Please note that there are 850 hundred yards of unpaved road to reach the property, which may be unsuitable for some vehicles. Once you reach the gate with the pink wall, you can ring the intercom or make a phone call, and the owners will let you in. The easiest way to reach the property is inserting Via Tevere, Montevarchi in your GPS navigator. From there you should go towards Moncioni, and you will find the property's signs along the road.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Felipe (1/5): Unhealthy place - The property is located in a nice country area Unfortunately the property doesn’t turn on the heating system which makes it extremely cold and humid. Once I got in to the appartment I starting coughing and sneezing. The staff was not comprehensible when I told them I couldnt stay there because the place was a threath to my health. They said it wasn’t their fault. I don’t recommend lodging on this place

Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig, wunderschön angelegt und gut gepflegt. Am Pool besteht die Möglichkeit, im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu liegen. Zum Frühstück konnten wir draußen sitzen und insbesondere die süßen Leckereien genießen.

Karin (10/5): Toskana Trip - Sehr schön gelegen, wenn auch die Strade Bianche für den einen oder anderen eine kleine Herausforderung darstellen kann 😉 Im Sommer sicher traumhaft, im Oktober ist das zubuchbare, sehr umfangreiche gute Frühstück im Freien, zumindest für uns, nicht ideal gewesen. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit zb bei Restaurant Reservierungen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden der Toskana 😊 Alles war gut😊

Sophia (10/5): Entspannter Toskana Aufenthalt - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Relais Campiglioni sehr genossen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich durch Nicola, dem Gastgeber, empfangen und während der gesamten Zeit bestens betreut – die Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit des Gastgebers sind wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön und weitläufig (hier finden des Öfteren auch Hochzeiten statt), der Pool hat die perfekt Größe, um ein paar Runden zu schwimmen, die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und im typischen Stil der Toskana eingerichtet. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück bietet von süß (die Nonna backt jeden Tag einige Kuchen fürs Buffet) bis salzig (die Bruschetta werden mit dem hauseigenen Olivenöl zubereitet) allerlei Köstliches. Schön ist, dass man sich Im Relais mit eigens produzierten Olivenöl, sowie Rot- und Weißwein eindecken kann. Wir können diesen Ort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Meyer (10/5): - Nicola was an exceptional careful host and helped us with everything we needed. The Hotel itself was Beautiful! Super quiet and cosy. Just be aware, that there is a bit of a bumpy road to get there, but nothing that is not manageable. Would definitely come back one day :)

Mladen (10/5): Lovely hotel in the middle of Tuscany, near to all the key sights. - We were delighted by the wonderful welcome from the owner, Nicola, and he gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit during our stay. The room was lovely, and the breakfast was delightful - fresh, delicious and filling. The route to get to the property is a bit challenging as the last few hundred meters are an up and down gravel track, but the hotel put a lot of effort into maintaining it so it wasn't a problem at all.

The property is fantastic. well manicured lawns with seating areas to enjoy a glass of wine. the pool and surrounding patio are are well kept with ample lounge chairs. The restaurant recommendations by Nicola were excellent and were 10 min drive away. The stay was very peaceful, beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and the hosts are friendly. we will definitely return.

Je moet eigen handdoeken meenemen naar het zwembad, omdat die van het hotel niet mogen. Matras van het bed leek wat aan vervanging toe.

Lauren (8/5): A wonderful time - The property is beautiful, with stunning views across the vineyards; we loved all the plants and trees eg olive trees. The pool area was lovely, incredibly peaceful and we had a really relaxing stay. Would recommend the breakfast for sure! For us, we felt the rooms were really dark (which helped maintain coolness throughout but meant it was genuinely quite difficult to see to pack etc!).

Nicola, the host, was very helpful and arranged it for us, with video's where to find the key and how to get to the room. The breakfast everyday was lovely. The room and airconditioning was perfect. The road is easily accessible if you take the right one! The other one is closed on Google maps, we diddnt even tryed it. The location on google maps is a bit off so you take the right road. Don't hestitate to book the hotel because some say the road is bad, every car can get easy to the hotel. Nicola gives every guest a free wine tasting ticket and offer restaurants nearby with 10% discount. He even proposed that if we wanted to book anything, he would do it for us. We stayed 5 days but could have stayed longer, its a paradise. Don't hestitate to book a room here! Thanks Nicola for the lovely stay! We feeled very welcome.

