Jaye (1/5): Absolute filth 😡 - Nothing The place was dirty, the side door did not lock and our beds were filth. There was black bugs in all the beds . No exhaust in the showers and water running out of the shower into the main room .certainly was not worth what I paid and I certainly will not be returning .

Block of old un refurbished apartments ..parking was a caryard All of it .was a complete wast of money .travel lodge ,mantra ,Hilton were the same price ,Meriton were .cheaper..
Dylan (1/5): Worst stay ever - NOTHING AT ALL ALL OF IT HORRIBLE DIRTY THE PLACE STINKS HARD TO CHECK IN WOULD OF RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR AND KEEP THE $60. DO NOT STAY THERE

Mahabuba (3/5): Due to flight cancellation we stayed there. This place is close to tram station & other attractions of Surfers Parad - The owner is very kind & friendly. Due to our evening flight he let us to check out lately. It was a big help for us. The uncleanliness of the surroundings, such as used mop & bucket, rubbish near the entrance, dusty staircase, wooden shelf inside the fridge, no proper drainage of water after shower & bunk beds are not comfortable for adults to sleep.

Stephanie (2/5): Very poor - I paid for a 2 bedroom apartment, when arriving we were only aloud to use one of the bedrooms. The apartment was still undergoing renovations and should not have been available on booking.

Laura (1/5): Absolutely filthy. - nothing I disliked everything. It smelt horrible, the couches were filthy, the carpet is extremely old, crusty and un-vacuumed, the kitchen and bathroom floor was sticky, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. They had lots of reflective party streamers hanging off the balcony to stop pigeons pooing everywhere which was very inconvenient and just an eye sore. we didn’t sit on the couches without sheets on them because they where so smelly and stained. The kitchen is very old and outdated. The bedroom had boarded up windows and they didn’t even close so it was very loud, there were stains on all the walls and even the ceilings from dirty hand prints. No heating or air con. It was in a worse stage then a backpackers. Overall disgusted with everything and the price. Would NEVER stay again.
