Irina (10/5): Тёплый приём - За свою цену отличный вариант. Прекрасные хозяева. Чисто! Рядом метро, железнодорожный вокзал в пешей доступности (с чемоданом, впрочем, пешком идти не рекомендую). Обязательно вернусь ещё! Район очень шумный, если вы привыкли к тишине, берите с собой беруши.

Room was very quiet and had everything required. Bathroom and kitchen had everything required, and it was easy to arrange and sort out laundry. Suitable for either short-term or longer-term visits. Mark (8/5): Very good - Very clean and comfortable room and shared bathroom with reliable hot shower. Pleasant owners. I was on the ground floor and Russians in the room above talking until after 2am. Soundproofing not great so bring decent earplugs if those guys are still around.
