- Jonathon (10/5): Beautiful view and great value. - The view was fantastic. The place was clean and well kept. It was a great value. Communication with Tony was really good. Checking in was a little confusing, as it was hard to find the door with the lockbox at first.
- Carmem (10/5): Maravilhosa, local tranquilo, casa impecável - Casa espaçosa, limpa e extremamente comoda. Vista linda das janelas do quarto de casal e sala. Chuveiro poderia aquecer um pouco mais

- David (9/5): Amazing Views, lovely quirky property - We loved the quirky layout, the amazing views, its proximity for lovely pub and shops. Easily walkable into Conwy and also Llandudno. Good transport links for further afield In wales. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like and hope to return.

- Bailey (10/5): - Lovely cottage with a stunning view. Amazing shower pressure!
Cozy and comfy. A lovely stay in a new location for us.
- Shannon (10/5): On a whole, an amazing property in a great location with beautiful views. We stayed here with 2 adults and a 2.5 year ol - How lovely and cozy it felt, the views of the castle and the marina and that there were all the amenities on your doorstep, ie the Pub, fish and chips, co op. Nothing
- andrew (8/5): Excellent location with stunning views. - The cottage is situated in an excellent location. There is a pub, shop and chippy All within a very short walk. The views are superb!! The house had all things needed to make a great stay. The washing machine was an added bonus. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We wish there could have been an extra toilet due to the size of the house.
- Ansell (7/5): Very nice area lovely town, very pretty and lots to see and do. Nice local pub. - Location was good, nice view and a local pub, shop and fish and chip shop. Needs a bit more of a better clean through and abit of maintenance needed in some areas.
- mandy (10/5): - Everything Coming home
- Abin (9/5): - The location Parking. There is no off road parking available. Only street parking
- Rebecca (8/5): -
- RUTH (10/5): - The view across to Conwy and the river was spectacular. Location was amazing. There is a pub and takeaway and coop in walking distance. A bus stop and parking. Uou can walk to comwy in 15 minutes. Great place for snowdonia Nothing. It was all fabulous
- Phillip (8/5): Very pleasant stay - Location was good and property was clean The property was advertised as four bedroom however it was only three bedroom. It is deceiving and misadvertised.
- Natasha (10/5): A truly blissful break! - This property is beautiful, providing absolutely stunning views from the master bedroom across the water to the Castle. The property is spacious providing more than enough room for me and my 5 children (including 3 teenagers!). This would also be suited to groups of hikers as well as large families. The location is perfect with everything you could need right on your doorstep and plenty to do within a half mile drive! There’s a pub right next door with a quiz every Tuesday, a co op a few doors up and a Lidl, Tesco and Asda mere minutes away. We took part in Zip World, Snowdon Mountain Railway, Conwy Falls and Fairy Glen, all a 30 minute (or less) drive away! The property is well maintained and clean. No complaints! This isn’t something we didn’t like, as my 2.5year old son is absolutely MAD about trains so it was a delight to see him so excited every time a train went past the window, but some visitors might find the noise frustrating as the Trainline passes quite close to the property and can be a bit noisy, but it didn’t bother us at all! We felt it added to the charm of the location, and as I say, my train-mad boy was in heaven enjoying the view out of the bedroom window with the trains zipping by in front of the castle!
- Sheikh Muhammad (8/5): -
- Claire (9/5): The property was perfect for us as a family everything you needed was on the doorstep or a short drive away, the views a - Location was perfect, very clean and homely. Could have done with a tv in the main bedroom. The tv was in the small bedroom which we thought was quite odd.
- Abiegail (10/5): - Recently stayed for four nights. Great value for money for a sizeable property. The host was communicative, responsive, helpful and professional. We had everyrhing we needed for self catering as well as plenty of extra blankets for the cold weather! Would 100% stay again and recommend to others 😊
- Kathryn (10/5): Wonderful trip with an amazing view 😍 - We have just returned from our little trip away to this lovely cottage. The property was clean and well presented. The view over to Conwy Castle and the surrounding mountains was simply breathtaking. I sat with my coffee every morning just staring at the scenery, I was sad this morning having to leave it behind.
I would definitely return here just for that view alone.
We used the chip shop, which is just across the road one evening. Id recommend going there too, the food is lovely.
Easy to get to, and has good links to Conwy, Llandudno and the surrounding areas via the North Wales Expressway.
Price was reasonable too! I wish we could've stayed longer, but alas we had to get home for work 😢. Nothing, it was great!
