• Inga (10/5): Lovely apartment close to the city center - The apartment was really close to all the main attractions and also the bus/train station. It was easy to find and convenient in every single way. The bed was comfortable, it had enough space and all the necessary amenities like towels, shampoos, etc. The host was really lovely and advised upon arrival on different food places and what’s the best way to get to the place from airport. Would definitely book the apartment again when in Bologna!

• Tetiana (10/5): I recommend this apartment. It's in a very convenient location. Close to the train and bus stations. - It was very easy to get the keys. We arrived at the apartment even earlier than the appointed time, but the apartment was available, and we were greeted and allowed to check in early. One day it was raining, and we asked our host if we could borrow an umbrella. Our host kindly gave us one, which was a real lifesaver. There is nothing to complain about. Everything was at a high level.

• Ireneusz (7/5): Pobyt udany, Bolonia bardzo ładna. - Świetna lokalizacja - blisko centrum. Brak ogrzewania - zimno w apartamencie, gdyż w nocy było na zewnątrz 5 st. Celsjusza. Do grzania wody do mycia i do ogrzewania pokoi jest piec gazowy, ale właściciel nie pozwala na jego obsługę, a sam nie nastawił go tak, by kaloryfery były ciepłe. Brak kieliszków do wina, w kuchni pojemniki na sól, pieprz, oliwę puste, więc nawet nie ma jak posolić potrawy. Marne oświetlenie żarówkami led, które nie oświetlają dobrze pomieszczeń.

• Daniel (7/5): - Okaish location. Seems pretty clean. If you plan on sleeping, book something else. There is a bar right downstairs. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear anything through them. The bar is supposed to close at 10 or 9 but the problem is that drunk people will just hang around until very late at night and act like animals. There was this polish tourist group that decided to do its drinking right under the apartment until 3-4 in the morning, this happened a few nights in a row.
• Klara (9/5): Nice apartment, good location, but noisy place. - Both the railway station and the city centre were of walking distance. The facilities and the equipment was fine, the rooms were spacious, size of the bathroom was OK During the first night, it was noisy because Lina's bar downstairs was open at night (was supposed to close at 2 am, but we could hear the noise until about 3:30 am). I asked them to keep quiet (at around 3:00 am), and the next night was OK. The traffic also caused some noise.
• Hannah (10/5): Perfect apartment to stay in Bologna! - I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Casa Mascarella! The host, Elisa, was incredibly friendly and helpful—she responded to messages very promptly and was such a nice person. The apartment was clean, cute, and cozy, with everything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again every year when I attend the Bologna Book Fair! Highly recommended.
• Aleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - I'd say this is one of the best apartments in Bologna: Сomfort: spacious, spotless and well-equipped with everything you need - bed linen, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, etc. and even modern furniture; Good location: plenty of cafes / restaurants / shops nearby. Just a 10 min. walk distance to the medieval old town and 10-15 min for central station with frequent high-speed trains to Florence, Venice, Milan and more. Amazing hosts: Friendly and always happy to help (Elisa thanks so much!) Overall, a perfect place to experience Bologna - and beyond!
• Jose (10/5): Great time in Bologna - The apartment was very clean, with an excellent location within the historic center of Bologna. The bed is very comfortable, as is the sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped, but as I live in the United States, I tried the delicious Bolognese restaurants. That was an excellent choice. The apartment is very quiet, has air conditioning, and soundproof windows for total comfort and rest. Near the apartment, about 1,300 feet (400m) away, there is an underground parking lot that is outside the restricted traffic zone with a similar price as the blue parking lines at the street, very convenient, safe and cheap compared to other parking lots I found on Google. In addition to the reservation cost, the tourist tax, a municipal tax, must be added, as stated in my reservation on booking.com. The owner let me check in an hour earlier than agreed. I really had a great time, Bologna is a beautiful city and Elisa is a super host. She is very friendly and knows the city by heart. She gave me all the tips I needed to have a great time in Bologna. Thank you, I will definitely come back to Casa Mascarella. Everything was great
• Paul (10/5): Perfect Bologna Stay - Can not recommend enough. The photos do not do justice for the apartment. It was exceptionally clean, neat and looks newly furnished and renovated. The beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious and also supplied all the amenities we needed including soap, towels and bottled water. The apartment was close to the main centre, train station and great restaurants. We found the apartment very quiet when all windows were shut and loved how it had ceiling fans. Elisa was lovely and extremely welcoming. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thankyou. Nothing. It was great!
