• Adel (9/5): A pleasant apartment only a short bus ride away from the centre. - A spacious apartment that has all you need for a short stay. The host Marco was easy to reach and met us on arrival to provide the keys. He was also kind enough to suggest some notable restaurants for our stay. The shower was satisfying after a long day of walking around Bologna and the bed was really comfortable too. There are 2 bus stops close by which will get you to the centre in around 20mins. If you are thinking of walking it is a bit lengthy for some. Nothing negative to say.

• Fatemeh (5/5): - The apartment was not clean upon arrival , even though we were charged a cleaning fee— the floor, plug sockets, and doors (especially the toilet door) were dirty. The bedsheets had many stains and did not seem properly cleaned. Additionally, the hot water was very limited; after a short while in the shower, it suddenly turned cold, and I had to continue with ice-cold water, which was a terrible experience. In the bathroom, there was only shampoo provided — no shower gel or conditioner. The kitchen tap was also problematic, as it splashed water everywhere when turned on. The kitchen hood did not seem to work properly, and the cutlery, glasses, and plates were not well cleaned. Moreover, the neighbor was very noisy, which made it difficult to rest. Upon arrival, I also requested an earlier check-in, but the host was unable to accommodate this. Finally, the apartment is located on the first floor without a lift, so it was difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

• Elizabeth (10/5): An exceptional property to relax and take in the magnificence of Procida. - Everything!! It was a beautiful and convenient location to the main marina, local restaurants, cafes and shops. The host was extremely helpful, warm and friendly; going out of his way to assist me with my many bags! Nothing. It was perfect!

• Meiring (7/5): Good - Location was good area was safe. Walkable to everything. Good local pizza nearby and was very close to the event I was attending Receptionist was slightly unprofessional given the profile of the accomodation. Referred to me as “man” in text messages and such. He was nice but just not professional at all really if that’s something you care about. Didn’t explain to me how the door lock works either. Incorrectly locked my door on the first day

• Manuel (10/5): Great stay - Great place to stay in Bologna, very spacious apartment with everything you need, highly recommend this place Everything was great but if i have to say one negative thing it would be that the sofa is a little uncountable
• Martin (6/5): Nice appartment but with some flaws... - Nice appartment with "free concerts" (there seems to be an opera teacher in the house). It was clean, the bed was cosy and the kitchen well equipped. There was also a washing-dryer. It has free parking in front of the house but I was not shure if it was legal to park there. After booking you will get spammed on all channels with a lot of messages. You have to fill out an electronic self check-in process which is comparable for checking in for an international flight. You have to sign a 10 pages long rental contract which was only available in italiano (but this was not mentioned at booking). The apartment itself was nice but seemed very cold and not cosy at all. The couch was laughable and the shower was broke so I was not sure if we should use it. Although we electronicly checked in we had to wait for a staff to come and handle us the keys. She didn't knew the appartment (she didn't even know where the appartment was) was a little unfriendly and had no usefull information. It was also not easy to find the appartment because there seems to be the wrong adress written on booking (it's No 13!!!).
• Vanessa (8/5): Very good - Spacious yet compact. Very clean. Due to a flight delay, we arrived very late - someone still came to greet us and show us around. No extra pillows.
