• Mark (8/5): A nice boutique hotel - This is a nice boutique hotel located north of downtown - but only a 15 minute walk or short trike ride away and also only about 15 minute van ride from the airport. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and decent sized with good AC. There are a lot of tasty breakfast options that can be ordered. The staff are very helpful, also arranging transportation to the city and a (free) van ride to the airport. The hotel is a bit more expensive than most other hotels in the region but based on feedback from colleagues also in town it is also nicer. There is a nice small swimming pool in the back. The hotel is located across from semi-outdoor venue with loud music until well past midnight. It is thus advisable to ask for a room on a higher floor at the back of the hotel to avoid the noise. The elevator wasn't working when I was there (later fixed) but staff helped me lug my bag to the room. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Breakfast can be a bit of a wait if the breakfast area is full. Several other hotels are more centrally located to downtown and somewhat cheaper though mostly not of the same quality.

Le breakfast est "minable" , par rapport au prix de la chambre et par rapport à tous les autres hôtels que nous avons pris aux Philippines. Tout est en supplément, pas de jus de fruit frais, pas de buffet....très très indigne de la catégorie de l'hotel.

Location-wise, I wished for easier access to a beach I could swim in. But at least the hotel was near both the airport and port, so that made travel easier.

In addition, the rooms were not cleaned daily during our stay. Overall, I expected a higher standard of service and facilities, especially considering that this is one of the more expensive hotels in Dumaguete.

Zimmerfenster isolieren nicht, Hotel an einer Hauptstraße und gegenüber einer Pool-Billard Bar, das bekommt man mit. Wir haben das Zimmer tauschen können, von der Straße weg, das hat etwas geholfen. Ohrenstöpsel helfen auch. Der Boden war leider etwas dreckig, schmutzige Füße nach barfuß laufen.

The staff were courteous and very accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Breakfast is good The room is tool small for two beds.

The toilet was leaking and upon my entry in tje room the shower was wet and water was accumulated right where the toilet was apart from the shower. The shower did not have water coming out. I could only use the faucet bellow. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Towels were not in the best conditions.

• Anthony (9/5): Overall it’s an excellent place to stay, that’s why I booked in again for Jan 2026. - The property is close to some good restaurants and the airport. My room is along the main road and some nights I woke up from the loud sound of motorcycles speeding in the area. Hopefully I’ll have my room on the opposite aisle for my booked stay in January next year. Thank you.

• Simon (6/5): Bel hôtel mais impossible de dormir si vous avez le sommeil léger - Superbe hôtel navette, emplacement pour ce rendre au port ou à l’aéroport, piscine sublime, chambre sympa Mais isolation zéro Le but étant quand même de dormir même si tout le reste est vraiment de super bonne qualité nous avions l’impression de dormir dehors tellement le bruit du trafic, des chiens qui aboient était présent dans la chambre. La fenêtre coulissante était trop petite par rapport à la taille du cadran, mais l’isolation phonique globale est de mauvaise qualité.

Just a heads up that from the inside of the room/s, you could here the street noise and also the other annoyances in the corridor. Also, would be perfect if they will have more vegan options. Their selections are pretty limited.

Gut für frühe Flüge, man braucht morgens nur 5 Minuten zum Flughafen. Pool ist klein, aber sehr schön. Auf Details wird geachtet. Für Dumaguete ein sehr gutes Hotel. Kann nachts etwas lauter sein von der Umgebung, aber das ist den landestypischen Gegebenheiten geschuldet.. Nichts außergewöhnliches. Karaoke ist halt nicht jedermanns Sache. Aber auf jeden Fall erste Wahl, wenn man in Dumaguete ist.

• Robyn Beryl (10/5): Chill and relaxing - They were very accommodating, and I appreciated the free airport and ferry transfers. They even packed breakfast for us since we had an early ferry trip. The room also had a smart TV where you could watch Netflix and YouTube. Somedays the internet is slow so we can’t stream netflix.

• Ouchene (8/5): Great value, with nice staff - The hotel, the staff, and overall all was good. The problem was that the area was very noisy, and the windows are not soundproof, we barely slept at night because of that.

It has a small play area in the restaurant that made me fall Inlove with this hotel. The comfort rooms in the resto were amazing. It's is close to the port if you want to visit Siquijor Island.for a 45 Mins boat ride. And is close to be airport as well for a 15mins. tricycle ride . We had a free shuttle from the hotel which is very kind of them. I hope in our next stay we will have a life size mirror lol!

• Riz (10/5): An excellent place to stay. The service, impeccable. - Everyone was very responsive and accommodating. The shuttle service was difficult to beat. Something really minor. Not a fan of of the industrial look. Other than that, it was just a treat.
• William (7/5): Decent But Not Great Value - Good location, nice pool in back, comfortable room. Little cheap on the one coffee only, and to charge extra for black tea when green is free? We were one of two couples staying and were not offered an upgrade. The rooms in front are noisy with the pool hall across the street. I mentioned this to the front desk, but they wanted additional money to change rooms - even though the place was empty?
• Stacy (6/5): Great hotel in Duma but will book the regular room next time! - The overall vibe of the hotel was great. I loved the aesthetics and how it felt as of we were no longer in Duma. The staff were generally friendly and the food wasn't so bad as well. Booked a suite but it didn't really feel like one. It felt more like a larger version of the regular room. The shower drain was perpetually clogged although I asked for it to be fixed. They tried but it was still clogged. Apart from the "special" direct pool access which wasn't much compared to other rooms, there wasn't anything largely special about the suite.

• Emie (10/5): Best service from a hotel - The service here was great. Staff was so kind and attentive. Hotel driver, was a great service for close by drop offs and pick ups. They do offer drop off and pick up of your laundry as well.