- Igor (10/5): -
- Rohit (9/5): - The most scenic views you'll get from this cottage. Close to all local amenities. A very comfortable stay we had.
- Stephen (10/5): Great location - Fantastic views.
Great location for what we needed.
Great communication with owner.
Well equipped kitchen. The bathroom could do with an upgrade. The shower went from hot, then cold.
Chairs in the lounge weren't that comfy.
- Shaneicus (9/5): Great place, great view 👌 - Great location, with a great view of conwy on the opposite bank, clean, comfortable bed, had everything needed for a great stay. N/a
- Margaret (8/5): Ideal for a short break near Conway and Llandudno - Location ideal for getting around by bus or train and easy walk into Conway. Lovely pub very close too. The main road was partially closed so caused diversion on visit. Step access from ground floor door to pavement. My sister not too sturdy on steps as big drop.
- Lee-Mae (10/5): - Very kid friendly. There are toys, books, high chair and easy access to Ms Rachel on youtube. Help a lot to a tired mom. So happy! Also walking distance to shops. None
- Louise (10/5): - The cottage was clean and welcoming. The owner dropped some bedding off for the sofa bed before we arrived, at our request. There was plenty of room for us and it was a real home from home. We were close to Conwy castle which we could see from the front of the cottage, and near to llandudno and Colwyn bay.
We have stayed in many places over the years but this tops the lot! There was nothing negative we could say about this cottage.
- Shannon (10/5): -
- Renjith (9/5): - Location is very good Parking space, and only one wash room.
- Bonnie (10/5): Very comfortable and clean especially for the price - Comfortable and clean, amazing value for Monday and a fantastic location The main road to the front of the property and the road at the back can be very busy and loud
- Chloe (4/5): -
- Lisa (9/5): Cosy spacious cottage in a great location. - Great location, nice fish and chip shop across the road, near a pub and coop. Close to retail park. On street parking at back of house with steps leading down to property. Lovely cosy cottage with plenty of space. Nice spacious kitchen dinner with good facilities. Stayed with my 25 yr old son, 18 yr old daughter and mum. Lovely view of Conwy Castle from the living room. Clean property and comfortable beds with soft mattress. Towels provided. Tony was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Excellent communication. Thank you.
- gorvett (10/5): - The cottage had everything we need with very good views on the castle and the smallest house ,in a good location double Bed was uncomfortable in the main bedroom
- Danh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lea22 (9/5): Fantastic views of Conwy and relaxing and spacious stay - Fantastic views and great location. Facilities were very good and owner communicates well and is very helpful.
There is plenty of space and room for people to have their own space away from others when needed- good for us with two teenagers and a family member with a baby.
Handy for local pub restaurant and Coop 2 mins away. Also lidl a 15 min walk. Can walk to Conwy in about 20mins and into main part of Deganwy with cafes and wee shops in 10 mins. Close for trains and good bus service too if you don't have a car. Nothing really. Excellent value.
- Katey (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely cottage, presented really well, close to everything including a pub and co op.
We loved our stay here!
Lots to do nearby
- Poulina (9/5): Superb -
- Aron (9/5): Great accommodation with friendly host - Very nice accommodation with huge spaces, great equipment and good location - restaurants and shops are in walking distance, Conwy and it's castle is also easy to access by a 30mins walk. Easy and helpful communication with the host. Would go back without a doubt.
- Naeem (10/5): A peaceful, well-kept cottage with stunning sea and castle views — the perfect base for exploring Conwy and North Wales. - We had a lovely stay at Leerick Cottage. It’s a well-kept, peaceful and comfortable place with beautiful sea and castle views, in a great location for exploring North Wales. The cottage was clean, well-equipped and felt very homely.
Tony was helpful, professional and genuinely kind, especially when we had a car issue during our stay. His support was much appreciated.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay in Conwy. There is hardly anything I can mention.
- Shubham (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and ample of sleeping spaces. Good kitchen with all the amenities to cook a quick meal for a group.
- Vivien (10/5): Comfy home from home with a stunning view! - Stunning views across to Conwy castle, and an incredibly comfy and clean home, equipped with everything you need. The beds were super comfy, we had a really relaxing break. Thanks for having us :) Nothing!
