- Fawad (6/5): Average . - Staff were extremely pleasant . Breakfast was good I understand that it was still officially winter in Istanbul, but it was too hot for me . The room was hot. The management could not do more . They did not provide a fan perhaps. Shower was good though . 10 out 10 for breakfast and staff . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- Gabriela (1/5): Ужасно преживяване! - Хотелът изобщо не отговаря на оценката в Booking. Стаята беше мръсна. Имаше трохи по нощното шкафче, подът и банята бяха мръсни, чаршафите и хавлиите имаха петна. Хотелът няма паркинг както пише в обявата. Паркира се отпред, ако имаш късмет и намериш място. Върхът на сладоледа беше, че вратата ни не се заключваше и когато помолих за съдействие от рецепция ми казаха “Е нали нямате нищо ценно в стаята, то само Вие знаете, че бравата е развалена, няма кой да влезе”. Това е меко казано абсурдно, имам лични вещи в стаята и ме няма цял ден все пак! На закуска с мъжът ми си взехме повече варени яйца при което жена от персонала ни размаха пръст и ни се скара, че можело да се взимат само по 3 яйца на човек (бяхме взели 8). След което дойде и ни взе част от яйцата директно от чинията- абсолютно нелепо и неадекватно поведение. На втората сутрин нямаше изкарани яйца на бюфета и като помолихме ни сложи по 1 яйце в чиниите. Повече не ни даде. За пръв път ми се случва такова нещо- да си плащам за бюфет и да ми броят хапките. В хотела мирише на манджа, особено сутрин.Служителите на рецепция не знаят базов английски и по никакъв начин не можеш да се разбереш с тях. WiFi връзката е под всякаква критика- има обхват само на рецепция. Като цяло единственото хубаво нещо на хотела е интериора. Относно отношение и качество е кръгла нула и съм абсолютно убедена, че позитивните отзиви са фалшиви.

- Aneta (6/5): - Условията са добри,чисто е, Не бяха подготвени за пристигането ни,при предварително заплатени нощувки.Наложи се да чакаме над час и половина ,за да подготвят стаите ни.Вечета беше шумно след 23ч ,чуваше се телевизор и говор доста високо до късно.Закуската не е на нужното качество.

- Issa (1/5): Very bad - From house keeping to the owners were thief please don’t get this place.the house keeper stole my money from my luggage the camera showed at the beginning they said yes he stole your money and we make him return it then everything changed within 3 minutes just look for somewhere else they control the AC from front desk they have a safe in the room only one person knows how to work it they all work like a Mafia thi hotel was the worst hotel I have ever been. I can write a lot there’s nothing to like no one smile at you you get scared if you ask a question I have video they stole my money at the beginning they all said yes the house keeper stole your money they have it in their camera they said they will call the police then everything changed I was with my wife and kid I was coming to the Virginia I couldn’t stay there one more day i did stay for one more night I was scared they offered me money not tell the police I needed the very badly I had to take it but my advice please go anywhere but this hotel.
