- Meryl (9/5): - Joan our host was lovely, we had a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. Our room was big and comfortable with everything you could need for a stay. Communication was great even down to enquiring what milk we would like in our fridge in our room. NA
- Amanda (8/5): Charming, homely and a little TLC could bring it up to 10/10 - Lovely host and location It felt tired, which I guess is reflected in the low price. A little cluttered and in need of a spring clean.
- Rory (10/5): All good. Thank you so much! -
- Cristina (10/5): Nice time here - muy cerca del centro
- Paul (7/5): -
- Stuart (10/5): - A very comfortable, cozy and friendly place to stay in Glastonbury! Everything you need! :) We're looking forward to returning one day. 5*s, Joan was lovely. A real home from home.

- Amanda (7/5): Nice stay - Location was good, walking distance to centre but away from noise etc, the room was cozy, bathroom was new and very clean, tea in room was nice It's mid Sep and I found the house chilly although the host did put on the heat for a few hours. Very narrow stairs to the 2nd floor, ok if packing light, coffee in the morning would have been great

- Lynn (8/5): Comfortable friendly place to stay near Tor. - Very convenient for Chalice Well and Tor. Cosy, comfortable room. Joan is a lovely host, made is very welcome and helped with any questions and requests we had. .
- Susan (10/5): We had a lovely stay here. Joan made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location. - We had a lovely room and our own bathroom. The bed was nice and comfortable and Joan was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. There isn't anything that we didn't like about staying here.
- Mary (10/5): Perfect, comfortable accommodation with lovely host, Joan - Joan was so kind, welcoming and had thought of every detail to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The room was very comfortable with all necessary facilities including a wonderful selection of books and a very useful mini fridge. The room and the bathroom were spotless. The location was perfect - just a short walk down the hill to the shopping area and the Abbey or the other way, again a short walk to Chalice Well and the Tor. There were many leaflets in the room with all kinds of useful information. Mainly it felt like 'Home' - a great achievement. Lastly, the house itself is beautiful with many historical features, lots of lovely stained glass and a large number of very interesting art works.Thank you so much, Joan! Nothing!

