- Trevor (10/5): - Nice and cosy
- elizabeth (8/5): - Easy and comfortable
- Jenny (8/5): Worked ok for me with my programme - Quiet comfortable clean Lack of a microwave and couldn’t work TV.
- Daisy (10/5): Perfect after a long drive. Private. Easy to get to central area and hot pools - Cosy and warm. Very quiet NA
- Char (10/5): - The location is fantastic, very clean, beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend.

- Dominik (10/5): Superb! The bed is so comfy you can’t even imagine, close to the town but out of the way at the same time, so far the be - Super comfy bed! Shower, just because it’s closed not much air to breathe with, especially when someone’s taking hot showers, but I noticed it’s common in NZ so not your fault.
- Mysha (6/5): It was a lovely time, a perfect little hideaway spot. Close enough to town that everything was convenient. - The location, the size of the bathroom was great! The fridge was also a decent size. The property did not have any airflow so it was quite hot, but otherwise lovely
- Carla Garton (10/5): - Perfect for our late check in enroute after leaving Wellington. The host was very accommodating, easy to find, tea/coffee and cereal, lovely big bathroom and the studio was everything we needed for our whirlwind stay. She also has a great fan which kept us cool for the night!! Nothing, everything was great, would stay again.
- Victoria (10/5): Home from Home - Good Location, very comfortable bed, nice big bathroom, easy access, quiet, easy parking, lovely little extras. Everything you need for a great stay. The owner was very kind and helpful too. Highly recommended. No complaints at all.

- ditchburn (10/5): - Quiet, clean, private, had everything we needed Was hard to find it
- Marion (7/5): - It was easy to find and parking up the drive was a bonus as the property is a back section. Once the shrubs that separate the house from the bnb grow higher there will be more privacy for both parties. The rooms were simple but comfortable and the breakfast cereals were a bonus. We would be happy to use it again It was lacking a couple of hooks to hang clothes and a tea towel would also be useful
- Preston (10/5): -
- Kelly (10/5): - A great little unit. Super clean, very tidy and comfortable. Hosts were fantastic and super easy to deal with.
- RHONDA (10/5): Perfect two person cozy unit. - The room was fitted out with all you need and a little extra like complimentary Tea, coffee and cookies, also plates and cutlery. Nice little touches that made you feel welcome. The main house is right next to the unit but the hosts are very considerate of your personal space.
In other comments they said the fridge was small - when we were there they had a small bar fridge which was ample enough room for what we needed. - We would defiantly stay here again. A+ Nothing was great
- Hayden (8/5): . - . .
- Tracey (8/5): Great place to stay - Clean had heating
- Mike (7/5): I think two people would be a bit crowed in the living area. - There was no breakfast provided. The place was handy for the event I was attanding. The bathroom was the same size as the living area which made getting around the bed a bit more difficult. The cooler box was way too small and you could only have gotten a small cardboard milk box into it.
- Judith (7/5): Convenient and comfortable, easier location access, but small space - Clean, amenities good. Accessible key, very good water supply in the bathroom and faucet. Hard to move around, small space as a whole except the bath and toilet; blurry image on the TV screen while on Chrome Cast.
- Ross (10/5): Great little place to come back to after watching motor racing - The little Hideaway was just what we needed for the weekend ,
There was nothing to dislike
- Marilyn (8/5): Very good - For us Kiddle Drive was very close to 4 1/2 day gathering
Nice big bathroom
Hosts were very helpful and friendly Only coffee and tea facilities available.
Not much room for a few nights stay but we managed and was cosy
- Lynda (8/5): Very good -
- Martine (8/5): An inexpensive and comfortable spot for a stopover - I arrived into Taupo late not having expected to stay so there were not many options left- it’s an expensive town in summer. This place was great value and perfect for my needs as a solo overnight traveller. Comfortable and clean, good communication from the owner. It’s well suited for a short stay, or if you’re active and out all day. As others have said, fridge is teeny so BYO chilly bin / cooler if you need more space
- Ashley (8/5): Very good -
- Warren (7/5): Loved the peace and quiet and location well away from road traffic. - Great location, very quiet.and a peaceful. Slept well in a compfy bed. Initially couldn't access bathroom as door handle faulty. Finally got it open. Broken window catch in bathroom making it difficult to open and close. Tiny fridge too small. TV connection complicated. Exterior of Shower Box not cleaned.
- Nicola (5/5): Passable - We wanted to check in earlier and leave our vehicle there so we could get to our event on time. The staff were accommodating. The bathroom was a great size, and everything was there as described in the booking. The refrigerator is tiny, and we couldn't fit anything in it. It also wasn't working when we turned it on. You couldn't watch anything on the TV. It said no connection or not programmed.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't say it was worth $195 for 1 night sorry.
- Elaine (5/5): It was serviceable, more for an overnight stay. I wouldn't reccomend for longer stays like I had. - Warm room, and clean. There was no off street parking, as advertised, and the fridge was tiny, couldn't even fit a small bottle of water in it. The instructions for the lock box to get tje keys for the room were not correct in the information I was given, but they did answer the phone when called so I could get into the room.
- Stewart (10/5): Exceptional - The coffee selection was great!
- Kerry (5/5): Passable - The bed was comfortable clean tidy place It had a silly size fridge that you couldn't even put a bottle of milk in and you couldn't get on the wifi to watch tv
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Joao (5/5): Passable - Location is nice Cleanness inside shower, privacy, noise, useless fridge, no air conditioning (no fan).
- Brent (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lynne (4/5): .Iv'done motel Hotel, Holiday Home cleaning for 30 odd yrs & didnt expect what we got. - Nice big bathroom Gd pressure in shower.. The small room .Its more of a Sleepout.plus..not meeting the owner until our 3rd day there.A wee mini fridge we couldnt fit our milk in etc,.No. toaster. Nowhere to hang gd clothes...No extra duvet or electric blanket for them cool nights..Borrowed duvet from sister inlaw.. We did knock @ the owners door our 2nd day for what we needed. /T.bags etc,..No answer..3rd day.needed a change of towels .Hubby was told thats what the heated towel rack was for to use towels twice We had already done that...However finally got 2more Towels our lastnight there plus teabags. Was grateful..
- David (7/5): Overall, nice and clean rooms, and a quiet area to get a good nights sleep. - Location is not to far from shopping centre, and is a quiet area to escape from the urban noise of Taupo. No Freeview For the Television. Missed not having a Fridge. Third spare bed was not in good repair.
- Mark (8/5): Weekend stay. - Big bathroom, big TV. Fairly small room.
- Caitlin (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and tidy Very hard to find at first
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - Clean, nice bed and bedding. Quiet and easy to find Needs to be a bigger bin inside the room.
