• Viktor963 (3/5): Surprisingly bad - This accommodation looks very nice and appealing in the photos. It is very close to the ancient city of Ephesus. The room could neither be closed nor locked because the door had been kicked in. The owner refused to provide us with breakfast, even though it was included in the reservation. At 12:30 a.m., the owner entered our room extremely drunk without waiting for our permission. The bathroom was moldy.

• Sid (10/5): The perfect getaway - We stayed just for one evening but it was perfect and excellent value. Thank you for making our visit to Ephesus and Laodikea possible. The door to the room had glass in it, the light in the hallway was being triggered by movement so it kept coming on and illuminating the room. A little frustrating but nothing more.

• Surinder Pal (10/5): Down to earth people - Awesome staff. It's a family run business. Really good people. Never felt more at ease than here. Room was clean and big. Property was beautiful. Had a good breakfast in the morning. I
• BAHADIR (5/5): It was a cheap overnight stay before our flight - We only stayed one night before our flight next day from Izmir. The value of the property got you because it is cheap when you compare others. We stayed in family room and it is big enough. There were parking area. We didn't do breakfast because we had to leave early. The worst experience in our stay that we had smell of cigaratte whole night. I think it was coming from bathroom air ventilation. We also heard many noises through bathroom... After stay here, I would not compromise money anymore.
• PARK (8/5): 며칠 푹 쉬고 싶었던 숙소, 여름이라면... - 에베소 고대도시 방문을 위한 갑작스런 선택이었는데 숙소 자체가 너무 이뻐서 감동이었어요. 호스트도 친절하시고 모든 절차가 순조로왔습니다. 주차장도 따로 있어서 좋았구요. 비수기라 방을 업그레이드 해 주셨습니다. 여름에 방문하면 수영장에서 하루 놀아도 될 만큼 훌륭했고 유료 조식이라 경험은 못했지만 아내?로 추정되시는 분과 커피를 주문하면서 짧은 대화를 했는데 레스토랑도 좋을 것 같았습니다. 위치가 시내와 완전히 동떨어져서 현지인이나 렌트카가 아니면 접근이 힘듭니다. 그 외엔 다른 불편함은 없었습니다.

• Alejandra Restrepo (3/5): Sucio y mala atención - La verdad, nada me gustó El personal poco atento, la habitación estaba visiblemente sucia, el piso sucio, había mugre visible, la cobija estaba sucia, con manchas, la cama mal tendida, la tetera eléctrica estaba sucia y chorreada, cuando solicitamos que nos la cambiaran porque estaba sucia no tuvieron la mejor disposición, el baño no tenía nisiquiera una cortina divisoria, luego ya mi madre y yo estábamos muy molestas al ver la cama en esas condiciones tan sucias hable con la persona a cargo que no estaba en el lobby sino viendo futbol con sus amigos ya estaba un poco molesta y decidió cambiarnos a una mejor habitación que tampoco estaba tan limpia, el piso estaba sucio también, la verdad no tuvimos buena experiencia, al dia siguiente no pudimos hacer check out, nos toco dejar las llaves en la oficina porque no había nadie que atendiera y duramos un rato esperando pero ya debíamos irnos, no lo recomiendo

• Katja (7/5): Perfect location if you want to visit Ephesus. Lovely pool area with bar and restaurant. - Brillant Location with good atmosphere. Friendly hosts. We got an upgrade on the double room due to a mass booking. Broken shower head and hairdryer in the single room. The blankets were not warm enough.

• Adam (4/5): Not for people without a car - The common areas were clean and so were the rooms. Just too many headaches that ruined my time in the city. Hated the entire stay due to multiple reasons. ac in the room was not functioning and I asked several times to be moved to a different room, but was told they’re fully booked. This was not the case as kayak, booking showed several rooms available. No ac seems to be a common complaint on the reviews so I find it hard to believe they didn’t know the ac was broken in my room. Told me to leave the key and they’ll get the ac fixed, which of course didn’t happen. Asked for a refund but wouldn’t do that either and told me to contact booking. Told be fair, they did upgrade me the to a bigger room the next night, but that didn’t make up for the loss and lack of sleep the first night due to the high being around 93f that day. No breakfast even though they supposedly had one. The second issue was the location. This place is literally in the middle of nowhere and should not be listed as situated in selcuk. It was a 50 minute walk to the city centre which I had to do multiple times. Buses are sparse - had to wait over 50 minutes one time and walked to the city center the other times after waiting 40-50 minutes. No taxi or Uber would pick up from the hotel either. Shuttles from selcuk to the hotel are fine and run every hour it seems. The last shuttle from selcuk city center to hotel leaves at 7:30pm so good luck if you miss that. Just don’t stay here if you don’t have a car unless you like to make your life challenging for no reason.

• Matteo (8/5): - La struttura è grande e ben organizzata con una bella piscina Se si viaggia da soli come me e non si vuole troppa confusione non è il posto migliore, ottimo invece se si viaggia con la famiglia. È inoltre un po’ lontano dal centro della città.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Piscina super per trascorrere pomeriggio dopo visite sotto il caldo Nulla. Forse l'esterno che - a primo impatto - non sembra essere una struttura aperta. Poi all'interno si rivela tutto super.

Insted we got a room with some wiew to the roof that did not look like in the pictures (you can see it below). BUT, the guy on the reception was very nice and he gave us our money back so we could find anorher place to stay. The pool area is very nice and I saw that people are ha ing a great time. To the guy on the reception and pool area I gave rating 10. Thank you:) We would like if we could enjoy the pool and a room that we booked:(

• Claire (6/5): It was clean and convenient - The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable (on the harder side). The location was just 10 mins from Efes. The staff were friendly and nice. The pool area was really nice and clearly the big selling point of this hotel. We were there only for one night so didn't get to enjoy it. The rooms had small repairs that need doing e.g. screw was loose on the bathroom door making it hard to open but 1 mins with a screw driver would sort it, same with a plug fixture on the wall. The rooms were spartan and on the smaller side.

They are writing fake reviews - The entrance looks of an abandoned site, the floor is uneven, the bed sheets were dirty, the airco didn't work, overpriced and also they cheat by filling the review on my behalf!!!!!! They asked me to have the reservation number and they took also my confirmation number!!!