- Coldham (8/5): Great Place - Superb location , lovely views, very friendly and comfortable, cosy . Everything you needed was there. Very busy road, and train line kept family awake was the only downside. But was fantastic other than that
- Kathryn (9/5): Great place to stay, great location, good value for money - Loved the location - perfect for our visit as it was walking distance to a christening we were attending. The view from the front was stunning - loved seeing Conwy Castle lit up every night and watching the view changing with the tides. Had everything you'd need for a standard stay like plates and pans etc but if you want anything more fancy (like a grater or a sieve) then bring your own. There was excellent use of space and the property was warm and tidy. The downside of the brilliant location is road noise which is pretty much through the night. However we got used to it after the first night, but maybe useful to know about if you are a sensitive soul!
- Toni (10/5): Beautiful place - Absolutely beautiful place to stay and the views are amazing
- Miroslava (8/5): Very good - View Noisy road
- Zobia (9/5): Had such a good time away with the family - The bedrooms were comfortable and the location was spot on, the kitchen was also very well stocked with all the appliances! Everything was a good drive away !

- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Warm, clean and cosy with a beautiful view- everything you need- Great for families!
- Sona (9/5): Superb - Great location, all the places we wanted to visit were within 30 mins drive.
Fish and chips shop just across the street, coop 2 min walk, lidl and Tesco 5min drive.
Top mark for cleanliness. The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay, there's nothing to dislike.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sophie (8/5): It was a home from home.. had everything we needed, family friendly nice and clean, brilliant location! We will definite - Lovely views! The owner put the heating on before we arrived (December) so it was nice and warm for us. Everything perfect
- Kelly (10/5): Great house with a lovely view and location. Would recommend. - Lovely accommodation perfect for our family of 5. Lots of space for everyone. Nothing
- Jolita (10/5): Christmas at the cottage - From the start to finish our stay in this lovely cottage was great! Absolutely wonderful and spacious cottage. Stunning views. I would definitely recommend to anyone and we would definitely coming back! The host is absolutely amazing!!!
- Lesley (10/5): Amazing - Everything I loved it
- Susan (9/5): Superb - I had a wonderful stay at Leerick Cottage. It is a beautiful and spacious cottage with lovely decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is all very comfortable. The location is amazing with gorgeous views with lots to see and do locally . The owners were very responsive when I messaged with any questions. Nothing - it was great!
- Alison (10/5): The house is stunning and the views are amazing ! - The house was immaculate
The views were amazing
Location fantastic Everything was perfect
- Eileen (10/5): Fantastic cottage. - Lovely cottage with beautiful views. The photos don’t do it justice, lovely decor and furnishings. The owner contacted us with the info we needed to check in etc and to offer any assistance if needed during our stay. nothing
- Katie (10/5): Great house with a beautiful view - beautiful house, great views over the estuary. Nice pub on the corner and a very tasty chip shop across the road. There's a lidl and a coop within walking distance, a park for the kids. Conwy is a walk just over the bridge past the castle. Nothing
- Margaret (8/5): Enjoyable and comfortable. Beautiful location. - Lovely house, full of character.
Wonderful views from the windows.
Comfortable.
Convenient for all the lovely areas of North Wales.
Well equipped kitchen.
We would stay again. Horrified to find one of the bedrooms not properly cleaned. Dust and nail clippings in the drawers!
However, our host put that right as soon as we informed him and was nice enough to give us a bottle of wine.
We appreciated his response.
I would recommend a window blind for the Velux bedroom window.
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - The views, the location, the accommodation, .......everything!
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable spacious with everything we needed, excellent views and good contact with owner. Excellent pub and supermarket very near. Deganwy and Conwy easy walking distance.
- Ganesh (9/5): Superb -
- Jane (10/5): Very special ! - Squeaky clean comfortable cottage with everything you could need. There's a café, pub doing great food, and a shop within yards and the view over the estuary is mesmerising. Lots of places to visit very close by and plenty more within a short drive. Would certainly stay again Only slight downside would be a busy road and railway between the cottage and the estuary but both go quiet at night and it's far outweighed by the spectacular outlook and proximity to Conwy.
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leigh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Safa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Huw (9/5): Superb -
- Geoffrey (8/5): Nice place, Great view! - Nice place.
Good location.
Recently refurbished.
Great view over the estuary and the Castle
We enjoyed our stay. No complaints but note the proximity to the road and railway if you are are a light sleeper.

- Graham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vikita (7/5): Good -
- Robert (10/5): Home away from home, very welcoming and would thoroughly recommend - Excellent location with views, all amenities close by in a well presented with all home necessities and a quiet comfortable stay
- Alexandra (9/5): Beautiful views and all you need - I had a brilliant couple of days at the cottage. It offers all you need and even if I was alone, there's plenty of space for a family or a group of friends. It's in a good position within walking distance to shops and bars. The cottage itself has everything you need, even a washing machine. Enjoyed lovely views and a nice walk along the marina. Unfortunatly the road is quite busy and the noise of passing trains just in front of the cottage made it impossible to sleep with an open window on luckily very warm nights...so I wouldn't recommend for people with light sleeps..
