The customer service is excellent, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience (especially the lady at the front desk-Aurelia). The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.

• Brown (7/5): Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. - Wir haben das Hotel eine Nacht vor der Safari und eine Nacht nach der Safari genutzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Am letzten Tag hatten wir vor unserem Flug noch Zeit. Dann wurde uns ein Taxi mit einem Guide gerufen, welcher uns besondere Orte in Arusha gezeigt hat. Das war sehr einfach. Das Restaurant ist 24 Stunden offen. Für unsere zweite Nacht haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen. Gepäck durften wir während der Safari kostenlos lagern. Das Frühstück war unfassbar gut! Es gab keine Komplikationen! Das Menü im Restaurant ist ein wenig verwirrend, da sie dir erst ein ganz anderes zeigen und erst auf Nachfrage ein vollständiges Menü geben. Bei der ersten Nacht gab es kein warmes Wasser. Es war ein wenig dreckig, vor allem im Dusch-Bereich. Das Essen meines Mannes war sehr trocken und kaum essbar (das waren die Beef-Rips). Das Personal der ersten Nacht war nicht so freundlich wie bei der zweiten.

Wish there was an elevator, although staff brings all luggage up to third floor.

O hotel tem uma foto de uma TV conectada ao Netflix na galeria de fotos do Booking.com, mas nenhuma das TVs dos quartos se conecta ao Netflix, segundo os próprios funcionários do hotel. Isso foi um pouco decepcionante.

O hotel possui uma foto da TV com o símbolo da Netflix, na galeria de fotos do Booking. Tentamos acessar a Netflix na TV, e os funcionários nos disseram não ser possível, pois nenhuma das TVs do quartos teriam acesso ao Netflix. Isso foi um pouco decepcionante.

I tried to ask to change rooms, and the staffing didn’t really cared about it. They called the maintenance (i told them that this wasn’t the problem), the guy went in my room just to look it and doing nothing.

• Natasja (8/5): Heerlijk comfortabel hotel waarbij je af en toe wat geduld nodig hebt. - Het is een prima hotel. Mooie kamer met prima bedden. Een heerlijk zwembad, waar de aapjes ook gewoon rondlopen. De gym is bij de andere locatie van hun hotel, maar daar word je netjes naartoe gebracht met een auto, dit is 2 minuten rijden. Een ochtend waren we wat later bij het ontbijt, en toen was bijna alles op. Uiteindelijk hebben ze wel een paar dingen aangevuld, maar daar moest je een paar keer om vragen. Er stond hele oude koude koffie, dus we vroegen om verse. Wat vervolgens gebeurde was ook wel weer lachwekkend: ze hebben uit 3 koffiepotten de restjes bij elkaar gegooid en dat opgewarmd met de stoompijp van het koffiezetapparaat. Toen we aangaven dat dat nog steeds niet te drinken was, hebben ze uiteindelijk wel nieuwe koffie gezet. Ook het aanvullen van handdoeken ed in de kamer moest je allemaal een paar keer om vragen. Maar uiteindelijk werd het dan wel geregeld. Er zat een groot verschil tussen de verschillende personeelsleden in hoe actief ze met je vragen omgingen. Ach, als je om dit soort dingen ook een beetje kunt lachen, is het nog steeds een heel prima hotel.

• Dunja (8/5): Wunderbare Mitarbeiter/innen - Sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem Gift und Lucy haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Sehr saubere Anlage und Zimmer, bequeme Matratzen. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und auch das Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft und die Auswahl war gut. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Kälte im gesamten Haus. Da das Haus nicht komplett geschlossen ist zieht es von allen Seiten und wir haben permanent gefroren. Auch im Restaurant war es sehr kalt obwohl das Personal sehr bemüht war und einen Ofen aufgestellt hat, dies half leider wenig, da nach oben alles offen war. Warme Jacke mitbringen und dann ist alles perfekt.

• Dunja (8/5): Hier wird Service ganz gross geschrieben - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war einzigartig. Gift und Lucy sind unfassbar emphatische Menschen die uns mit ihrer liebenswerten Art verzaubert haben aber auch alle anderen waren unglaublich freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Restaurant bot Abends ein gutes Speiseangebot zu fairen Preisen. Es gab auch vegetarische Optionen. Das einzig negative war dass es im ganzen Haus sehr kalt war, es ist sehr offen gestaltet und es zieht überall. Wir haben mit Jacke zu Abend gegessen und wir hätten uns bestimmt länger dort aufgehalten wenn es angenehmer gewesen wäre. Die Angestellten waren aber sehr bemüht und haben versucht uns mit einem Heizstrahler den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten.

• Andrejus (6/5): - The price for the room was okay and was clean. I had an unpleasant experience with both the reception and restaurant staff. The food was overcooked, and when I requested a cappuccino for breakfast, I was tols the machine was broken. However, I later saw staff using it for other quests. This was disappointing and left a poor impression overall. The sink was leaking in the room. There was no remote for AC, so it was cold in the room and we couldnt adjust temperature.

• Wanjiru (8/5): Wonderful stay! - A cosy hotel with a clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay and the service from the staff who were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious with a good selection to get you ready for the day. Arusha can get cold and water bottles and heavier duvets would be an extra nice touch for guests.
