Mieszkanie według zdjęć miało mieć część sypialnianą i pokój dzienny z kanapą narożnikowa , lodówką i wyjściem na balkon . W pokoju dziennym zastaliśmy łóżko do spania , a w części sypialnianej bez okna była postawiona ławka i stolik ogrodowy oraz lodówka … Po wymianie wiadomości z personelem ws stanu mieszkania niezgodnego z tym co oferują na booking, personel zaproponował mi , że mogę sobie przestawić meble , jeśli ma to zwiększyć mój komfort pobytu …. Mieszkanie kiepsko wyposażone - dostaliśmy 1 papier toaletowy ( w gratisie zostawiliśmy paczkę papieru ) , na stanie 3 różne kubki i sztućce , bez talerzy, misek . Mieszkanie nadaje się do odświeżenia . W łazience przydałaby się półka lub szafka na kosmetyki, a na balkoniku chociaż dwa małe krzesełka .

La tv no funcionaban los canales. - A las 11h, que es cuando hay que dejar la habitación, la chica de limpieza aporreaba de mala manera y ruidosa las puertas en vez de llamar educadamente.

• Laura (8/5): - Avevo letto delle recensioni negative ma devo dire che non ho riscontrato nessun tipo di problema;la struttura era pulita,il letto comodo e per quanto riguarda l'odore basta chiudere i tappi dei sanitari ed eventualmente accendere la ventola in bagno.Siamo rimasti solo due notti e devo dire che è andato tutto più che bene. L'unica cosa che secondo me bisogna sapere è che l'ingresso della doccia è stretto e se una persona è parecchio sovrappeso ha difficoltà ad entrare.

The apartment has a microwave, kettle, and a fridge so you can store food if you prefer. you check in without the need of meeting the host. I do advise communicating ahead of time as the property managers in this area are always busy. pay the deposit and get the check in instructions before you arrive to spain so you just have to relax on arrival. It's not a deal breaker. needs improvement: bed noise.

• Sheila (6/5): Para ir solo a dormir, sin pasar tiempo en él. - La ubicación es excelente. El trato con el personal fue normal-bien (a través de booking). Las paredes están llenas de humedades y estaba sucio, sin barrer. El baño es un poco incómodo. Muy pequeñito.

• Friedrich (4/5): - Good location and a gorgeous old house! Also the room arrangement was very nice. The €100 deposit was not visibly announced when I did the booking. The WiFi was only functioning after half of my stay. Never met the host, but the communication was like with a government authority: one day without reply after I asked about the non-existing WiFi - but insisting messages one hour after they asked my exact check-out time. Last but not least, there was a bad smell coming out of the toilet, even though it was cleansed.

• Jorge (2/5): Nunca había estado en un sitio civilizado tan cutre. - Ubicación. El propietario no hace las cosas con suficiente antelación. El apartamento es cutre como él solo. Paredes desconchadas, enchufes rotos, la ducha es un cubículo colocado en un hueco entre 3 paredes. Han quitado la puerta entre esa zona y la zona del vater y el lavabo para conectarlo. El cubículo de la ducha sucio por las esquinas y el grifo del lavabo viejo y sin el cromado al igual que el tapón de salida de la ducha. El split del sire acondicionado tiene las lamas rotas y está descolgado.

Non c’era la televisione, una caffettiera, il lavandino in cucina, le stoviglie , il tavolo, le sedie , i comodini in camera ecc ecc. Un vero peccato perché lo spazio c’era.

• Paula (3/5): Engaño - La ubicación El alojamiento ofrecido en la web no se correspondía a la realidad. Se realizó la reserva porque ofrecía dos camas, un sofá cama y una cama doble, a la llegada no había sofá solo un banco como si fuera de jardín con una mesita y una cama en muy malas condiciones el colchón. Toda una decepción y una incomodidad ya que contábamos con dos camas y nos encontramos con solo una. Cuando se contacto con el anfitrión os dijo que esto era problema de Booking que lo tenía mal anunciado, por lo cual no nos dio solución. Al contactar con Booking tampoco nos puso solución ya que el anfitrión respondió que era mentira lo que estábamos diciendo. Toda una falta de profesionalidad y de respeto. Es una vergüenza que se haga una publicidad engañosa y encima te tachen de mentiroso. Espero que lo solucionen y no sigan engañando a los clientes que confiamos en Booking para nuestras reservas.

Nos entregaron el piso con retraso y, al momento de devolver las llaves, tuvimos un problema con el sistema que no podíamos resolver porque claro tenía "un truco". En lugar de ayudarnos, solo recibimos malas actitudes y mensajes poco respetuosos. Además, el número de contacto que facilitan no sirve de nada: nunca atienden. Es una pena, porque la ubicación es buena, pero la mala gestión y el trato arruinan por completo la experiencia.