From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth and charm of this picturesque, family-run stay. The peaceful surroundings, with rolling hills and vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see, made it the perfect spot to unwind. The highlight of our mornings was definitely the breakfast made by Nonna—her homemade pastries were a true taste of Tuscany. Every bite felt like a little piece of home. You can’t beat starting your day with a coffee on the terrace. Nicola, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. From giving us great tips on local wineries and villages to ensuring our stay was comfortable, he truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His hospitality really made our experience unforgettable. Our dog was also very welcome here, and she absolutely loved it! The spacious grounds were perfect for her to explore, and she was made to feel as much a part of the family as we were. It’s always a relief to stay somewhere that truly embraces pets. The rooms were cozy and charming, keeping that authentic Tuscan feel with modern comforts (good AC). The overall vibe of Campiglioni is laid-back, and you can tell a lot of care and love has been put into making the place special. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Elke (10/5): Lovely family run place to stay in tuscan country side. Pool, views, comfortable rooms! - Wonderful location, the property is layed out beautifully and very well maintained. Everything was very clean, mosquito netting and AC working well. Owner and staff super-friendly and helpful. Wine and olive oil can be bought at the property. Breakfast is fully home made, delicious omelettes, breads, and cakes. The pool is a gem, we spent so much time just hanging out there! We had a kitchen in the apartment, functional for making pastas and easy dishes. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper in apt for cooking. Otherwise all perfectly fine!

Julia (10/5): Beautiful stay in a family owned farm. - We arrived one day before the planned arrival. Nicola the owner was very friendly from the beginning and helped us to have a great time with recommendations for food, trips and wine. We really enjoyed our stay at Campiglioni and the family business they created. Even though people in the comments are complaining that there is nothing in the near vicinity, we loved being in the nature and loved the calmness and enjoyed the nice view over the city. The next restaurant is only a few minutes by car and all recommended restaurants were super delicious and inexpensive. With a bit of planning ahead, where to eat, or to buy something ahead in the supermarket, there is nothing to complain about. One of our favorites was the great and very affordable breakfast, organized and prepared by Nicolas grandmother. Homemade cakes (a lot of cakes and very yummy), homemade bruschetta with olive oil from the farm and other fresh alternatives. Also to I mention is for all coffee drinkers the good coffee machine, which is not comparable to other hotels. The whole farm is very neat, clean and wonderful. Even though the arrival is over a dirt road, there is nothing to worry about. The rooms are cozy, welcoming and very very clean. We learned a lot about wine, olives and olive oil, which you can also buy during your stay, with fair prices. Regarding other comments about the noise from weddings, we can say that we didn’t feel interrupted in our sleep at any point. Plus if there are any, if at all, they are only on the weekend. Further it was nice to have some background music when sitting on the terrace and enjoying the evening. It was a perfect stay and we definitely want to come back.
Jasper (10/5): We arrived pretty late, the owner waited for us and gave us a warm welcome anyway. - Excluded and very well maintained. We had bad weather and could experience the pool and all the outside activities that the location offers. We will definitely visit again in the summer.
Sunil (6/5): wine on tap - outstanding views. room was a bit basic and the bed could do with a new mattress. what makes up for this is the fantastic views of the vineyards and the friendliness from the owners. they make their own wine and is very easy to drink a bottle or 2 before you know it between you!
Walter (10/5): Agriturismo - Eine super Anlage richtig zum Entspannen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit Besuch einiger Städte in der Toskana verbunden. Abends die ruhige Lage genossen und vor allem das typische für die Toskana Abendessen, zubereitet von der Oma. Dazu die eigenen Weine und das Olivenöl. Wenn wir nicht unterwegs gewesen sind, waren wir am Pool. Ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Freundliches Personal, wirklich hilfsbereit. Richtiger Urlaub zum Entschleunigen. Wir waren eine gute Woche hier.
Verified traveler (10/5): Secluded and peaceful setting, lovely hosts. - The setting is absolutely serene, high above vineyards and the countryside. Many outdoor seating areas with vine covered gazebos for shade, pool is huge with many lounge chairs and gazebos again, although too cool in October to make use of it! (And a play area/swing set for children.) When we checked-in, we purchased a bottle of the owner’s Chianti (very light, nice sipping wine). Ionno served the wine, 2 glasses and a tray of olives, peanuts and croutons, to us under one of the gazebos, overlooking the valley. It was divine after the drive from Rome. We had dinner there the first night, prepared just for us with antipasti, spaghetti with fresh tomatoes, and bread and wine. We were on the second level; the room was large, bathroom well appointed (shower only, good water flow), impeccably clean room and bathroom. Breakfast each morning with baked items, meats & cheeses. Internet was down, so we went into town and found a café with free WiFi, which gave us an opportunity to stroll the local streets as well. The only negative was we had some trouble finding the place. Stopped and asked for directions and a local man had us follow him to the road leading to the B&B. The entire property is gated (I found out later due to wild boar!) and we initially could not contact the owners via the intercom at the gate. Reached them finally by phone from back in town, and from then on it was a great experience.
