• EMMA (1/5): Do not stay here, the lady is a complete crook. - Nothing, not the property I booked. It was damp, dirty, bedding dirty. Smelt vile. Disgusting. We had to stay one night as nowhere else when we got back but as soon as was awake we were out as a hazard to stay and left with fear of my children getting poorly. Advertised pet friendly and then when notifying taking dogs charged me an extra £70 for cleaning which I thought was a good sign as thought it would mean the property was clean. When we contacted them the next morning requesting refund for the second night the owner basically said that wasn’t going to happen as we took the dogs. The place is disgusting, it was advertised as 405 and we stayed in 439 so completely false advertising. Have informed trading standards.

• Angel (10/5): great down time much needed - offered and served breakfast to own door discount off most eating places in town pizza and fish and chips delivery vans we were starving could eat a horse friendly genuine hosts All good excellent suggestions of tourist nature allowed us in late just a small late arrival fee as staff meet you personally and have to come across on ferry