- Glene (9/5): Superb - Very kind host and excellent position. The room was beautiful
- Diann (10/5): Everything I needed - Tea, coffee and chocolate in room with a small fridge
Didn’t realize no parking but you can get round that problem No parking
- Page (8/5): Very good - Warm and cosy None
- Viv (9/5): Comfortable, homelike, and convenient - Room was lovely, location good, and host very pleasant. Be careful re timing in car parks, as they don’t all allow you to extend your stay, which can be awkward at five minutes notice…
- Charlotte (9/5): Very nice place, excellent location, good host - Location excellent
- Tina (9/5): Lovely stay and ideal location. - Husband and I on a two night stay for the Glastonbury Frost Fayre which was amazing. Old mid terraced house, full of character. Info on the property clearly states that this a Bed but no Breakfast establishment, and some reviewers seem to miss this. Location is over the road from the top of the High Street. The double room is warm and cosy and the road traffic noise was not a problem for us. The bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept in. A fridge is provided but if the noise disturbs then unplug it overnight as we did. A previous reviewer stated that you are close to falling down the stairs when coming out of the bathroom but I assure everyone that that is just nonsense! Both bedroom and bathroom essentials spotlessly clean. A big thank you to the host who is lovely! Would definitely stay again.
- Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - Great location just few meters from High Street & few mins walking to Chalice Well & Tor:)Felt comfy like being at home with drinking evening tea & morning coffee:)Definitely place to come back & enjoy Glastonbury.Joan is very nice host:)
- Francesca (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely, comfortable bedroom in a great position, between the High Street and Chalice Well.
- Frank (10/5): Comfortable and convenient - Amazing location, beautiful house, very lovely owner. Nothing everything was great
- Lydia (9/5): Great guesthouse in the centre of Glastonbury - Great accomodation in the centre of Glastonbury, with street parking available on a week day within less than 5 minutes' walk. The room is spacious and well maintained, and although it is on the main road, no noise after 8pm. Very kind host. Lovely bathroom opposite the room. We will be back! nothing
- David (5/5): Hostess Joan seemed very nice and sociable but the advertising of the let should state bedsit. - That it was close to the town facilities for drinks and meals and entertainment. Everyone friendly. Although it was advertised as B&B it was only B, as breakfast was not available. No kitchen as advertised, only kettle on table and fridge on another table next to bed. Did not sleep well as noise from fridge in my ear all night. Could not shut window and being on a main road the traffic was noisy from approx 5.30am so awake early. Had to move couch/sofa to access clothing cupboard.
- Denniqua (10/5): Exceptional - Owner of the property was very kind and helpful! She made us feel incredibly welcome. The location is within walking distance of everything we needed and made us able to enjoy our weekend without worrying.
- Peter (10/5): Lovely place to stay in Glastonbury - Nice and close to town. Lovely room. Friendly host. Nothing :-)
- Ania (10/5): Relaxing and enjoyable stay in Glastonbury - The location is very convenient for the High Street and the room is spacious, clean and pleasant. There are all manner of interesting art works on display everywhere. Our hostess was lovely and supplied us with a pint of fresh milk (to keep in the small fridge) for our teas/coffees. The bathroom is not en suite, but that wasn't a problem since it is private. The bath is wonderfully large and deep, and there is a soaker shower as well. We will happily return :) It is not entirely clear on the Booking.com site that breakfast is not available. This wasn't a problem, but we weren't sure, as some of the reviews suggested that it was. Parking can be found nearby but can be a bit hit and miss.
This is not a reflection on the property, but the main town car park in St John's Square no longer appears to do overnight parking and only accepts cash (no change given) or payment via a specific app, which is a pain.
- Giles (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (7/5): Good - Old quirky premises. Friendly host.. minutes walk from Challis Well, Abbey and High street Premises needs a bit of an update and a refurbishment... to be honest. No parking in or around the venue.
- Herpreet (8/5): All round a great eclectic place to stay with a warm host and near the town centre! - All round a great place to stay and good location for the centre of town.
- Simon (8/5): Very pleasant, good location. - Very comfortable bed and a good location. Warm room, good idea having a fridge. The bathroom was separate from the room and at the top of a very steep flight of stairs that you had to be careful not to fall down when opening the bathroom door. Too much furniture in room meant the fridge and wardrobe were difficult to access. Parking a bit of an issue, but that's generally a problem in Glastonbury.
- Christelle (10/5): Magical! - Joan was a wonderful host and we were very privileged to stay in her wonderful, arty home. The location was perfect!
- Emma (10/5): Comfy weekend stay in Glastonbury. - Lovely room, with modern large bathroom. Lots of privacy as there is no one else on the same floor. Right at the top of the main road of Glastonbury. Even though our room was over the road we didnt hear the traffic. The bed is very comfy with an electric blanket. Joan is always around and contactable, and only too happy to supply you with anything you require. The room is large with a sofa and TV. There is no parking provided but we easily found space on the nearby streets.
- John (10/5): Very relaxing. - Location was perfect for accessing what we intended to visit.
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Joan was a really welcoming host and I absolutely adore her wonderful house. It was perfect for my needs and I would definitely book again if I've ever in the area and need a place to stay. There wasn't anything I didn't like
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kanal-karoona (5/5): Managed - Too much cutter in the room & steep stairs. Heating on for short period!
- Jacqueline (10/5): Would definitely use this property again and recommend to others. - Spacious room with plenty of seating, tv, comfortable bed, fridge, spacious modern bathroom. Nice and warm. Good location centre of Glastonbury. Very friendly owner. No parking provided but managed to find some a short distance away from the house.
- Emily (9/5): Such a nice experience, I would definitely stay again. - I really appreciated my stay, my room was lovely and cozy. I particularly liked the added bonus of having a fridge in my room. The host was so warm and welcoming. It felt like staying at a home from home. It was quite and I had a great sleep. The bath wasn't quite as warm as I like it.
