• Michela (10/5): Bellissima vacanza a Cracovia - Mi è piaciuto assolutamente tutto. La posizione dell' hotel è fantastica, si raggiunge in poco tempo a piedi il centro e allo stesso tempo è una zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Davanti c'è una bellissima Chiesa, e vicino negozietti, ristoranti e panetteria e un bellissimo parco. L'hotel è pulitissimo e ha tutti i confort. La colazione ottima e molto varia per tutti i gusti, ottimi i pancakes, i gauffres e le torte fatte in casa e molta varietà di pane. Ci vorrei tornare e lo consiglio vivamente Nulla

Piacevole anche nelle ore notturne in quanto molto illuminata la strada. Silenzioso. Colazione di tipo continentale. La parte salata molto più ricca di quella dolce. Molto apprezzato il dispenser dell'acqua presente ad ogni piano. Pulizia Perfetta. Consigliato Forse da migliorare la climatizzazione delle stanze. Leggermete calda per il periodo ed essendo centrallizzato difficilmente si riesce ad impostare una temperatura desisderata. E' solo un consiglio non una critica

• maria dolores (6/5): Decepción con lo contratado - La ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel. Muy cerca del centro histórico. El desayuno bastante bien, variado y con reposición constante. La limpieza debe mejorar. Los pelos de la ducha los tuve que limpiar después de haber hecho la limpieza de la habitación . Así como una servilleta que dejé a propósito encima de un banco y ahí se quedó durante todos los días de estancia. En cuanto a las habitación tengo que decir que no se ajustaba a mi reserva en booking, yo reservé una triple con 3 camas y me asignaron una con 2 camas individuales y sofá cama que no podía ser más incómodo. Ante esto intento hablar con la chica de recepción y me dice que esa era mi reserva. Acto seguido hablo con una persona de booking que me confirma mi reserva de 3 camas. Quedó en contactar con el hotel para arreglarlo y después de 5 noches nadie del hotel ni de booking me contactó. A esto le pongo un 0 de puntuación
• Massimiliano (9/5): Fuga a Cracovia - L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare la città. In pochi minuti, a piedi, si raggiunge il centro, il castello, ecc. L'hotel è veramente bello, e pulito, la camera molto spaziosa e silenziosa. Molto apprezzato il dispenser di acqua nel corridoio. La colazione è un po' scarsa nel dolce.

• Ivana (10/5): Close to the city center - The location is excellent, only 10 minutes towards the down town. Breakfast has so many choices, is well managed and there is a lots of space. Room was good as well. Check-in and check out very quick and we used as well the luggage storage.

Cualquiera puede coger el equipaje. Nohay control.

• Carles (9/5): Molt confortable, molt tranquila, hotel molt modern - El buffet d'esmorzar era molt extens i variat, sobretot pel que fa a salat (embotits, formatges, ous remenats, salsitxes, verdures graella, caldo, amanides diverses, verdures ...). Disposen de pa sense gluten, pero cap pastisseria/bolleria/galetes. Agrair tambe que hi ha fruita fresca tallada. D'altra banda, la ubicació de l'hotel es molt bona: just a uns 200 metres d'un dels accessos al casc antic, i a mes té una parada de tramvia (a escassos 100 m) i una de bus (per anar a l'aeroport, per exemple)

• Lucia (10/5): - El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable, las habitaciones están preparadas a partir de las 14:00, nosotras llegamos a la una y pudieron facilitarnos una habitación de categoría superior sin coste adicional. El desayuno bufet es muy completo y la ubicación no puede ser más perfecta. En menos de 10 minutos caminando llegas a la plaza del mercado, Rynek Główny. Además, la relación calidad precio es muy buena. No destacaría nada negativo del hotel.

• Zoltan (8/5): A főtér közelében fekszik, kiváló reggelit kínálnak, de a matrac borzalmas volt. - A szállás fekvése kiváló, a reggeli minden igényt kielégítő, a szoba tágas. A személyzet hagy kívánnivalót maga után, a reggelinél a két "pincér" komoly csapkodásba volt. Az ágy számunkra borzalmasan kényelmetlen volt, mert túl puha vagy már szét feküdt volt.
