• KOHKI (1/5): 別の施設を選んだ方がいい。致命的な故障があっても一生修理されないため旅が台無しになる - 2ユニットあるシャワーのうち一つ目が初日に壊れた。一週間超の滞在だったので施設に連絡をしたが直ることはなく1ユニットで過ごすしかなかった。 その際施設の対応が酷かったので箇条書きにする。 ・スタッフがビジネスメールをかけない。連絡の一言目にHeyとか書いてある。 ・修理業者と本部の連絡がまともに取れてない。合計2回修理の依頼をしたようだが、私の部屋に修理業者が来なかった。2度目は必ず直すと確約させたにもかかわらずこの体たらく。また報連相もできておらず一週間業者から本部への連絡がないのでわかりまへんの一点張りだった。 ・ブラインドが突貫で直してあって速攻外れた ・電源プラグがぶっ壊れていてwifiか照明のどちらかを諦める必要があった。 ・netflixが見れると書いてあるにもかかわらず見れない ・予約前に宿泊場所の位置はチャイニーズシアターの1ブロック先と表示されるが、実際は徒歩30分以上先の場所 これよりブッキングドットコムに返金申請をするところ。

• Marina (9/5): Super! Wir würden erneut diese Wohnung wählen. - Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und hat tolle komfortable Zimmer. Super fanden wir auch, dass es grosse Kleiderschränke hatte. Das Bad hatte noch einige Flecken und die Toilette hat ein wenig Wasser verloren auf der Seite.

• Shannon (10/5): beyond expectation - The staff is always available online and explains everything clearly in advance. The apartment is located in a quite quite buidling and quite community and close to metro/bus stations. actually I experienced everything very nice with this apartment and nothing dislike from my experience.
• Pada (9/5): Great location, clean and comfortable room, excellent communication from the host, and convenient overall despite the ex - I had a great stay at Vues on Gordon on Hollywood Blvd! The host made everything super easy — they provided clear instructions for self check-in and were always quick to respond if we had questions or needed anything. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to lots of shops and attractions, which was perfect for exploring Hollywood. The only thing to note is that parking is an additional $25 per day, which is fairly standard for LA but worth mentioning for planning ahead. Overall, a solid stay with excellent communication and a great location!

• Jeanette (5/5): - The apartments are very modern and the space was perfecto for 6 people. We didn’t have hot water for 2/5 days, we needed to take cold showers and this was very disappointing. The cleaning can be improved and the towels cleaning as well.

• TAKU (8/5): とてもいい宿泊施設。おすすめ。 - スタッフの対応:とても親切、丁寧に対応していただけた。 部屋の広さ:3部屋個室があり、またシャワールームも各部屋分あったのでプライベートもちゃんと守られていて良かった。 清潔感:費用を考えるとこの設備、清潔度は申し分ない。日本人は清潔度を気にする方が多いが、費用以上に清潔で全く問題ない。日本のビジネスホテルと変わらないぐらい清掃も行き届いている。 買い物の利便性:徒歩3分の場所にスーパーがあり、食料の買い出しに困らない。 観光地へのアクセス:レンタカーを借りていればどこに行くにも便利。 アメニティ等の案内:アメニティが部屋のどこに何があるのか、一覧があると便利だった キッチン用品:包丁が切れない。まな板がない。

• Sascha (7/5): Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Anlaufschwierigkeiten. - Lage und Ausstattung waren gut. Auch die Mittarbeiter der Vermieterin waren Hilfsbereit unf freundlich. Der Check in Prozess war sehr aufwendig weil die Zugangscodes nicht funktionierten, dann war das Apartment nicht gereinigt und wir mussten eine Etage höher ein Apartment beziehen. Bei diesem wiederum wat die Bettwäsche und der Boden nicht sauber und mussten gewechselt und gereinigt werden.

• HAKEEM (7/5): Location and communication is superb but .. - Location is amazing is walking distance to all major fast food chains and supermarkets and halal restaurants. It is not far from major attraction of LA. You will forget about the traffic for bit. The property is secured and spacious. Parking is will organized and you have to pay for it separately. You have to book in advance. The property due for deep cleaning and furniture is outdated. Also be aware if you are expecting mail or shipment. It might be challenging given the property management they don’t give access to mail room/locker! I had to ask one of my neighbors to access it for me.

• Gizem (10/5): I enjoy staying in this place. - We stayed at the apartment for four days, and it truly felt like a home for us. It’s located on a quiet street, conveniently close to markets, fast food restaurants, and car rental agencies. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked with everyday essentials. The staff were extremely helpful and always just a phone call away. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Los Angeles.
• Burchfield (7/5): Great location for activities and sight seeing! - Would have rated it higher if the mattresses weren’t hard as a rock. The staff were great to deal with, had a concern about the address not being correct initially but that got worked out. Had an issue with the living room TV not working and no wash clothes upon checking in and the brought us new to the room in a very timely manner. Would recommend! Just needs better mattresses for a more comfortable experience. Mattresses
• Dylan (8/5): Felt like home, close to amusement, grocery store or fast food. - Location,location, location we were 10 minutes from the amusement park and 20 minutes from beach. It was a quite cozy place and had plenty of room. Maybe could use a deep clean in future but overall was extremely pleased. There we're a couple of thing that I noticed that need a little help. Blinds, door handles and toilet seat.

Apartament zaniedbany, łóżka - materace niewygodne, ściany brudne,brakująca zastawa stołowa, stare ręczniki - poprosiliśmy o nowe i obsługa nam przyniosła. Apartament nie za tą cenę. Ogólnie duża przestrzeń i na dużą rodzinę idealny. Problem z parkowaniem, choć jest opcja wykupienia sobie miejsca. To już powinno być w cenie.
