trade show at the Rimini convention center. The owner Valeria ist super nice and helps with any kind of questions one may have. I stayed at the property for four days and it felt like staying at a friends villa. Nothing, everything was wonderful.
• Austėja (10/5): Marvelous place - It was amazing : the room was huge, we had basically an apartment, the bed was super comfortable, and the room itself was very cozy and stylish. Villa is nearby city center (20min by bus) and close to the beach (20 min by foot).We loved the owner, she gave us lots of great advices for visiting places around Rimini and where to eat. Besides that, she made a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fruits, meat, and sweets. Thank you very much for such marvelous 4 days in villa Maldestra ! 😊 I would loved to stay there longer,not just 4 days
