• Luciano (1/5): Nie wieder dieses scheußliche Appartement - Mann musste gefühlt eine Ewigkeit laufen, um seine Koffer ins Appartement zu bekommen! Obwohl man hätte vom Gastgeber über die Kommune eine Erlaubnis bekommen könnte! Es wurde sich nicht darum gekümmert.

• Sangyoung (4/5): - Location Unfortunately, the place was quite disappointing. It didn’t feel welcoming for guests, and even the most basic things were difficult to get. From the photos, I expected a modern and well-maintained space, but in reality, it lacked proper care. There were even nails sticking out in some places, which felt quite dangerous and showed a serious lack of maintenance. When I had questions or requests, the responses were often vague or indirect rather than clear. Overall, there were too many missing details and not enough attention to guest comfort.
• Anonymous (10/5): A lovely light apartment in the heart of the village. - The location within the old part of the village provided a more authentic experience of the place. The booking.com emails with instructions to access the place are hard to read.
• Jayztone (4/5): Had fun in Riva del Garda - Centrally located We are used to high-quality apartments with good design and furnishings. This apartment didn’t live up to that. It looks OK in the pictures, but once you arrive, you feel like you’ve been taken '20 years back in time.' On the positive side, the apartment is very centrally located. Follow the parking instructions from the host, and you’ll avoid rolling your suitcases more than 600 meters. As for the host, they are responsive, but they don’t 'solve the problem.' When the hot water is lukewarm, and you tell them, they ask you to let the water run for a long time and say they’ll talk to the plumber, but… that doesn’t help you when you’re leaving in two days. We appreciated getting a late checkout. One more thing: Note that the host has three apartments in the same building and shows all of them in the same photo listing. This means, for example, if you see a balcony, there’s no guarantee you’ll get one. We got the one inside.
• Lusien (8/5): Close to main square and ferry terminal - Excellent location 50m off main square. Plenty of good restaurants very close I would provide a rating of 9 if the hot water was above cool to lukewarm. We complained they sent an engineer to review the system. He explained that by law temperature couldn't be above 60c. It was lucky if it was above 40c. Meant showers were quick and cool 4C