• Nuria (2/5): No se corresponde con las fotos - Lo mejor es la ubicación Las fotos no se corresponden a lo que encuentras al entrar. El piso no tenía nada más que una cama, no contaba con cocina, tan solo un microondas. También pone que hay un sofá cama, pero lo que hay no puede llamarse ni sofá. El aire no funcionaba bien, el balcón es una ventana grande y se oye mucho todo lo que pasa en la calle. En resumen, no corresponde con ninguna de las fotos que aparecen, estás pagando por una cosa que no es lo que ves.
• Vitor (1/5): - Foi pessimo, tenham todos muito cuidado ao reservar essa estadia pois poderão passar pelo que passamos ao chegar. A sra nao nos quis enviar o código do quarto porque dizia que nao tínhamos feito o pagamento da caução que nos pediu um dia antes. Já a tinha mos enviado o comprovativo do valor pago e ela recusava a nós deixar entrar. Estava à porta da estadia um casal na mesma situação que nós, existiamos a ligar, e ela rejeitava a chamada, tivemos sorte que um sr estava a sair e disse nós que tb no dia antes lhe aconteceu o mesmo, teve duas horas a insistir para que a sra lhe desse o código do quarto. Pesadelo, depois de muitas ameaças que íamos chamar a polícia, de muito insistir mos porque o sr nós deixou ficar na entrada e ela nos estava a ver nas câmaras, e foi ai que atendeu as nossas chamadas e nos insistirmos e ameacarmos que íamos chamar a polícia. Depois de mais de 1.30 no mandou email com o numero. O casal ainda ficou lá a tentar a sua sorte. E não nos devolveu a caução. Péssimo e nem foi capaz de la ir para falar mos pessoalmente, foi tudo por SMS ou ligação que na maioria das vezes rejeitava. Por isso estão a ver o sufoco que passamos.

Tiene alrededores restaurantes, bar, tiendas de ropas y de todo ect. El servicio en la llegada excelente y pude dejar las maletas antes.

Manue d’équipement - L’emplacement central dans la ville est très pratique, cela permet de se déplacer à pied un maximum, et de pouvoir se reposer lorsqu’il fait trop chaud. Climatisation fonctionnelle et plaisante. Salle de bain bien équipée et en bon état. Pas d’insectes, pas de poussière ou de taches. Peu d’équipement, que ça soit l’absence de fourchettes/assiettes, ou bien de table de nuit dans la chambre Semblant de taches sur les draps du lit Légère frayeur dans la nuit lorsqu’une lumière s’allume/s’éteint toute seule sans raison.

Check-in was smooth with good instructions. The room didn’t look like on the pictures. We were quiet disappointed. It’s not cozy at all and some of the furnitures on the pictures were missing. It was very poorly furnished. The terrace didn’t look like it’s taken care off well and it’s not a place where you want to spend time.

The place smelled like mildew, was old and had a very squeaky bed. It would had been nice if it had soap to wash the dishes and a kitchen towel.

• Tomasz (7/5): Good place for a short stay - Located closely to the main tourist attractions. Smooth check-in and check-out. All basic amenities available in the apartment. Rather clean. Bathroom is really small. Apartment is located in the ground floor thus is noisy.

• Mateo (1/5): Disaster - Only location and the guy we have spoken on the phone let us leave our baggage at 12:00 (check-in was at 15:00) . First of all, the smell when you enter into the building, it smelled like sewer. When we entered into the apartment, the smell was even worse. At least they could put something to cover that smell. The bathroom was just a disaster, not properly cleaned, the smell, the moisture.. Dont know from where should I start. In our sleeping room, there was no glass on the window, they have just taped a foil on it and the window was right next to the stairs. You could hear literally everything in our apartment. And the WORST OF ALL was the NOISE. Downstairs was a couple of guys drilling in the middle of the night, hammering, pulling stuffs around the floor, smashing, it was unbearable. During our whole stay. I have gone crazy second night and went down in 01:00 in the night to say they should finally stop that that is not OK because guests are trying to sleep and it is 01:00 at night. They did not stop !! Almost until 02:00. And then you hear them again in 06:30. DISASTER, NO RESPECT TO GUESTS! As we had no window, just foil taped on the frame, you can only imagine how it was for us. And the furniture in the whole apartment was older than the Cathedral of Sevilla. I would definitely recommend to avoid this apartment if you want to relax on your vacation, and not to be stressed every time you enter the apartment.
• Brian (6/5): Nice simple studio for a nice stay in central Sevilla! - I booked the apartment, nice studio on a great location! Nice to have an own kitchen and it felt clean. Although for the price you should expect that the place isn't brand new and shiny. Good and fast communication through the chat. I payed 190/eur for 4 nights, for that price it's a good value for the money! There was a not-so-fresh smell, since I think the building has poor ventilation, but it goes away after turning the AC on for a few minutes. Missed a few thinks in the kitchen like a sharp knife, coffee machine, some cooking basic (oil/pepper. But there was plenty of salt). Only got 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 night. Better to just place standard like 4/5 in the bathroom, so guest never run short! The cold water-water pressure in the shower was real low, to not a strong pressure when you don't shower super hot. Washing machine/dish-water didn't work (was mentioned a message on the day of arrival). I see the priced have been bumped up now for the same amount of days in low-season. For that amount (121eur a night in stead of my 47eur/night) I would not recommend it.

Had this room been for a couple, probably good value for the price. We didn't expect anything fancy, but this was a bit too basic for us. Check in automated. Towels still damp.
• Gary (10/5): Get lost in the city - Amazing central location. If you are travelling on a budget but like a bit of privacy this is the one for you. Comfortable, Clean and easy process. There is so much to explore in Seville and this is a great base to do that. Exceeded my expectations
