• Praveen (1/5): Avoid if you value your time and peace of mind. - A bad experience. Nothing good to mention about the stay or the property. Avoid if you value your time and peace of mind. They were double booked and made us wait for over an hour. No toilets, had to stand outside with swarming mosquitoes while they were arranging an alternate accomodation, the security guard didnt even know there was a homestay in the building. The caretaker had no clue and kept saying they are full, there are no rooms. The hosts kept telling us 5 mins, 10 mins.... when they took over an hour to arrive and find an alternate accomodation. The hosts also had an attitude when they were clearly in the wrong. When confronted on the experience, rather than acknowledge their mistake they wanted to quarrel. They behaved as though they were doing us a favour by arranging an alternate accomodation. We compromised for an alternate accomodation they arranged that wasnt up to the mark. We wasted another 45 mins waiting for them to arrange towels, etc. Totally 2 hours lost on a day we were celebrating a birthday of one of us. Also, while they wanted the payment immediately, even after 2 reminders and nearly 3 weeks I still haven't received the GST invoice and cash receipt. I had booked myself for another night a few days later but cancelled and chose to stay elsewhere.

• Laxmipriya (10/5): Just perfect . - This property totally deserves a 10 . Apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Check in process was very smooth. They have every facility of a hotel room, minus room service which is obvious. Rooms are quite spacious, washrooms are clean with hot and cold water. Both the rooms have tv and kettle. They provide towel and soap as well. Kitchen is well equipped with a mini fridge. You can easily walk to GS road from here, and everything is available easily there , be it food, shopping and entertainment. Despite being so close to a busy road, it’s pretty peaceful inside the apartment. Owners seem to be nice and cooperative. We enquired about places to visit and transportation also to them, which they were ready to arrange on our request. Just one thing , if you’re staying out late, make sure to inform the property. Nothing