- Gillian (9/5): Spacious property , clean , comfortable and convenient - Plenty of space , comfortably slept five , with option to sleep another on the sofa bed downstairs - view across to the castle from front windows stunning . Host was very responsive and helpful , house was well equipped and close to the castle view pub which had great food . Walkable round the coastal path to conwy or regular buses along the road by house . We parked car on the road below the pub . Self catering would be easy as kitchen well equipped , I would recommend and return . Property was an excellent base for us . It’s across several floors so bear in mind there are quite a few stairs if mobility is an issue . On a busy main road and by the railway line - but this did not disturb us so don’t be out off .
- Andrew (10/5): Tony was excellent from the moment we booked, a fantastic location and a lovely property. - Perfect location, very spacious Nothing
- Carol (10/5): Great location and comfortable home - Everything it was very comfortable and view from lounge room was exceptional. Owner was in contact which was appreciated. Nothing everything was to a very high standard.
- Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay at leerick cottage, the property is immaculate. Spacious without being cold, the best thing was the view from sitting room and main bedroom windows..breathtaking views of conway castle and hills, we had very mixed weather but even on days with torrential rain it was so relaxing to just sit and look out.
A bonus was netflix on all tvs ( we had a slight problem logging in, but tony came straight over to help fix.
We hope to return soon ☺️
- Lorraine (10/5): Great stay. - Fabulous location and views. Very comfortable and clean.
The castle view pub directly in front of the cottage was a bonus. Nothing
- Adam (10/5): Wonderful Deganwy home. - Beautiful scenic mornings. Great home with amazing spaces. Would retire to somewhere like this. The only downside was the lack of outdoor space. This was compensated by the fact the beach and sea air was only 10 minutes away.
- Paul (8/5): Very good - The view across the estuary and Castle were amazing
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bren (10/5): Fantastic place for a break - Liked everything about this place. Nothing.

The spacious layout and modern amenities made for a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail in the design added a touch of luxury. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Tony the proprietor was very helpful and on hand if needed. Couldn't find any faults
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional and will be looking for this property before any other when planning my next stay - We loved the entire property. As soon as you walk in to the cottage it is cosy and has a homely feeling. There was a fabulous wicker basket for shoes to be placed into and perfect place for shoes. The living room was fabulous especially the who arm chairs. There is so much space in property it was fantastic and all the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy. The views with your morning coffee are second to none! I didn’t like having to leave!
- Amber (8/5): A comfortable clean stay with great facilities! - Less than a minute walking distance to a pub with great food and a co op. Beautiful views and very comfortable. Only thing that I would say would be the amount of stairs. My kids were fine though and they provided a stair gate. But that’s a very minor thing considering how great everything else was
- Kenneth (9/5): Superb - Very modern and clean house with nice view. The mattresses are too soft
- Ewelina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Basil (10/5): Well placed for visiting the area, close to bus stop and station, the house and location were great. - Location was great, nearby pub restaurant, co-op store takeaway all in walking distance. We could see Conwy castle from our windows. Great bedrooms, great kitchen and lounge. Everything was new and clean. Bathroom was a good size and everything working well. Contacted the owner who responded straight away and was very helpful. Local mountain Zoo was a great visit and the mountain area was so close. Check out the view from the bedroom and lounge of the Castle! Nothing it was better than we expected so well done!

- Martin'smudge (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent views. Very comfortable, excellent communication from owner.
- Cathryn (9/5): A very enjoyable first visit to North Wales. - Leerick Cottage is well equipped and stylishly furnished, we appreciated the little extras like tea/coffee and toiletries. Amazing view of Conwy Castle, just a few minutes from Llandudno (we enjoyed the cable car ride to Great Orme and walks on the pier), and well located for day trips to Anglesey and the Snowdonia National Park. Pub next door has good food, and Co-op Supermarket close by.
- Jervis (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, especially the views amazing.
Perfectly situated to catch the bus into Conway or llandudno.
There is a train station within walking distance.
Our 3 year old granddaughter walked there and back.
She loved it.
Fantastic public house literally a minute away. Food and staff excellent.
Coop in walking distance and lidl short drive away.
Commit recommend enough. Not applicable
